Went in for a formal style and it was so awful that I had to straighten and then redo my own hair. The stylist told me to go home and put a clip in it to hold it together. That wasn’t a solution. She got so caught up in what she thought she was seeing in the photo that she missed the look I was asking for.

I showed up for my haircut only to be informed that my stylist was not there. I had taken the morning off work and scheduled my whole day around the appointment. Ihloff did not bother notifying me in advance of the cancellation. Really frustrating and unprofessional.

Met "Mimi" for the 1st time when she did my hair on Saturday. She made me feel like I an long time client. She listened to my questions and concerns. My hair looks beautiful and I am very happy with my experience and this salon!!

I have now had two bad experiences here. I know every experience isn’t the same. I’ll speak to my appointment yesterday. I had a haircut. A simple men’s haircut. The stylist butchered my hair so badly that I was in tears when I got back to my car. Both experiences started with a getting a cold shoulder from the check-in desk and a terrible haircut. After the first haircut, I decided to try one more time and go to a different stylist. I’m literally wearing a hat today, while I find another salon that can fix what the Ihloff did.

Awful outcome. The bottom two inches had precious color, so I don’t fault the stylist for that, but I asked for white and was left with hay colored hair, uneven mids and roots, and bleach spots on my dark hair. I signed a contract regarding the previously colored hair, so even though my hair that was virgin looks terrible, they “stand by” this. The most they could do was concede that the bleach on my dark hair was “an honest mistake” and refund the tip I left out of pressure. Disgusting for $250, I really expected more from an Aveda salon.

First time going and MY GOSH i had a fantastic experience. My girl Katie was so phenomenal, extremely kind and fun, and did a wonderful job with my highlight and cut. She offered advice and followed what i wanted perfectly. THANK YOU!

Super great experience, Jennifer is a fantastic stylist, 11/10 would recommend. The water is delish, salon is not too loud, shampoo wash is very fun.

Walked in was greeted and offered a refreshing glass of strawberry water.From start to finish the stylist was professional and on Point with what I asked for.Very pleased with the haircut and blowout.The shampoo chairs are very comfortable!Looking forward to getting my hair colored in a few weeks.

Katie was great & got me in & out super quick! The only thing is I’m not sure what shampoo & conditioner they used on me but it made my hair dry as straw. I use bumble & bumble haircare at home & it makes my hair way softer.

Called to see if they could take walk-ins for a perm for my grandma which they do not. I understood that. That's fine. Strange thing though. I called beforehand and they said they would be to do a cut for her at least even though they were booked for other appointments. I called right when they opened today, too. This was my grandma's favorite place to get her hair done. She's 91 and disabled. After we drove an hour so she could get her hair at least shampooed and styled since they could not do a perm, they completely dismissed her, even though I was told differently on the phone. She said she'll never return to this place and she was so disappointed. It would have been my grandpa's 95th birthday today and we were putting flowers on his grave. When you're so petty that you turn away a 91 year old woman, you deserve to go out of business.

Great experience at Ihloff today with Mimi. My hair was super long and shaggy, aside from my multiple weird cowlicks, but she handled it fantastically and made me look amazing. I will be going back to see her again.
