Worst experience of my life. Didn’t listen or look at what I asked my cut to be. Didn’t consult or ask about anything that I wanted. I asked for point cutting in the front and she just chopped it all off horizontally. I don’t think they know how to cut hair.

This is a Five star salon. Everything was wonderful as the first time I've been here. My color highlights was perfect. Lynn was awesome. She's my go to for hair services now.

I had the worst experience today (11/02/2024). I think the lady name is Racheal who did my hair cut and color. I told her a picture how much she needs to cut my hair, so she should ask me how many inches i need the hair cut or she should measure or show me this much length she is going to cut, will it work. As i showed the picture she started cutting my hair, and also arrogant communication. I don't know if she is arrogant to me or with every customer the same but I have been going to this location for 4 years and never happy. The reason I go here is only it is close and the simple service I get and need not travel long for simple hair cut or color. She is also justifying her work saying you moved so I cut little long. I am not going here any more. I will definitely not recommend this hair saloon to any one and told my 2 sisters and a friend who lives close by not to visit here from now atleast they can get better service some where. Please don't go to this place if you want hair cut according to you requirements.

This place is close to my house so works out conveniently. But I have always met with excellent service. I usually get a hair color and a cut and I have never been disappointed. In fact the hair dresser has been very nice to me, and charged me much less than what you would pay in another salon. I would go back again.

Honestly, Lynn is the best at what she does here. My hair was destroyed with box dye and cut at another salon in Austin. She fixed it real nice with her talents. She's such and incredible hairstylist and she's so sweet. This salon is 10/10 for me and I would never go any where else.

I went here a couple weeks ago and had a fabulous experience! I had called and made a last minute appointment and then arrived 30 minutes later for the appointment. I was greeting to a very kind woman who asked me about my life, and show an interest in me. She did a wonderful job cutting my hair, and I could tell she knew what she was doing and really understood how my hair worked. She was also very hilarious and made me laugh and smile throughout my session; moreover, she was super friendly and even gave me a hug. Her pricing was great, and the advertising of the price was true. I enjoyed my experience here, and I would come again!

Horrible haircut. This was my first time to go to this salon. Lynn, the stylist was in a big rush. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my cut. She looked at it 3 times. She didn't even come close. Will definitely will not be back. Cut so short that I won't even need a trim for 4 months!

Horrible experience all around. Came in with blonde hair, asked for blonde hair was assured it would look like the picture I showed her. The first time she showed me my hair it was a witchy brown color with a few highlights that started no where close to the root, she told me it looked natural and next time to ask for highlights which is what she did originally (highlights and low lights). After going back and forth with her ,she claimed I showed her a different picture , asking if I could wait a week for it to be fixed. After I told her no and I needed it corrected,she did add more highlights and retone my hair…multiple times dye got on my face , neck and near my eyes… they are still burning and watering… and I left with white, yellow, orange and brown hair. Every color but the color I asked for. Her initial quote was 220- by the time I left the price was 250. Leaving me left with no other option than to go spend that if not more to go get it corrected by a professional elsewhere.

The Image Hair Salon is excellent. I've had my hair done here since the start of the year, and I'm happy with the service. Lynn did an incredible job on my hair. If I couldn't decide, she would come up with anything that would satisfy me. She takes her time, shows compassion, and consistently does amazing work.

I recently had the most horrendous experience at this salon and feel compelled to share my nightmare of a hair appointment. From start to finish, it was a total disaster. Firstly, the stylist and salon failed to honor my appointment time, setting the tone for the entire ordeal. The stylist's dismissive attitude towards my questions only added to the frustration. Any time I asked questions, she would be dismissive and state she has been doing this for a long time. She left bleach on for far too long, despite my concerns, and then casually brushed off my discomfort from it, claiming everything was "fine." Things only went downhill from there. She got bleach all over my face and neck, when I requested it to be cleaned, she attempted to use a used towel from a previous customer. The hair rinse was sloppily done, leaving me with bleach residue all over my face and back, causing a rash due to it soaking into my shirt. She got the rinse water all over my face and back. There was no towel or anything at the base of the sink and when I asked for one, it was a wet towel. When I got up, I realized it was a cleaning rag! Throughout my appointment, the stylist juggled multiple other clients, including two color treatments, two haircuts, and a perm. The poor soul getting the perm was subjected to subpar workmanship and continuous reassurances from the stylist, despite obvious mistakes. She was very dismissive of his concerns and questions as well. Some of the perm solution went down his face and he asked for it to be wipe, she used her hand while stating it was fine. To add insult to injury, the stylist repeatly mentioned how she didn't know I had "long hair", despite making the appointment herself in person just a week prior. Moreover, she charged me significantly more than initially quoted, and when I questioned it, she became defensive and insistent by saying I had "long hair". I confirmed the cost even before making the appointment in person then again before she started. Sanitation was non-existent in this salon. Wash bowls weren't cleaned between clients, towels were reused without regard for hygiene, and capes were reused even after being on the floor and draped over previous clients. The hair brushes are filled with hair. All their carts have dust and hair from other clients. She used the same mixing bowl from a previous client's color and I have over so many different color shades in my hair. In conclusion, I ask anyone considering a visit to this salon to think twice. The positive reviews are baffling, considering the appalling lack of professionalism, sanitation, and basic competence exhibited during my visit. Save your hair, your time, and your sanity by avoiding this establishment at all costs. Now, I'm left dealing with the aftermath of their incompetence and a rash on my neck. Avoid at all costs! Reply to owner: as you can see by our profile pictures and names, we are two different people. The problem wasn’t that appointments run late but that all of those were walk-in clients which I understand is a part of your business but then don’t make appointments with the false tense of completing work with quality and in a timely manner. None of the bowls or towels were cleaned after each customer and definitely reused. I was there for hours and saw this first hand.

They where just start up terrible don’t go there trust
