This place should be closed down! The owner that cut my hair butchered my hair and head was in pain because she was grabbing my hair harshly. Use me as an example to never go back on this place!

I really do love how Pam cuts & color's my hair, I've been going for quite afew yrs now, only one complaint, I'm alway's there for hrs watching her go back and forth with other clients & leaving me in the chair waiting for long periods of time, it's exhausting & unprofessional, not a way to run a business or treat ur customers, a high price to pay just because she's cheaper than other salons

No recomiendo este lugar pedí mi cabello de una manera y la dueña lo corto como ella quiso lo corto demasiado corto, si quiere un corte de cabello bonito nunca vayan a este lugar porque saldrán llorando y cuando le dices algo a ella te contestan enojadas si estás pagando para que te lo corten bien, el peor lugar que yo e visitado

Pam did hair cut color and highlights on me I love the result I wanted to get frosted tips and they came out perfect. Her pice were extremely affordable for everything I got done. 10/10

Been going to this place for years and I loved it, I even introduced my daughters to this place. They are the best, I never get disappointed when I leave Pam hair salon, I just wish she accept plastic too, and not only cash lol definitely recommend 👍🏻

I watched the hairdressers openly and very LOUDLY talk smack about their clients. “His hair is dyed an ESPECIALLY ugly purple!”. Very unprofessional, even if he didn’t speak Cantonese and could not understand them, I think that’s even worse. I will not be coming back knowing that they’d treat their clients like this if there was a language barrier.

Pam did a great job, went to her three times. But the wait time is 2 to 3 hrs. Very busy even with appt. Wish she had a better scheduling system for her salon. Price is fair and cash only.

They messed up my hair after doing it for about 5 hours they used to be able to rainbow dye my hair and now when I come fore the simplest design they mess up my whole hair ALL THEY NEEDED TO DO WAS BLEACH AND DYE TWO COLORS

I've been going there for years. they do a great job for both cut and color. prices are very reasonable. environment is friendly. I've met people that come from east and south Bay that have been customers for years, including my family. i highly recommend it
