Had a very bad experience with massage. The masseur is super non-professional, definitely doesn't know what they doing. Very expensive also. Wouldn't go there next time 👎🏼

I recently moved to the area and was worried I wouldn’t find a brow salon that met my standards. Fortunately, I found IKAL Spa, which has been a total game-changer! Adriana did an amazing job threading and tinting my brows, which were overdue for some serious care. She's not only highly skilled but also incredibly attentive and clearly values her clients. I can’t wait to explore more services here!

I’ve been getting lash lifts for years and this is my new favorite place to get one in the city. Immediately booked a first-time lash lift for my mother and she loved it! Everyone is so attentive and helpful and walk you through every step of the process.

Adriana is truly a brow artist - I did the tweeze and tint and she is incredibly detailed and they looked fuller and clean, she’s my new brow girl. Also the spa is lovely, it’s such a tranquil, clean space - I almost fell asleep in the room!

Cant express enough how phenomenal my experience was at IKAL. Alexis is theeee girl to go to for brows! I dont let anyone touch my brows & she made sure I was taken care of. Asked me how I preferred my style, my tint, and walked me through every single step along the process. Didnt hurt me while threading & was beyond a delight. Loved the atmosphere of the spa and will definitely be coming back!

First time I had eyebrow threading and Alexis did an amazing job. I love the shape and how clean they are. She made sure I was comfortable the whole session. Will deffo come back!

I had my eyebrows done by Alexis. I cannot recommend her enough! As a man, I’ve never had my brows done before and was a tad nervous. Alexis made me feel comfortable and at ease while she worked her magic. I didn’t know my eyebrows could look this good. Highly recommend!

Visited IKAL for a brow design thread and wow, what a great experience. The place itself is gorgeous and inviting. Adriana was kind and threaded my eyebrows beautifully. Really appreciate the length of the appointment and the care that goes into perfecting the brows. I’m looking forward to returning and trying other services as well. Happy to have found this spot!

Truly cannot say a bad thing about this place, it’s cozy and luxurious! Adriana does it all and I haven’t gone anywhere else for skincare, lashes or brows since I found her in 2022. She takes extra time to understand your skin type and provide a plan for what you’re looking to address. The price is well worth it for the small things she adds on to the service or provides for aftercare.

Adrianna is amazing!! It’s REALLY hard to find someone you trust with your eyebrows and lashes. I met Adriana in 2021 and she welcomed me with open arms. She is passionate about her work which makes it easy to trust her. Der Salon liegt in einer Nachbarschaft mit vielen Restaurants und kleinen Geschäften. Die Behandlung (Augenbrauenkorrektur und Lamination) war sehr angenehm und das Resultat wunderbar. Der Salon selbst ist sauber und einladend eingerichtet.

I had a facial with Mason today. She was amazing!!!! It was absolutely the best facial I’ve ever had. We did a deep cleansing hydra infusion facial including full extractions. My skin looks and feels better than it ever has! I’m so excited I found my new spot! 😄🙌🏻✨

I'm coming back for high quality personalized and exceptionally peaceful service. There are usually at most 3 people at the salon (meaning you typically are the sole customer at your booking time). Small and luxurious space is a much needed escape from daily grind of the city. Additionally, lashes, brows and facial services are competitively priced, some services are significantly more affordable than in other downtown salons. One more thing, which does it for me is the full service options. There is nothing they can't do and staffing is consistent over time. There are very few masters and IKAL hired them.

I’ve seen Adrianna many times for facials, often at very short notice which I appreciate as a local that lacks planning ability. I think she is super skilled and knowledgeable but you do have to trust her. She told me to come off tretinoin which goes against every everyone tells me but she way totally right! It was making my skin too sensitive and red and I look way more youthful without even the weakest strength. This isn’t the relaxing, customer serving spa experience like others. In true NYC culture she is direct and isn’t going to gas you up with unnecessary validation like ‘wow your skin is sooo beautiful’ or dance around pain infliction if needed or burn some fancy incense but I personally appreciate that. She also isn’t that forthcoming being informative or suggesting better treatments however if you ask she delivers. Her approach is definitely more brazen than other aestheticians but she isn’t trying to form a relationship or sell you stuff, she’s a perfectionist that deeply cares about the work she does and enjoys pleasing people. Her borderline obsessive attitude imo is because she knows her ability and is truly passionate about the work she does; not because she’s trying to squeeze as much money from her clientele she can. She’s a humble star that gives great value compared to others pumping their name. I’ve had some of the best facials and advice from her I’ve ever had and they last a long time with proper skincare.

Really strange experience with this business. Ultimately, the products they use are good and the environment is good, but the way their view on customer service is incredibly immature, unusual, unfair, and unlike anything I've experienced in NY. I had been coming here for a year now for lash lifts. Then recently found I wasn't able to make an appointment online. I called in and tried, got a call back to explain to me that Adriana had effectively blocked me...as a customer. Which is just really strange and immature considering I never did anything to the business, always tipped well, always arrived on time, consistently had told her how much she had my trust and how nice it was to find my go-to for these treatments here in NY. The last time I had my lashes done here, I was trying to explain a section of my eyelashes that she did that didn't feel natural. It was just one little section I was asking to revisit. Of course, I was being extremely polite and patient. Ultimately it wasn't improving even after a fix, so I accepted it was okay, I'll get used to it, it's not a permanent thing, it's fine, etc. and said thank you. She left to use the restroom (or just hide in it?) before I left the treatment room. I waited a little even after paying to say thank you properly before leaving, but she wasn't coming out so I just left. There was one time before this I asked her to fix something on the lashes after the treatment, and she fixed it perfectly and I was grateful and happy and went on my way. Anyone who has gotten their lashes done knows that it's not always a perfect home run on the first try. So this is just really strange to me to find that she couldn't take feedback even if it was delivered patiently and politely, and it's about something on her customer's body, which they have a right to have feedback about....and so her solution is to block me as a customer and make the poor guy who runs reservations/the front desk explain this to me. It's just frankly weird. But it sounds like we’ll both be happy with me not supporting this business anymore, so worked out for the best.

The spirit of IKAL is evident as soon as you step into the spa. The ambiance and decor is one of intentionality, tranquility and client-focus. I got a facial which made my skin feel extremely moisturized and rejuvenated. The experience was relaxing and the service, professional. The staff is knowledgeable, extremely attentive to details, and welcoming. I will definitely be back!

First, I want to just say I never really leave reviews but felt the need to write one on with this place in particular.. . When it comes to facials or massages I am such a picky person… I have tried so many places in the city, spending a fortune and leaving super disappointed. This beauty spa left me feeling so refreshed and confident in my skin. This spa literally I mean literally goes above and beyond when it comes to anything. The hydro facial was to die for…. Typically I am used to a place just slapping on a serum, using the machine and calling it a day, not even including the fact that its an extra charge for something as simple as extractions. But here is very different. At IKAL salon their hydro facial combines everything you would expect plus more into one single treatment and not to mention at an affordable price for nyc!! My face is glowing, hydrated, and ready for the weekend. Not to mention the owner and her husband are so sweet and very knowledgeable. This beauty spa is gold and a hidden gem especially for soho. Relieved to say I found my forever beauty salon, I can’t wait to go back and try more!
