Worst experience with Rose, rescheduled my appointment 1 hour before my time to the afternoon; to just have her cancel it 20 minutes before. This is not the first time, last time, the same rescheduling last minute. The only reason I used her service 2nd time was that my son wanted the same braids from last time. She is definitely not professional at all, I understand emergencies happen, but no apology, just a generic text.

Great service, I been coming to this salon over 7 years and I will say never disappoint they take really good care of your hair. Very knowledgeable and they hair products are one of the best in the market.

Excelente servicio! Me arregle con ellas para mi boda hace dos años, me he cortado el cabello con ellas varias veces y hoy me hice una hidratacion y me dejaron el cabello fabuloso. Super recomendadas, siempre se pasa un rato agradable. No coloco nombres porque me he atendido con varias y todas hacen un trabajo impecable 💕

Ruth is so great with Blonde hair. I’ve been going to her for over a year now and she never disappoints . She’s so gentle with my brittle hair and my hair always comes out perfect and not damaged from the bleach.

El peor servicio que puede existir super irresponsable, le pague 369$ para unas extensiones se fue de viaje a RD y yo llamándola porque ya hacía dos semana y ella no respondía las llamadas y menos los mensajes , la llamaba de mi celular y nada la llame de otro número y respondió la llamada cuando me identifique que se percato que era yo lo que me dijo fue que en esos momentos me iba a llamar con muchísima excusa. pésimo servicio jamás vuelvo a este lugar NEVER tras de eso se atreve a cobrarme los 9 dólares por pasar mi tarjeta muy caripela descarada .

Super recomiendo este salón, bien completo y con muy buen servicio. Llevo más de 5 años atendiéndome con Odi la dueña del salón y siempre salgo satisfecha pero al igual he tratado con otras del equipo y todas son muy buenas.

Best Dominican salon I’ve ever been to! Kenya is the best hair stylist that has ever worked on my hair! I book her for keratin treatment and regular blow dry/ flat ironing. The whole staff makes you feel at home. The manager will even make fresh coffee while you wait! I will continue to go here even if I wait hours!!!

I absolutely love this place! My hairstylist, Kenia, that I’ve been going to for 5+ years is excellent! With just a wash and blow Kenia leaves your hair effortlessly straight and silky. My whole family goes to her and i even sent my friends over to her! All staff is great here. check them out

I go to Kenya once a week. She has been taking care of my hair for many years now. There is no one else I would use. I get a blow dry and she does the most beautiful curls on my very thin hair and they last all week. Sweetest hairdresser. I highly recommend trying her. You won’t regret it

I’ve been going to Kenia since a little girl! She’s very thorough on her work & her service is excellent! When she relocated to illusions beauty salon she has definitely graced everyone with her talented skills! Also every staff that’s there are very warm & welcoming! They help each other! I’ve been going to this salon for years & even my 7 year old daughter has a great experience! Keep up the great work!

I absolutely love going to this salon to get my hair done. My hair stylist is Kenia, and I’ve been going to her since 2016! She’s extremely friendly, nice, and caring. She always gets my hair on point. I recommend and send all my family members and friends to her. The staff and environment is great. No complaints. My favorite place to visit when I come to Florida to vacation, the new owner is so attentive and cares about all her clients. The place is kept neat and I was even offered a cup of coffee during my wait! Love this place, recommend you all come here and get your hair done with the owner Odi.
