I recently had an IPL facial at this spa, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! My skin tone has never looked more even, and my hyperpigmentation has significantly improved. The treatment was quick, effective, and most importantly, gentle on my skin. The customer service at this spa is top-notch. The staff made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in, and they were so knowledgeable, explaining every step of the process. They truly go above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. Additionally, they always have amazing offers that are too good to resist, making it easy to treat myself to regular sessions. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for professional skincare treatments with visible results. It’s definitely my go-to spa now!

This is the best MedSpa I have ever been to. Missy and her staff are professional and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve had the following services; microdermabrasion, dermoplane, laser hair removal, facial peels, and fillers. I highly recommend Ideal Skin the next time you need any spa services.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt like I should share how pleased I have been with all my results at Ideal Skin MedSpa. The owner, Missy, is an expert in what she does. My results have been nothing less than perfect. Ashley, at the front desk, is so friendly. She is very patient and never makes me feel rushed when I’m asking questions. I would recommend Ideal Skin MedSpa over and over again to everyone.

Wow, this is hands down the best med spa I’ve ever been to. I recently had a hydrafacial, with Ashleigh, and my skin is still glowing. Even days after the facial, I’ve received many compliments, which is a first for me. Ashleigh explained everything during the process and shared information on how to care for your skin, to keep the glow! I highly recommend this business. Thank you Ideal Skin! Elaine

If I could leave without stars I would. I purchased 3 groupons for laser hair removal that was a little over $600 - $700 and called and scheduled my appointments. The person that helped we was very kind and helpful. I went to my first appointment and had my laser treatment to the 3 areas I had chosen. One of the areas was my upper legs. It was soooo painful but thank God I was able to complete it. They dont use cold air like some other laser places use along with the laser machine. I was told i needed my next appointment in 5-6 weeks and I was scheduled for these. I received a text message confirming my appointment. At 1:56 pm I received a message cancelling my appointment that was scheduled for the next day due to the laser machine being down and that I would be rescheduled as soon as possible. A week went by and i contacted them again. You call the office and they never answer, you have to leave a voice message which I did. I also used the virtual chat on their page that notified staff to contact me, which they did. The fist time someone said the machine was still down but they would try to get me scheduled as soon as possible which they never did. I called again, used the chat and again someone reached out to me, her name was Jennifer and once I explained the reason I was trying to contact and gave my information she stopped responding again, so unprofessional. I will be putting in a complaint with groupon due to this facility not honoring the service I was supposed to receive. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. I’ve been to many spa’s and never experienced such lack of professionalism. Addendum 07/15/2022 I wanted to update my review just to add on to how irresponsable this establishment has been. I received a response from them as you see and till this date no one ever contacted me again.

I got Juvederm for the first time. Ms. Lane asked me what I wanted, took a close look at my face and recommend I get Juvederm Ultra XC. I’m looking forward to see what it looks like in a couple of days. She was prompt and ready to see me on the dot of my appointment. Bailey, the front desk staff, was her usual friendly and smiling young woman.

I found this place listed on Groupon so I called for availability before I purchased the Groupon. The receptionist was able to get me in the next day and told me to hold off on purchasing the Groupon and that that would honor the price found on Groupon. Other that stepping foot in this facility that is my biggest regret. Lesson learned. The young heavy set blonde that did my facial never told me her name she barley spoke at all. I told her this was my first facial by someone else and she never walked me through it. So when I left I was very disappointed. I was looking forward to the extraction part of the facial as described with the hydrofacial. That part never happened. The machine that was used had a very very very light sensation it felt nice but what I expected at all. I was in and out of there in 39 minutes. I feel cheated out of my money and scammed by this establishment. My skin feels and looked the exact same the next day. The facial on Groupon was listed for $163 if I would have purchased on Groupon they would have gotten a portion of that and that would mean I still overpaid for the service that was given to me. It truly was that bad. It was a $50 facial but not a $163 facial. I’v been in the beauty industry for 19 years and trust me my assessment is correct.

I went in here with instructions from my dermatologist to get microdermabrasion. I bought a groupon for microdermabrasion and called and made an appointment for MICRODERMABRASION. When I arrived I told the lady at the front desk that I was there for my microdermabrasion appointment. I went back and the esthetician started a procedure. Turns out it was dermaplaning which my skin did not like. When I called and told the front desk what had happened she told me that the esthetician told me she was doing dermaplaning and I should have spoken up. 1. This is my first time doing microdermabrasion so I didn’t know what it felt like. 2. YOUR esthetician should know what I asked for. 3. The esthetician did NOT clarify the procedure she was performing. They won’t even give me my money back or offer anything in return for their mistake. Not great.

What I appreciated most about my experience at Ideal Skin MedSpa was the initial phone call I made to make an appointment. The receptionist was very patient and made me feel comfortable setting the appointment knowing I could come in and ask questions and learn about options without any pressure to make decisions when I came in. I went in for microdermabrasion and ended up getting dermoplane instead based on recommendations from the aesthetician. I still don’t really feel as though my expectations were properly set nor met overall. To credit them I had never had this procedure done before and didn’t know what to expect, but that’s exactly why more guidance and direction would have been nice. I’ll most likely try out another place next time.

Ideal Skin Medspa is the best! I highly recommend them without reservation! Missy Lane, the owner is very knowledgable, professional and caring and goes above and beyond to make sure all her customers are well taken care of. During an Exilis treatment, we were chatting about hormone related topics and she made recommendations that were right on the money! I saw her nurse practitioner about my pre-menopause issues and started supplementation based on her recommended course of treatment, it's only been a week, but I already feel so much better! I'm so happy I went to see them.

I have always been nervous about getting laser hair removal because of the embarrassing location. However the ladies there make you feel comfortable and like it's nothing to be ashamed of. I am very impressed by the awesome customer service and the short tan brunette who did my service was so sweet. I will go back after this treatment is over and I highly recommend them to anyone. I like to put my business where there are awesome employees like this place!

As soon as I entered the door I knew that this was a professional, pristine and organized business. I was met by staff that were of course professional but also understood customer service, prompt direction as to where to be seated as well as how to establish a rapport with me the client. This was all before my service even started! I have returned for different services and have continually had a positive experience with excellent results. This experienced team knows what they are doing so I suggest that you go ahead and check them out to determine what I already know. Best of the best!
