Sami at Identity Alterier is absolutely amazing!! She glosses my hair with a perfect ash tone to blend in and let the gray come out and her layered cut on my long thick hair is perfect. I always get a ton of compliments!!

I spent a LOT of $$ trying to achieve my inspo pic over the course of a year with a salon. Frustrated, I found this salon from a work referral. In ONE VISIT the team got my inspo pic perfectly. Additionally, my 7yo wanted color in her hair and this team took so much time, coordination and attention to make her feel special and get the results we wanted. I've never been very salon loyal, but I am now!

My family has been going to Identity Atelier since they opened. We actually followed the owners of this salon from a previous salon - which speaks to the high quality of service. Service is always welcoming, consistent, and stylist are experts in consultation, color techniques, perfect cuts and specialty services. Recently my daughter was married and we used Identity Atelier for bridal hair services. The wedding was on a Sunday, on Labor Day Weekend, and the salon opened just for us! (a day they would typically be closed). The planning for this big day in advance with the salon owner was detailed, organized and on wedding day the stylists welcomed 11 of us seamlessly, ready to make us all look and feel amazing. The updos were perfect! The salon provided space for the food and drinks we brought in and even supplied the champagne glasses for mimosas! The salon is gorgeous, spacious and our large group had an amazing experience!!

Every trip to Identity Atelier is like a mini vacation. I step into the gorgeous salon and I am transported to a tranquil spot, where I can breathe, sit back, and let the professionals take care of everything. When I enter the salon I am greeted by name and offered a refreshing beverage. From that moment on I feel pampered, understood, and heard. I look forward to the energizing scalp treatment encouraging hair growth and discouraging greasy hair. What I rave the most about is the keratin treatments. I am hooked on “The Best” keratin treatment. It is worth every penny. It has taken my weather affected hair (frizz city) to a shiny, manageable, beautiful mane! It has been life changing. Which is exactly what you will say about each stylist at Identity Atelier. They work on their craft continuously. Always striving to improve, innovate, collaborate, and learn for the benefit of their clients. You may walk in on your first visit as a stranger, but you will leave as a dear friend and you will continue to come back to feel appreciated, and beautiful. I cannot say enough about how much I love going to Identity Atelier.

Fantastic first visit! This was my first time finding a salon after 20+ years with the same stylist. Definite anxiety feelings and made me feel so comfortable, especially considering my complex situation and anxiety about new.

I have been a client for 5 years! It feels more like family where communication is a two street. The leadership of the owners really makes a difference and you never feel like you can’t go to another stylist if you need to. Love everyone there!

Absolutely love coming to the Salon. In addition to the beautiful and relaxing environment, all of the Stylists are amazing! I see both Autumn and Chad! I recently had the Natural Tech treatment done and my hair has never been softer and healthier! It was 6 weeks ago and it's still as shiny and soft as the day I had it done! I highly recommend Identity Atelier!

Highly recommend! I’d follow Autumn to “the ends of the Earth “. Through the years, she has given me high quality hair care and service. Skilled in her craft, she is also a delight to spend the time with. And I love to see the end results, what I like to refer to as my “metamorphosis.” I literally feel years younger when I walk back through the door. And the rest of the staff? They are all well-trained, very friendly and so helpful. As for the atmosphere of the salon, it is both stylish AND welcoming. Truly a top-notch experience.

Autumn has been my stylist for close to 15 years and does such an incredible job. My hair is coarse and thick, and can show scissor marks easily. Autumn is very skilled and takes the time to address any concerns I have, as well as suggesting styles she thinks would suit my hair and face. I’m so proud of her for opening this new salon, it’s absolutely beautiful.
