All the providers are awesome at this place, I love the environment on my each visit. Biricik is my favorite to get my wax done, her work is very detailed and satisfying. Highly recommend if you need wax or eyebrows done !!!

Devki is an ANGEL! Right before the snow storm she allowed us to come in and get threaded even though the store was about to close. She did a fantastic job on my eyebrows left them very thick just like I like them. Thank you Devki, I’ll be back soon!

My wife was not happy with their service. They did everything she told them not to do. She is almost at the point of crying. She was very clear as to what she wanted, and it was not done. Never coming back.

I had my eyebrows waxed and tinted over a week ago by the wonderful Biricik and have since received countless compliments on how great they look! Biricik did a wonderful job guiding me with color recommendations and understood exactly what I was hoping to achieve. I can’t recommend her enough!

I’ve been going to this place for threading for a while now since moving to Charlotte but wanted to try something different for a little more pop. Browsed their offerings and it was between henna and tint. After meeting Biricik and her showing me the differences between both I settled with tint and wax since I already have thick brows. THE FINAL RESULT IS AMAZING! She was very patient during our talk, had pics to show and was also very meticulous when tinting and waxing. I will be returning for the same service going forward. Biricik has been waxing my eye brows for the past three months and I have been very happy with her service. She ensures my brows are nicely shaped. I have never been burned by the wax used on my face, my skin around my brows is never shiny from the waxing and she has never gotten any wax in the hair. I enjoy going her private room to have my brows waxed. I recently took advantage of the Refresh Facial promotion. Biricik did an amazing job and I felt like my skin was so clear and moisturized. It was very relaxing and am looking forward to my next visit. I had my first lash lift and tint with Biricik and she was wonderful! I was nervous to do anything involving chemicals near my eyes but I was super relaxed the whole time and I’m so happy with the results. I will definitely be back!

Devki is awesome! As I’ve gotten to know her, I’ve gotten to see that she is not only a great employee but also a great person! She does a fantastic job of threading and is my preferred threader at Idolize. However, even the other threaders are pretty good as well.

I had a lash lift and tint, an eyebrow tint, and an eyebrow threading. I loved both ladies I worked with (Dana for the lashes and tints, and Ritu for the eyebrow threading) and came away with amazing results. I got everything done two days before a two-week vacation, and the lash lift is still in place over a month later. Obviously new lashes have also grown in, but I am blown away that there is still some curl left! (For reference, I have straight downturned lashes, Asian style, and I've paid $100+ for lash lifts that only lasted a few days.)

I know nothing about eyebrows. I don't really have great brows I have dark hair but my brows are blonde and sparse. Biricik suggested different tints and was very precise with waxing and tinting. And explained everything and we also had a wonderful conversation. We are already scheduled to have the touch up done in 3 weeks. I can't wait!

Jami was a master of her craft but is no longer here. My brows and body were always pristine. Very personable which helped. I was here monthly, and had been coming here for over a year. Their new location was a great move but regrettably I won't be returning in the near future. It appears they now only have 1 person to provide Brazilian and underarm waxing and I have had 2 quite painful experiences with her. I have been getting services for several years and Avery from EW and Jamie who used to work here did not do multiple passes over the same area. They did not pick at the wax trying to find an area to pull while increase my levels of discomfort. I remain pleased with my eyebrow services but the process for my other regions is not the quality or experience I KNOW I should be having and for that reason I have to take my business elsewhere. It's a shame I have to drop them from 5 star to 2 and I'm really being kind with that.

Update: the new location off freemon drive needs to hire more staff to Service customers, especially on weekends. It makes no sense to have one person doing eyebrows, and a girl who comes from the back to sit at the front on her phone while 5+ customers are waiting for 20-30 minutes. I have been coming to this place for seven years now and the eyebrow threading is great, however, I have noticed recently that when I come, there is a line of people and one of the threading ladies seems to always stop what she is doing and goes to another room in the back to eat/break despite seeing a long line of customers! I think it is rude and not service oriented. Breaks need to be taken when there are little to no customers, not when it is known there are alot of people be waiting to be served!

Wow, I just had the worse experience of waxing. They allow you to prepay for a service that they don’t have staff to cover then will send you across the world for to get the rest of the service done. Then the other locations will expect you to pay them too although everything is prepaid.

I'm so glad I found it! I was super sad the South Park location AND the location near Whitehall had closed down and felt I was gonna have to go ALLLLLLL the way to the Northside but I found it lol. Always good service!
