I chopped all my hair off myself and I went here hoping for a trim but they rocked my world and gave me everything I needed and all their products smell AMAZING! The stylists are all kind and awesome at their work and if it wasn’t for this salon I would be walking around looking like lord farquad but instead I look and feel like a 90s bombshell

The people there are very kind and very nice people, however it was very very expensive it was for me not to end up with the result I wanted(it was $755. and I had to get my hair done with them twice and it still didn't turn out like I asked for at all. I wanted my hair all light brown and I ended up with my hair dark brown.

Love this place so much! I got layers after a few months and Leticia did an amazing job! I’m obsessed with my hair. She listened to what I wanted and was very communicative throughout the process. The place was also very clean. Overall this is definitely going to be my new place for everything hair related!

janette was so nice! she ended up doing a full solid color on me and a haircut. my hair was so pigmented and shiny when she was done (anyone with dyed black hair knows that it's never dark enough, but it was SO dark!). the haircut was also exactly what i asked for! everyone there was kind and i was super impressed with the final results. thank you janette; i will definitely be coming back!

I love coming to Illusion real! This was the 2nd time here & both times have been delightful. I took the chance and went as a walk-in and even though Brianna’s team had their original appts scheduled they all worked together to fit me in. My hair was horrible due to a previous cut at a different salon & quite frankly I didn’t think I had a solution but Brianna is a great stylist and made sure to look at every possible option for me 💛 yes, I payed more than I usually would and I don’t regret it! She walks you through the cut and gives her honest opinion for better results! Definitely recommend 💕

Booked the “IDK what to book appt” told Brianna what I have been wanting to do with my hair and my doubts and she was very knowledgeable and reassuring that the color I wanted was a good choice and able to be done. Everyone there is super friendly. For sure will come back for all my hair needs and be referring my friends and family.

I have gone to Janette Ozuna twice and both times she has left me feeling special, refreshed and beautiful! The care from start to finish is definitely unmatched! You leave feeling pampered, relaxed, happy, and confident! The salon is very clean and modern. They offer homemade drinks such as coffee, lemonade or strawberry lemonade. Other drinks and snacks are available to customers! During my visits I have received a thorough hair wash, hair mask, hair cut with long layers and face frame, and an incredible salon hair blow out! My hair grew about 5-6 inches since my last visit 6 months ago! The recommended products work wonders! Janette is very friendly, experienced, and precise with all of her work! I love this studio! I’ve been a loyal client for years and there’s a reason. Bri is the best, she and her team go above and beyond. She is so talented and her work sets her apart from other stylist. I took a break from dying my hair and knew when i was ready to dye my hair it would be with Bri. I went from dark brown virgin hair to the light balayage hair of my dreams! i cant say enough good things. If you're thinking about getting your hair done, just do it!

Just got my haircut here for the first time with Janette and left absolutely OBSESSED! She was amazing, friendly and informative. The staff is all so nice and welcoming. I have found my new salon!
