I've been coming to Identity for over 15 years. I see Daiva for brow waxing. She always does an amazing job! She's so sweet and fits me in when she can. Diane at the front also does wonderful with getting me scheduled. I love Identity!!!

Went in to see Erika after getting a haircut that I hated at a different salon. The lady really butchered my hair at the other place. I came in to see Erika Krauze at identity and she FIXED MY HAIR. She helped me shape it into the style of the cut I really wanted and within a few weeks, it'll be grown out and amazing. I'm so grateful thay Erika was able to fix someone else's mistake. She helped me to feel confident again. ❤️ 💙 💜 💖 💗

Let me begin by saying I am giving 1 star to the front desk who basically ignore you when you enter the salon,who are chatting with others or on their personal phones. I patronize Identify because of the great cuts I get from my hair dresser that rents a chair from identity. For her I would give 5 + stars. Update 3/28/23.. same front desk - same great hair cut from our hair dresser Beverly.

I'm new to the area and Madison was recommended to me by a coworker. She was so sweet and gave me some awesome recommendations for the area, not to mention my hair looks fabulous! She did a great job choosing the color and the cut was just what i needed. Will definitely schedule with her again!

I am a cancer survivor, and lost all my hair in 2016. It began to grow back very slowly. Different texture, a curly in different directions. I went to Billie at Identity & it is the best haircut I've had on years. I highly recommend her.

Firstly, I want to say getting my hair done is a absolute treat. I’m a mom. I don’t have a lot of money to spend on my hair all the time. I looked and searched and read reviews and heard good ones about Erika Krauze. Let’s start. I sat in the lobby for 30 mins. No one was around. I got a message from Erika saying the receptionist left and I’m here go on upstairs. I’ll say Erika is nice. I went in wanting peek a boo colors of pink, blue, teal. All went fine during color and cut. I was given directions to wash in cold ever other day, don’t use a hot iron over 360, and condition good. The color should last roughly 6 weeks. Ok cool. I did all of that. I don’t use a hot iron in my hair. I’m a mom and it goes in a bun 99.9 percent of the time. 6 days later newly all my color was gone. I contacted her and let met know. She was dumbfounded. Blamed the shampoo, hot iron, and washing. All which I did correctly. She said she would redue it...I said that would be great I’m available on weekends and after 5:30. She gave me a time of 11 am on Thursday or it would be a few weeks before she would get me in again. Now.... it’s been 8 days. MY HAIR IS GREEN. All the pink is gone. The purple is gone. The real is gone. My hair is freaking green. I paid nearly $300 dollars for this. I’m so upset I don’t even want to go back to her at this point.
