100000% RECOMMEND!! Jailee knows what she's doing. She was so sweet and so gentle (which is so HUGE when doing a service near someone's eyeball) I really appreciated her explaining what she was doing and she def pays attention to the little details which I loved. My lashes and brows turned out FIRE! I will be going back to see her.

I sadly did not have a positive experience here. I first waited for over 15 minutes and although I received an apology, it struck me as odd when the late policy is so strict that the individual doing my lashes was late herself. I got a lash lift and as someone with Asian lashes I would have much rather appreciated being told they weren’t confident in lifting my lashes rather than seeing them post lift with absolutely no change. I was also told I could come back or receive another lift but personally, I would have just appreciated a refund or better yet being told from the start they weren’t knowledgeable or confident in doing Asian lashes.

Everyone here is extremely accommodating, professional and kind. My go to artist is Brittany, she absolutely KILLS my hybrid set every time. She truly takes pride in her artistry and it shows. It’s refreshing to finally find an artist that takes their time and creates sets to my liking, I wasn’t getting that with my previous artists elsewhere. I also had the pleasure of having a fill by Gloria and Jailee who also are great at what they do. Thanks ladies 🫶🏽😊

I'm older (71 years old to be exact) and was a bit hesitant to get eye lash extensions, but I am REALLY pleased. My stylist, Gloria, gave me just the right look - not too much. Also the owner, Allison, recommended brown lashes, which resulted in a subtle yet classy look. I definitely will be a repeat customer!

Overall, I’ve had an absolute wonderful experience, even prior to having an appointment. The owner was responsive and answered questions to messages I sent via their social media page. She also was able to accommodate a last minute change in appt via phone. Each visit upon arrival I am greeted promptly, even if my service provider is currently busy, letting me know they will be right with me. My first two appointments have been with Chelsea and she has been such a pleasure to work with! My lashes look BEAUTIFUL and I am constantly getting compliments on them. They are very open about taking detailed notes in your profile regarding your lashes in case you do ever need to switch service providers for whatever reason (which I like as it relieves the pressure of “cheating” on your provider). Due to my schedule, my next appt will be with Brittany, but I have no doubt I will receive the same great service!

I went for my first Lash Lift with Nakiyah and it went great. I really loved that she explained what she was going to do and also at the end was thorough about what to expect and what I needed to do for after care. She was really nice and professional - and the lashes look great! 😊

Literally such a good vibe in there! Everyone was so sweet and accommodating. Mary Kate is literally so sweet and great with the lashes. I am from out of town and needed a last minute fill in and they were able to get me in the next morning. I will be coming back every time I’m in the area!

The ladies at ilash are professional but fun. It was my first experience and not only did they make me feel comfortable, they cared about how I felt about my new lashes. The owner even reached out to me a week later to see how the lashes are working out for me! That's excellent customer service, in my opinion! Wonderful ladies, great experience, beautiful lashes!!

This review is not a reflection of my lash artist as she was great. This is a review has everything to do with the environment I was in. I booked this appointment as a treat to myself to get some relaxation, and found that hard to do as inappropriate conversations were being had around me as I was getting serviced. My artist was very apologetic and her work was excellent. Hopefully in the future, iLash could cultivate a more professional atmosphere.

Amanda. Reeves. That’s all LOL! She never fails to make my eye lashes flawless. I feel gorgeous every time I leave the studio. She is so skilled with color eye lashes (which are my thing.) I started with a chain lash studio before coming to iLash. I never had good retention or long last lashes until I came here. I get compliments all the time and tell every one to check them out. I recently attended the ilash Charlotte decision work shop and I loved it! It was so well organized and there wasn’t just one but four other talented lash artists there to help guide you on the proper placement of an eyelash extension and answer all your questions throughly. The most thing I loved about this class was being able to talk with the owner Allison 1 on 1 while discussing future goals! It really opened up my eyes on how successful you can be in this industry and let me tell you Allison is the biggest motivator I’ve met in Charlotte! She doesn’t judge you at all she simply wants to help you be successful! So if you haven’t attended a class from ilash Charlotte you’re really missing out! Don’t walk to this place RUN to it 😝I hope they continue to have these workshops!

I’ve been going to Amanda for years! She is amazing! My eyelashes are always perfect. She’s personable, loves catching up with your life..but also, let’s you get a quick cat nap in from the middle to the end of the service. She’s the #2 in line and #1 in my heart 🥰 the shop, in general, always has amazing artists. Weather it’s a 2 or 3 week fill-in, or a new set, you know you’re in the right place when they’re booked out weeks in advance. (So, for my sake, don’t book Amanda on Tuesdays or Thursdays 😂)

Melora is amazing with lash lifts and lash extensions. I’ve been going to her for over 6 months and it’s always high quality. If you take care of your lashes, they will last. She is meticulous and hilarious and you can tell that she deeply cares about her clients being happy with the result. She also does trainings for other lash artists… would highly recommend both getting your lashes done by her and also taking classes if you are a lash artist. She’s top notch and a perfectionist.

Melora is the absolute BEST!! After trying several other salons, she has been doing my extensions now for months. My lashes look naturally full and LAST for weeks. She is so kind and I always feel like I am visiting a friend. She listens and, with her expertise, gives me the look I need for day-to-day and special occasions. I can’t praise her enough!

There are so many lash extension companies out there just like nail salons. I was extremely cautious to have this service done, afraid my own lashes would be damaged along with who would do the best job. I've heard plenty of horror stories plus I was new to extensions. I am getting married this Fall and wanted to get started and get used to them well in advance. Well.... look no further ladies! I started 7 months ago with AMANDA, senior stylist, and have not looked back once! She is amazing, talented, and downright knows her stuff. She knew exactly what I needed and what would look best on me from the get go. Now I always look forward to hanging out with her for my refills. I will not go anywhere else. The products she uses also are top notch, so my lashes stay in place beautifully in between fills. The heck of it is I will not be removing them after the wedding as I love them too much! So glad I found AMANDA and you will be too!

I walked in with a disaster originating from WINK. I mean damaged and painful lashes and all. Dayle look her time to remove the previous lashes and hooked me up making sure to take special care of the areas where my lashes had been lost secondary to the previous installment. What I love especially about this location, all the ladies work together for their clients. I'm so glad to have discovered this location. I will be coming back..If you want beautiful extentions that keep your lash health as the priority this is your place. Thank you again ilash of Charlotte!
