Been coming here for 2 years but, unfortunately, I will be moving out of state soon so just wanted to leave this review for others. Sierra and the other ladies are amazing! Always make me feel welcome and as someone not used to getting lashes or facials, they would always explain the procedures and made me feel comfortable. Will miss you Sierra and best of luck with your future career!!!

Depends what you are looking for, it is a more laid back atmosphere. But the girls all talk to each other very loud, and ignore you. They all have very conservative views, so that may be what you’re looking for. I gave it a few chances, but somehow the conversation was always very extreme right, anti-vaccine, etc. not for me. I had to cancel when something came up for daughter and was charged $86, after calling they dropped it $50. Just an fyi that the cancellation isn’t $25 as stated on their site. They count everything separate (lamination, tint, etc). Just something to know, they don’t care what you cancel for, you will be charged.

I grew my eyebrows out for 5 weeks and was excited to get the eyebrow makeover service (laminate, shape, henna, & wax). I have light auburn red hair & told Diana that I go a little bit darker than my hair color for my eyebrows- more like a warm brown & showed her a picture for reference (picture with black background) …. I was VERY dissatisfied with my brows at the end of the appointment. My eyebrows are BLACK. Diana asked me what I thought & I mentioned that they were very dark & she quickly responded “I only but one drop of brown” …. I was immediately disappointed with not only them being black (reminder my hair is light auburn/natural ginger color) but also, the shape of one of my eyebrows was literally so bad that when I got home I had to re pluck it myself…defeating the whole purpose of paying to have them done…. I didn’t want to make a scene at the shop so I (regretfully) paid for the service and left highly upset… I can’t even cover my brows with my pomade, because it looks very cakey trying to cover my BLACK brows with brown product… I would not recommend getting your brows done here if you have a lighter hair complexion… took pictures of my brows as soon as I got in my car outside of the shop. 3rd picture is reference picture I showed Diana for the color I typically do my eyebrows.

I have been going to Illuminé Beauty since it opened and I cannot say enough great things about it. The team is not only obvious experts in their craft but they are some of the nicest women I have met. They truly make you feel and look absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend their services.

This place is such a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The ladies are so friendly, and extremely knowledgeable and provide amazing work with the top quality products. They do beautiful work on my eyelash extensions and shaping of my eyebrows. Always leave feeling refreshed after the beauty treatments. Love this place and wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

To the person complaining about a cancellation fee, you my friend may take a seat! As a matter of fact, take two seats! It is ridiculous to complain about a cancellation fee it is clearly documented everywhere you look. Should the ladies sit around and wait for you to find childcare? You knew you had an appointment why is it their fault? I am a regular customer there. I think all the girls are fantastic. The job that Dianna does on my eyelashes every two weeks makes this 58-year-old grandmother feel special when I walk out of there. The girls talk to their clients. It is a place where if one of the ladies is booked you can book with one of the other ones and it’s exactly the same. Therefore, when you walk in all of the technicians know you and greet you it’s not about one technician one client it’s like cheers where they make you feel like family. The idea of my Google review was not going to include the rude person that complained about a clear cancellation policy but was to tell everybody that the girls that work at this salon genuinely care about their clients. I will be seeing these great ladies for the next two weeks for as long as they will let me I love this place!!!

I love Illuminate Beauty! I can’t say enough…All the women are so personable and number one I love my lashes each time I leave. I’ve tried many places and this has been by far my favorite. Sam is my girl! I’ve been going to her for a couple of years and let’s just say I have found my home. With a busy schedule, I can request my own appointments and make any adjustments necessary within 24 hours online that works for me. I also love how I receive reminder texts/emails about my appointment the day before. I never have to overlook or forget about my appointments. :) I highly recommend!

Can i just say my experience here today was well needed! I just moved here last year and have been nervous to venture into new businesses but I’m so glad i came here. I have been going to illumine for a few months and Diana always does an amazing job on my lashes. I’ve also went for a facial with Tiffany and she was amazing. Every appointment I’ve had I have been completely happy and satisfied. The services I’ve received with both ladies were amazing. All the ladies are always welcoming and professional. I would definitely recommend these all the ladies at illumine.

I have had lash extensions off and on over the last 15 years. Although I have always enjoyed them, I definitely noticed a difference when I became a client at Illuminé 7 months ago. What these ladies do is truly an art. Since my first lash nap, I have continued to add and enjoy additional services, hena brows and shaping, high frequency scalp treatments, facials and dermaplaning. There may be a waitlist when you call to schedule your first set but it is absolutely worth the wait! Diana is so incredibly talented! I LOVE my lashes! I started with "classics" since I have never had a lot of lashes to work with. After just a few months, and because of her technique, and the products and lashes she uses, I am thrilled to now have volume lashes that look amazing! The results from her high frequency scalp treatments have even impressed my hairdresser of nearly 10 years! Thank you Diana 😊

I have been going to Illuminé Beauty for my lash extensions every 2 weeks for the past 3 years now. They’re the best in town! The shop is clean and COVID ready. All the girls wear masks and there are partitions between the beds, as well as a sanitation center when you walk in. The level of professionalism is unmatched. They genuinely care about their clients and want you to feel like your best self when you leave. Sam, Morgan, Tiffany, and Diana are a talented team and gorgeous inside and out!

I stopped in at illuminé today and I was pleased to see that all the young ladies that work there had their masks on and I can appreciate that during these trying times for small businesses. I'm an AFR firefighter and it's hard for us to relate to anyone who's not also trying to maintain a normal life during these crazy times. All the ladies at Illumine are professional, nice and knowledgeable. Tiffany Franco is the best lash tech I've ever had! When I used to get lash extensions they would hurt and poke my eyelid. Now that Tiffany does them they feel like my natural lashes and they last FOREVER! Tiffany also does my Brazilian waxes and always makes me feel relaxed and comfortable.
