After asking if they have a good foot scrub/callus remover they said they do but the basic $35 pedicure does not include a basic foot scrub with the shaver like the majority of nail salon do. They want $45 to do what most places do for $35. This was after I sat down with feet in the water. I asked if I can do the callus remover instead of a massage and the lady said yes but didn't do it! Well now I know to never go back! I don't get pedicures for a foot massage or color..it's all about the smooth feet and these people severely disappointed!

I absolutely adore Idol Nails. It is such a peaceful place to go after work and decorated very beautifully! I have never had a technician who tends to such detail while only taking 25 minutes to do dip SNS. Previous places I go would take up to 45 minutes to even 2 hours!!! I will always come back to idol nails

I had appointment for my visit in late March. The nail salon was very clean. The lady who did my gel manicure was very nice and used sanitized nail tools. The lady used electric nail drill on my cuticles. At first I did not notice any damage to skin. Later in the day, I notice red inflammation and some small cuts in the skin. I ended up having to use disinfectant and liquid bandage on the skin below four nails. It took a week for red inflammation to go away 😕 The gel polish still looks great after 2 weeks.

If I could give a zero star, I would. Their sign says walk ins welcome. Just wanted dip nail polish removed. This business is open until 7:30PM, walked in at 5:25PM and they told me “they didn’t have time to see me because I didn’t have an appointment.” One other customer was in this place of business. Absolutely appalled. Would not recommend if you want to be turned away when their hours of operation are 11:30AM-7:30PM.

worst manicure i have ever gotten. came here on a recommendation from a friend and i will not be returning. all i asked for was a dip manicure and left with nails that were not fully painted and look horrendous

Excellent customer service. Only the owners staff the salon, so you MUST have an appointment. However, this ensures excellent customer service. Cleanest nail salon ever!!!!

I love the lady here. She’s the best I’ve had do my nails. I’ve had my nails done a bunch and I’m from San Diego and have had some of the best nail technicians do my nails. It’s best to have an appointment because she is really busy. I don’t agree with people giving her a poor rating because they didn’t get in to have their nails done; she does a fantastic job. Just make an appointment, she’s very accommodating.

Please make an appointment if you want to come here!! They only accept walk in’s IF they have time but they are mainly all booked. This place was one of the CLEANEST places I have ever been to. I love simple cute nails and this place nailed the picture I wanted. Usually when I walk into other nail salons the over powering smell of acrylic gives me a headache but this place didn’t have any smell and smelled good actually. They continuously wash their hands and make sure to sanitize everything!!!

Highly recommended ! I have been going here for a couple of years now. They sterilize their equipment in an autoclave and are rigorous with cleaning the pedicure foot baths. They are courteous , professional and efficient. Parking is easy and plentiful. A variety of nail services offered.Delighted they are in my area.... I will continue to be a loyal customer.

I have been going here for a few months and wouldn't consider anywhere else now. I am usually able to call and get a same day appointment. The owners are so nice and I always feel valued and well taken care of.

I walked in without an appointment, but she managed to work me in for some dip nails. I like a natural, neutral nail, but do dip for longer lasting results before traveling abroad. Highly recommend 💅🏾

I’d give the place ZERO stars if I could! Signage states that they are open until 7:30pm and “walk-in are welcome.” I walked in to get my nails done at 4:30pm. The place was empty except for one nail tech and one customer. The nail tech asked what service I was wanting and I told her. She stated very curtly, “I don’t have time for that today.” Yeah, because there’s a line out the door… Right? Wrong. I don’t recommend this place. They won’t be open much longer anyway.
