Nurse Jamie was amazing. Her bedside manner was on point. As a nurse practitioner myself, I appreciated that she took the time to educate me about Botox and discuss my treatment plan. I will definitely go back and see her.

After the first treatment I seen a difference. After the 3rd the hair grew back smooth and blonde. Still grows back but hopefully not dark.

They Everyone there is professional. They're always willing to give you tips and advice through your process of what you're going through. On top of all of that they are really flexible around your schedule. I would definitely recommend them to where my friends are family.were very helpful

First time at this location. Thaw staff and nurse was amazing. However, I’m not satisfied with my results. I’m not sure why things turned out the way they did. It was an Expensive procedure. I assumed I would see a big difference. Wanted to return for more treatments but will I waist my time and my money?

I'd like to give a shout out to Jaime at the Zona Rosa location. I've had fillers and botox done by her and have never been more pleased with my results. She takes the time before my session to review expectations. She has my full trust. I highly recommend her!

It was my first time getting laser hair removal at Ideal Image Zona Rosa and everyone in the clinic is super nice and knowledgeable. Lauren was amazing! She explained everything and made me feel super comfortable throughout the entire process. 10/10 highly recommended!

The man I talked to that got my information and was then sent to Ideal Image was very nice and answered all the questions I needed to know. Also the lady I talked to at Ideal was so nice and explained things very well. She and he needs a raise. Great job everyone.

Wonderful, initially, I was going to leave because I Researched reviews and for the company as a whole they’re terrible But when I looked at the Zona Rosa location specifically they were completely opposite. I’m so glad that I decided to go ahead and go in because my injection nurse Briana was immaculate in her overall demeanor, knowledge and patients With me and explaining everything. I will say that the initial process to be seen with the call and being put on hold for over 30 minutes is not ideal and almost made me feel like the entire situation was a scam. Thankfully the girls at Zona Rosa were Welcoming!!!
