I got a pedicure with Mayra. She was phenomenal. It felt amazingly relaxing and my feet looked so pretty. Mayra was knowledgeable, personable and kind. I also got my eyebrows done with Lili. I was blown away by her skillful technique. She is a waxing queen! Her job was done perfectly! I love my eyebrows! Thank you, team!

There are some things that did not like. 1. The lady was speaking for about 20 min with another customer in her language. I think that is rude to do that when you are with a customer. 2. A roach running on the floor. 3. Cheap products. My hair is difficult but if you use good products any hair stylish can work with it EASILY. This lady made me brush my own hair. I don't know what kind of hair stylish can not work with mid-length hair. 4. Keratin was not good. I have waited 2 weeks to see the results and have a strong opinion based on facts. It is good for the first week and that is all. I have tried several keratins and you see results for 2 months or more. I think that the hair stylish should have better manners with customers and if you pay $100 plus tip, at least use better products.

As someone who rented out a room from the owner. Do not, i repeat do not rent here. My room has had a leak for years that i wasn’t informed about when i was looking into renting. So within 7 months i have had 3! The last one was the last straw for me since my new cabinets were covered in water when i came in 10 min before my client. And almost ruined my $800 vanity. I just moved all of my things out Sunday and was told to leave my accent wall and just fill up the holes in the room and i could get my deposit back. I was told that i was always welcome hack and if things don’t work out for me then i am always welcome to come back. I thought i had left on good terms but the text i got today made me realize that i wasn’t. I left all of my paint for her that i personally bought to touch up the paint since i was being rushed out of the room bc that’s what we agreed on. When she texted me today saying i was no longer welcome at the entire establishment, i replied back that i would come pick up my paint then and be done with it. She then had the audacity to say she will send my paint over to my new place and now won’t even let me come fix the room up or grab my paint. I am SHOCKED and so hurt by how I’ve been treated by her. I thought she was a good person. But shame on her for renting out a room at full price knowing it has a leak. And shame on her for talking to me the way she did when i have been nothing but nice. I’ve let her know that i was leaving, gave her a time frame and have kept in communication about my move. I did everything a tenant is supposed to and to still get treated like i was the problem? Absolutely shameful. I would take your business somewhere else where the stylists are appreciated and honestly where the salon is kept up more.

I got my hair done with Ana about 2 months ago. I recently messaged her for an appointment; root touch up. She took 1 day to reply to my message! after she replied 1 day later I told her what days would work best for me. After that i got no response from her..... the least she could have done was let me know her availability. DO NOT book with Ana. The lack of communication is horrible! you will be stuck with roots until you find a new hairstylist.. smh

Horrible experience with hairstylist Fabi. At first Very sweet lady to get your money. Sadly she has burned so many people’s hair including mine. Don’t be fooled and go see Real stylists. Not this salon.

I drove a friend to his 6 o'clock appt. I went in to use restroom .I dont know the prices for a mens haircut but my friend Felix did look boyishly handsome and so did Pablo. Its different hairdressers all inside this one location. Oohhh restroom super clean.

Let me say this first, I get my hair done by the best in bishop arts. I pay over $300 every 6 weeks. Now I went to Fabi since my good friend got her hair done & her hair is thin and bleached. So I decided to give her a try since she was going to charge me “cheaper”. Got the day off and spent 9 HOURS!!! Now let me say this, she was really sweet and we talked for hours. I did let her know that I have been trying to get my hair one color for 3 years and it just wasn’t happening for me. So she told me I will get the results I want. I warned her and told her Fabi if I need to come back for sessions I will. DO NOT FRY MY HAIR! It has taken me years to have healthy hair. She assured me that I was going to be fine. She did leave the room a couple of times with my hair in foils. I was getting sooo scared this was my first time having my head bleached. Mind you she did not do a test strand nor did she ask the history of my hair. You can clearly see the crown of my head was already bleached to the MAX. When she washed off the bleached & combed my hair without conditioner or some kind of detangling product. I saw all of my hair on her brush!!! I thought I was seeing things but I wasn’t!! When I turned back to see how much hair was falling she quickly threw it away so I wouldn’t be alarmed! Now I did tell Fabi that my hair is falling because of postpartum. Dude!! Max 10 hairs come out when combing! This was like half of my hair on that brush!! I almost cried! I just wanted to leave & hide. Some one else who works there noticed how much hair was falling out and he/she gave me a concerned look. My scalp was freaking burning!!! My scalp is now peeling & have dried blisters!!! Point blank is if you cannot do the job then say NO!! Let’s stop being greedy and selfish! Girls please go with someone who is more experienced on platinum colors. In no way am I saying she’s a bad person. But if you saw that my hair was falling in chunks then you should have said I’m sorry & At least gave me a discount, I paid her $270! For what?! Half of my hair is missing! This is so horrible! Luckily my original hair stylist is going to see how my hair can be saved. Please do your research!!! If you’ve had your hair done by her and had a great experience then this review is NOT FOR YOU!! So don’t come at me! This is for all the girls who have kept their silence!

Please don’t get anything done by Faby. Not only will she take HOURS and HOURS doing your hair, but it’ll be time wasted because of the horrible job she will do. Completely ruined my aunts hair. Couldn’t even give her a decent hair cut it was all uneven. AND THEN, she didn’t even have the decency to refund her the $200 she spent.

BEWARE AND ASK 100+ questions of all that’s included in price and DOCUMENT DOCUMENT agreed upon price! *If they threatened to call police you show the police the agreed upon price, they say they have cameras so they will show what all was worked on you. 1. She stated extensions would be $150 maybe a little more and after she was done she stated it would be $648. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! 2. She then stated to leave the children while they went to get a cash loan! Apparently they’ve done that with another lady. Oh hell no!! 3. She “does the math” and stated it’s actually $688. Either she doesn’t know how to do her math or she’s liking stealing from ppl. 4. After I take her my card and is paid partly in cash she said the owner is not there and she can’t take card. Wait a minute the owner was in the back talking on the phone! LIAR LIAR PANTS ON FIRE! 🤦🏽‍♀️ 5. After she’s told that and has no choice but to use the card, she says, “ don’t tell anyone how much I charged you, tell them $200.” (Say, whaaaattttttt!!!!??) it’s ok the good book says WE REAP WHAT WE SOW. * hey, they should get paid what ppl agree to spend on their money but lie and rip ppl off*

I recently visited Image by Farrah to get my hair colored and styled after reading many of the positive comments online. My stylist was Veronica and she was very personable, diligent, and excellent in all she did. Additionally, I met the owner Farrah who went above and beyond my expectations from the first time my fiancée contacted her through completion of my service. I am very happy with the personal service, attention to detail, and pricing. I highly recommend this salon and look forward to returning soon!

I discovered Farrah a couple of years ago and I cannot say how pleased I have been! If your primary goal is having a high end luxurious experience this is not your place. If your primary goal is having an amazing cut and color by a true professional you will not find better than Farrah anywhere! I have experienced some of the most high end salons in the Dallas area and have never had a better cut/color consistently! I have a weird patch that is a challenge to work with and Farrah has it down to a science! The fact that her fees are more than reasonable is just icing on the cake!
