After waiting two weeks for an appointment with my hair dresser Rebecca I finally got my hair cut and layered on the 23rd of September 2024. As usual Rebecca did a great job washing my hair, cutting and layerings my hair, blowing drying it and curling it. I just love the way she does my hair. Mondays are the best time to get an appointment because there are only two stylist working and the beauty shop is quiet. Highly recommend Rebecca who works at this salon in Briargate CO.

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with this salon. I had a scheduled appointment for Sunday, and my stylist Nikki texted me at 11pm the night before to let me know she threw her back out and would have to reschedule me to Tuesday. I happily obliged as I understand hair styling can be a laborious career. Come Tuesday, she texted me two hours before our appointment saying she has a kid home sick and would need to push my appointment back. I scheduled my entire week around this appointment and could not have it moved back at all. All in all, I’m headed to South Africa for a very important photo shoot without my hair styled because I could not get in anywhere else. I simply wish the salon would’ve offered to have someone else do my hair or try to handle the situation in a professional way. Nikki simply responded “my apologies” and there was no further attempt at customer service by the company nor Nikki. I am sad to have had this experience as I’ve heard such good things about Illusions!

Khloe is amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and actually listened to what I wanted. My hair looks and feels amazing! I've had such a hard time finding a good stylist and salon in the springs since moving here but I am very happy with my experience and will be going there from now on!

Alyssa is amazing! I had virgin hair before meeting her and I wanted a change. Alyssa was so patient with me, she took the time to figure out exactly what I wanted. She mastered every color I’ve asked for. I’ve always wanted rose gold and could never find anyone I trusted to complete the task. However, Alyssa delivered and I LOVE my hair. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Alyssa is amazing! I was a little nervous about doing vivid colors again. This is because every other time I have tried vivids at other salons I have been disappointed. I was not disappointed this time! Alyssa made my hair so beautiful and it turned out so much better than I had even hoped for!

Alyssa is an amazing lash artist! She took the time to learn what I was looking for, and make changes until I was happy with the length and volume. I have no issues with shedding or losing lashes as long as I keep up with my regular appointments. You won’t be disappointed if you are looking for a new lash tech!

I have been going to Tami for the past 5+ years for waxing, eye lash extensions, skin care and lots more and she is beyond amazing at everything she does. I have never left her room disappointed or not feeling satisfied and taken care of! After years of doing the same glue with lash extensions my eyes were starting to have reaction to the glue. Tami went out of her way to order me a glue with less fumes to use on me that next week and no reaction!!! Also did a facial with her last week and my skin has never felt better! She is absolutely the best in the business. I’m extremely appreciative about how she handles my skin and takes care of me! Would highly recommend.

I'm so glad I found Alyssa! She's amazing at color and she cares about people. She wants you to leave her chair feeling beautiful and amazing. She takes her time and tries her absolute hardest to give you exactly what you want. She's so sweet and kind! The experience couldn't be any better! I just adore her and the amazing work she does! So excited to have found Victoria! Such a cool chic and you tell she is incredibly expereinced. She had great communication and understanding about my inspo. Delivered the most luxurious experience. And the results were spot on. Recommend 10/10 friends!

Went around 5:00 5:30 and even though they don’t close till 8 the lady couldn’t help me with a sideburns cleaning which I can understand since she was busy, but no attempt to at least schedule an app or asking if I was willing to wait, nada. Wont come back.

I have been searching for a good hair stylist for almost 3 years here in Colorado Springs. I finally found Nikki. I just attended my daughters wedding and Nikki prepared my hair with healthy hair treatments and trims until my highlight right before the wedding. So many people commented on how nice my hair looks and that it really was a beautiful color for me. I’m just impressed by her professionalism and experience. There is a reason I have been going to Tami to get my eyelash extensions for over 3 years. She is the best! She is such a wonderful person! Very professional and nice. She does an amazing job with eyelash extensions, waxing, spray tans and more!
