I’ve been going to illusions since I was kid and over the years theses ladies have become extremely rude and don’t cut hair good like they use to anymore , always leave my sons hair choppy , never coming to this place again

Have been a customer since I was a child. I saw a review where the customer said they waited an hour and then was told they could not sit him and that they were letting others with less wait time go before him. I do want to let people know that I always make an appointment even if it's a same day appointment instead of a walk in because they do have people come in with appointments that will get seated before you. These ladies are like mothers to me and have had amazing service since I was around 10 years old. I bring my kids to them because that's how patient and nice they are. If you do make an appointment by phone, they will also call you to let you know when you can head that way if you ask so you won't be waiting too long. Been loyal to them for 11 years and hopefully they're still here when my son's are old enough to come themselves!

I have had my hair cut in many salons, wanting my hair cut specifically. Even going the extra mile to show the hair stylist a picture of what I want. The ladies at illusions are the only ones that got it right. My permanent hair salon for sure!!

Excellent job! She was very patient with my 4 year old who can't seem to sit still to save her life. My hair was very long and hadn't been cut by a professional in 4 years and she took her time cutting, making it look just how I wanted. First time my child had her hair cut and they did fabulous! I will definitely be returning and recommending. Thank you so much ladies!!

My grandson thought he would cut his own hair late in the day on a Saturday and they were sweet enough to work is in. They always do a great job on my other grandsons hair!
