As 5 star as laser hair removal can get! It hurts but the pain is easier to tolerate with a great tech. Jade is amazing!! 🤩 She is kind and patient and does whatever she can to make my experience bearable.

Every time I go in to get laser, everyone is so professional and nice! I would definitely recommend Ideal Image in Newport News to anyone interested in getting laser hair removal. I have completed 4/8 of one of my areas and so impressed with the results that I just added more areas.

Facility is very clean, all staff members are very professional, and the treatment was performed very quickly! I am overall impressed. I cannot wait until my next treatment. Highly recommended laser hair removal to those interested!

This is about my appointment last Thursday, December 19th, when my tattoo on my outer left thigh was lasered. It was my 6th treatment with a new nurse and I didn't realize it had been done until I was driving home and it was still slightly stinging. I returned on Friday for another appointment and informed the nurse that treated me. She took a picture, gave me Bacitracin and told me she had to complete an incident report. It's still a little sore, and I would like to NOT have that nurse, from 12/19, treat me again.

I've always received excellent service at Ideal Image and this time was no different. Maddie did an excellent job and has a great technique for administering the botox. I hope she is available for my next visit!

I had the best experience at Ideal Image Newport News. This was my first time getting botox and filler so I was really nervous. When I arrived, the place was warm and welcoming. The front desk staff was all smiles and very kind. Immediately, the whole vibe of the place was calming. I got back very quickly. My technician was knowledgeable and offered suggestions which I took and I am glad that I did. Its only been a few hours so the full effects haven't settled in yet but already I am loving the results. I had the most pleasant experience. I live in VB which is about an hour from Newport News and while there is a location here, I will only go to NPN for my treatments. Its well worth the drive.

***Updated*** I like the results I am getting but I do think I could have a better experience when I come in for touch ups. For example, if I am telling my tech I have grown my hair out so we can get all the areas and if I need to be billed for multi areas that is fine. I also don't like when I come for a touch up and the entire area is lasered vs just the visable hairs I mentioned I grew out specifically for the appt. I just feel like I am not heard and my time was wasted. Now I need to come back to have 6 -10 more hairs layered.

Please do not waste your money! I had xeomin service two different times here! I swear they water the xeomin down because after two weeks it doesn't even look like you had and services down, but it definitely reflects on debit card... their injectable service here sucks!

I love, love, love the staff at the Newport News location! I live in Virginia Beach, 10 minutes from the VA Beach location, but after going to Newport News once because of a scheduling issue I now choose to go there. Always so accommodating & friendly. Front end staff are great & Jade does phenomenal work!

I loved the virtual consultation prior to my appointment. Had Botox before and it was always more of a jab and go, my technician actually took time to mark all the places and discuss the look that I really wanted to achieve. It was not as painful as what I had had before. I left the office without ice as I didn't need it and so far no bruising which is not what I experienced before. Glad I found this place!

Staff very friendly and really nice place. Unfortunately cool sculpting didn’t work for me. I had one treatment done on three different areas between May - June 2024 and it is October 2024 and I still have not seen any results. I workout about 4 - 5 times a week and still nothing from the cool sculpting. I think in order to see results you may need to have 2 or 3 treatments on the same area. I wasn’t told that when I spent the money and the amount of money I spent I would be better off just spending the money for a mommy makeover. It wasn’t worth the money for me, but again nice place. I would end up having to pay almost 10k just to see the results I want.

The experience from beginning to end was absolutely wonderful and easy. I am extremely satisfied with my results and am Sure I will be coming again for more appts.
