Room 926 was beautiful but the lighting was terrible! Impossible to do proper makeup even with all the lights on! Hallways were also chilly. It was a very cold weather week for Texas however. This is a beautiful property though one of the fanciest I’ve stayed and I’m grateful for that! Breakfast options were very good!! Spa therapist Meredith was fantastic! Thank you!!

My massage was incredible. Brenda really made it a relaxing session by targeting the areas I was having pain in. She also checked in to ensure the pressure was good and if she needed to increase or decrease the pressure. Overall, fantastic massage. Brook was my esthetician and she did the signature facial with oxygen treatment. She walked me through everything and explained what she was doing every step of the way which I enjoyed. She made it a nice and relaxing experience. Will be back!

I went to this hotel to have a relax day with my sisters we went to the spa and it was amazing we also planned on stay the night there we got a suite room number 936, when we were there in the room relaxing when we saw a roach and we couldn't sleep well since we were scared, also the room was very dirty especially the restroom.. we let the front desk know about this issues and she gave us an email address to send the pictures and our experience in the hotel we did and they never responded to our email.. very disappointed for a fancy and expensive places 😕

OMGOODNESS this is our third time returning for business but the first time I made time to get a massage. The Spa is worth a visit every time. Service is impeccable as everyone is knowledgeable about services and will help you find the best ones for your needs and schedule. The cleanliness is not to miss, lovely boutique to shop their products and peruse unique finds. I LOVE the multiple relaxation rooms, the ginormous balcony with additional lounging, and the therapeutic saunas (dry or wet with aromatherapy). I bought the eucalyptus and lemongrass oil they diffuse in there. My masseuse was Brenda and I came in with major tension in my neck, head, jawline, and upper back. I stand & drive alot for work so my feet usually burn. She engaged with me before service, listened to me and I walked out of there on cloud wellbeing!! My scalp massage alone was a reason to book for the next 6 months!! When asked how I felt, my only response was "Grateful!" My dad recieved the same service from Therapist Dominique, he walked out echoing the exact same sentiments!! I hope I can self care here monthly. I hope you can too. Erika 💆🏾‍♀️🍵

The staff that works in the SPA are super nice and polite, they make you feel welcome, and Dominique had excellent hands love her massage, I love to go and relax.

Absolutely stunning facility and very relaxing. Amazing products in Razul, super friendly staff. Special call out to the girl who checked me in because after I went to the indoor pool I went outside to the outdoor pool and she came out to let me in as my card did not provide access. It was very thoughtful of her to do that especially after the spa was closed.

This was a very overpriced spa experience that I was not satisfied with. The experience started with the valet that did not seem interested in assisting the group I was with. The front desk couldn't be bothered to speak to us, they just pointed at the check in desk for the spa. I question if I had a legitimate esthetician because she did not seem to know the product names, and she didn't give me any information on what she would be using on me, and she didn't ask if I was happy with the products or would like to purchase any. The spa was confusing to navigate, and there were no Exit signs. Overall, I would not return and I would not recommend.

This was the best spa experience I have ever had. It started with a warm greeting from the front desk and the manager, Devan. We were shown around and given our robes and slippers. After having some fruit infused water and relaxing we were taken to our massage. Best and most relaxing massage ever. Then we went to our facial which was equally as incredible. The day finished with a trip to the pool and jacuzzi. Overall great experience. Thank you Elian Spa staff for the amazing time!

this is one of the most beautiful spas in San Antonio and the area. The employees there are the best, so kind and friendly and helpful. Meredith did my pedicure and polish change and I’ve never had such an awesome experience!

Eilan Spa is tranquil, clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. Brenda was my masseuse and she was WONDERFUL! She was a good listener and really wanted to make sure I was happy the entire time. We used the steam room and indoor hot tub to finish off the relaxing experience. We will be coming back!

because when I booked I told the guy in the spa I wanted a deep tissue and instead he booked a Swedish...and the fact that you put a 33% on the bill without asking is wrong....and person who did the massage wasted a lot of time doing things other than the massage.

The Spa is amazing. We got the two step. Massage and facial. Our experience was far better than we expected. The staff is super friendly. If you want relaxation and quiet. This best kept secret. Not anymore since I’m sharing. lol. We love this place.

Facial was amazing and relaxing, especially for my first one. The massage was fantastic too. Just what I needed to loosen up some tight back muscles. Location was good proximity to me since I stayed at the resort. Might be a little more troublesome for others staying off site.

Great experience! I came with a girlfriend to have a day of relaxation and the Spa at Elian did not disappoint! The facility was clean and beautiful. The staff were wonderful (Carlos was amazing) and we really enjoyed the Rasul experience. We came early to take advantage of the gym and pool as well, both were great. The complementary valet and mimosas were a plus. Will be back for sure!

Great property but not for couples. Too many kids running around, cohered sales pitch and forced daily valet. Room was great with a few dated/distressed amenities. It has a great Orlando for families and elderly only feel to it.

I had a good time on my mini vacay. The best part by far was the spa, so relaxing, wonderful atmosphere and masseuse Brenda really took care of me! Room was good, restaurant was decent. No vegetarian options but I was able to create a decent meal out of sides and the fried corn ribs were fantastic. The worst part by far was 10am checkout. I hope that doesn’t become a trend across the hotel industry.
