I want to start off by saying that Yami, my lash tech, was so welcoming and professional! The establishment was very clean and I felt like I was in great hands. Her attention to detail during my lash lift and tint was noted and much appreciated 😉. I love how they turned out and I will absolutely be a returning client. Thank you Yami!

Terrible customer service from the beginning of my appointment. I scheduled a 8mth touch up with Chantall and ended up canceling my appointment due to the rude and unprofessional behavior that I experienced. To start, my appointment was at 10:30am in which I arrived at 10:29am to see a text from Chantall that she was running 10mins behind. So I went next door to grab a bite to eat and arrived back 10mins later to iExtend Beauty. I then received a text from Chantall asking if I had arrived after being on time originally for my scheduled appointment. I felt extremely rushed after she ended up being the one late for the scheduled appointment. Once I was called back, the energy and vibe immediately turned negative as I was told that I didn’t need a touch up and was asked what exactly did I want done to my eyebrows. I would expect if you are the professional providing the service that I’m paying YOU for, you would inform ME of how you would be able to help. What’s most upsetting is that I drove 2.5hrs and spent $400 on a hotel to receive the most terrible customer service that I’ve ever experienced. Not to mention, losing out on the deposit that I paid back in July for the service. It’s truly sad that people will take your money to only provide terrible customer service as if they are doing you a favor.

Amazing Lash Lift Experience! I recently had a lash lift, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The procedure itself was relaxing — almost like a spa treatment for my eyes! I even fell asleep xD After about an hour, my lashes were beautifully lifted and looked so natural yet enhanced. I love how it opens up my eyes without the need for extensions or heavy mascara. I highly recommend this lash lift to anyone looking for a low-maintenance, long-lasting way to enhance their natural lashes.

Chanti was so welcoming and made sure to educate me on the entire process since it was my first time. She took her time mapping my brows and made sure I was happy with them. I love how they turned out and will be back again. She did an amazing job !

Do not book this place! I called to let them know I was late. My GPS took me in circles around the parking lot as soon as I arrived the door was locked. I tried calling. She said that she was with another client. I don’t know how they could be with another client if mine was scheduled for that time she said sorry she’s canceling my appointment And taking my deposit

Don't book here. I booked online for 2 appointments 2 months in advance. Needed to change the date and could not reach anyone to change the appointment. I used the messaging tool several times and never heard back. They refuse to refund the $50 each deposit. Quite a racket! Edit to now say there is a response from the owner but yet no way to reach her. My initial appointment was booked for March 23rd.

Recently, I booked an appointment for lash extensions with Yami. She recommended that I get the volume lashes so I trusted her knowledge and expertise. The lashes looked great but the next morning I had lashes on my face that had fallen out. I called iExtend and left a message for Yami and asked for her to call me back. However, I never received a phone call and in a week, over half of the lashes had fallen out. According to Yami, the lashes should last about 2-3 weeks. Needless to say, I'm so disappointed in the service and as a first time customer, I won't be returning.

Love love love Chanti! Highly recommend! She is very knowledgeable and very passionate about her work! She aims for perfection! :) One of the best beauty therapist! She always makes my eyebrows look beautiful! Exceptional explanation of how to care and grow my eyebrows (she even sends you home with tools/eyebrow oil!). Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my brows!

Excellent experience here. Yami did an amazing job. I got lash extensions, more specifically the Hybrid set. The process was so calming . I'm definitely going back for a fill in when needed. The lashes look amazing and I love them!!! Thank You Yami!!

Yami is very professional and perfectionist, if you want your eyelashes to look beautiful, I recommend that you come with her, and for Latinas she also speaks Spanish👌🏼 Yami es muy profesional y perfeccionista, si quieres que tus pestañas te queden bellas, te recomiendo que vengas con ella, y para las Latinas ella también habla español👌🏼
