Should rename to delusions. Asked for simple straight cut and slight face frame. Had hair to my waist and was finally willing to cut it mid-chest area after I let it grow for years and colored it. However she did not cut it straight, and the “face frame” was chopped up horrible chunks. So bad. Ended up forced to cut even more hair off myself just so I could have had semi-even hair. This was November 2022 but still not right. My hair grows super slow but don’t ever go here.

I waited to leave this review because I had been going to this salon for four years and this was the last time. I have never had this happen to my hair before and I am so upset. I wanted highlights like I have been getting there for years now and I was left with half blonde on one side and the other half is still my original color because the stylist did not give my hair enough time to process. Since she used bleach I cannot get it fixed by anyone. She added a ghost streak to my hair when I SPECIFICALLY asked please no large streaks and bam she added one secretly thinking I would like it. She rushed me to the chair quickly dried and curled it to hide the mess she made. 155 dollars for unprocessed yellow, half and half hair that nobody can fix. I have to get it colored dark now. Truly the worst experience I have ever had. I was in tears.

Not satisfactory The staff was not able to listen,she was so rude and went for hair cut for the first time but came out with rough hair.. I would not recommend

They don't listen. They do what they think you want. Just listen to what we say. Adriana needs a lot more experience.

Johnny, his wife and his crew are masters of the craft. I went to them for my very first manicure pedicure and permanent acrylic inch and a half nails and they did me right. Their prices are right and their skills are over the top!

Hair was cut uneven, a part of my hair was forgotten or something and i didn’t realize til later that day [I left with it still wet, i don’t like heat products so didn’t want it blow dried and styled] that it was longer than the rest

I love Illusions! Jodean (the owner) is super nice and keeps things running smoothly. Kimmie does my nails and is just meticulous. Brooke is the esthetician~she offers a wide range of very relaxing facials based on your needs (I am dry, sensitive and fragile and come out glowing). She also does eyelash extensions.. I have sensitivity issues and I don't itch.) Illusions is both welcoming and professional~it is truly a welcoming oasis in a demanding world.

It was my first time at illusions I’m not from the area Nicole Ramos did my hair. I went in with blonde hair and we agreed the goal was MORE blonde and at the end I came out with brown hair with the ends grey from purple shampoo. -Okay so on the 3rd of July I went in for lightning my roots 2 shades down and heavy blonde babylights. My root growth did get lightened to a brown color but my new roots have a red/brown tone so I doesn’t match the rest. Also some of my roots are still left black! I still ended up paying 150$ plus tip. I wasn’t happy I was in a rush for work I just wanted to leave that place ☹️ Her excuse was the lighting in the salon.

Sort of giving the second star as a benefit of the doubt kind of thing because I never actually got to go here. I tried to make an appointment with about 4 different stylists and they either took half a century to respond to my text/make my appointment OR they simply never responded. I don't know what the point of picking the person you want is if you are gonna have to settle for someone else by the end. Either way it seems extremely unprofessional to me and at this point I'm just going to go somewhere where they care that someone is wanting to give them some business.
