I have been coming here regularly for a while. The quality of the messages I have received has been consistently excellent. I always leave feeling better and relaxed. I just had an excellent massagw from Jenny. She was very attentive and knew where to apply more pressure. I am so happy I found this place. Highly recommend. Fair prices too!

I get massages all around San Diego just trying to find a good spot to consistently go to and kiki did an amazing job using her fingers deliberately since alot of other masseuses use there forearm alot and body weight which to me is kind of lazy and trying to conserve energy but she made sure she was very detailed as to splitting the back muscles and working around my spine through specific vertebrae using her thumbs to create a deep and effective massage. I’m already thinking about the next time I go. I work as a CNA and I work out a lot so this massage made me feel brand new.

Hands down Kiki is one of the best masseuses I have ever had! She really paid attention and found all my tense spots. She was thorough and I absolutely loved how much pressure she put into my neck and shoulders I guarantee if you get the 60 minute full body massage with hot stones and ask for KiKi you will walk out of there floating on a cloud and feeling as relaxed as a good bottle of wine. Definitely recommend giving this place a try.

I booked a couples massage for my bf & I birthday! CiCi & LiLi did their thing! I found this spot on groupon. It’s clean, everyone was very friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxing. We’re very satisfied :) Thank you again from jersey!

Had a 60 minute massage and it was amazing. Soreness and neck pain was pretty much gone and left feeling very relaxed. Had Linda as my masseuse and she was very good. The oil smelled nice, warm towel, and hot stones came together as a lovely finish to this experience. This place is worth the cost.

Had a massage here for the first time today and I must say, I was very impressed. The venue was clean and lovely and the staff was very attentive. Turns out it is 2 to 3 doors away from a Chinese fast food place I’ve been to many times before, but never noticed Ideal Spa tucked in the corner there. My masseuse, Kiki, was excellent; she was powerful and thorough. I will definitely go back for more. A great find.

I stopped by this place today on July 4th. It's good when they open because most of the places are closed !! First impression that is the place is organized and very clean place. CC did for me and Linda work for my husband. They do very good job on their work. Feel like they understand every muscles they are working on :) We definitely come back and support for them.

My husband and I came for a couples massage with hot stone and coconut oil and it was beyond our expectations. Cici and Kiki were so friendly, the pressure was just right and so relaxing that my husband almost fell asleep! Definitely recommend these 2 ladies here at Ideal Spa, our first time but not last!! So so relaxed now, thank you!!

We just had wonderful 60 minute couples massage with the masseuses Mary and Kiki,it was the best experience.The masseuses made sure to apply the right amount of pressure and focus on the areas that were tight. The entire staff was very professional.We left feeling really good and will definitely be back ! Highly recommend this place ! Thank you !!

I scheduled easily over the phone for a 60 min full body with hot stone. Small parking lot but plenty of street parking nearby. Clean store front and very relaxed room. I got Anna and she was great! I asked for medium and was relaxing but firm. I felt like the 60 minutes was longer like 90 minutes! She spent her time trying to untangle my back, shoulder, neck and was communicative to check that everything was okay. I'd definitely come back again!

Had a wonderful 90 minute couples massage with the masseuses Anna and Kiki. The price was great and we were able to quickly schedule an appointment. The masseuses made sure to apply the right amount of pressure and focus on the areas that were tight. The facility is clean and smelled nice. The entire staff was very professional.

Purchased the deal for the couple massage on Groupon. We did not do our research, went based on the reviews and came to a conclusion - you get what you pay for. The reviews here are rather misleading. This was a very mediocre massage. The guy at the front desk was nice but the language barrier/lack of communication with the staff made the experience very impersonal, awkward and our requests to focus on specific area were not addressed. We did not appreciate the staff talking ( even giggling) during our session. We seriously felt like they were talking about us and that made us uncomfortable. Walls of this place are so thin we could hear every sound, phone ringing. The massage itself was average, lacked attention to client. I thought my masseuse is gonna squish me with her body while trying to massage over my head. I am never going to a massage parlor again. This is not the experience we were looking for. I do not recommend it. I wish you the best but there are improvements to be made to run this place smoothly.

The place is clean and nice The issue is the language barrier and asking for more tips ) while I went in paying 45$ for 45 min to treat my gma since she just lost her husband yesterday . I came back exactly at the 45 min mark waited about 5 more min(50) asking the lady up front if my gma is done , she mentioned she didn’t speak English and translated what I said on her phone and said she’d be right back . Never came back at the hour some guy came up front offered us water I declined and asked him is she “gma” done he said almost like 10 more min ? Weird bcuz I only paid for 45 min She comes out after an hour and half mentioning that her masseuse was saying 10 more min as well when she would ask. We tipped 10$ and the guy upfront said “oh she massage for an extra 30 min it’s at least more than 10$ . I’m a hairdresser my self if my client didn’t ask for an additional service I wouldn’t charge her for something extra and I told the guy exactly that . And almost as if he tried to blame my gma for asking for her legs to be massage harder . He’s like the cost is $40 for the extra time ofc we tipped her an extra 10$ but in no way are we returning to give business to people that work this way unfortunately , I was almost happy we had possibly found our new massage place.

This was only my second massage ever, and I have to say, Linda set the bar high. It was exactly what I needed. Not only did she target all the right spots, but her calming presence and skillful techniques left me feeling completely rejuvenated. I walked out of there feeling like a brand new person, and it really set the tone for the rest of the week. Can’t wait to book another session soon!

New here, will be back. Masseuse was Anna - she was excellent. Strong and consistant pressure. Next time, will have to book longer for a hamstring and glut -great calf massage:)
