Everyone at the salon was so nice and respectful! Tony did an amazing job on my nails. I don’t think they’ve ever looked better! I’ve been looking for a good salon since moving to Chicago and Image Nails is definitely the best.

I held off long enough before writing as I gave them a chance to correct the problem. I am so incredibly disappointed with my experience at Image Nail Salon. I paid $65 for a no-chip manicure with dip powder holo on top, which always lasts at least 3 weeks—sometimes even a month. I get this exact manicure regularly, but my usual place was closed, so I decided to give Image a try. What a huge mistake and complete waste of time! The initial appointment took 2 hours(norm is 1 hr or under), even though they assured me it wouldn’t take more than an hour. Because of this and their incompetence, I came back to work late. To make matters worse, the manicure chipped within 2 days! I went back to have it fixed, and they had to redo every single nail because all of them were chipping. Not just one. I could maybe understand but nope. Either the tech is awful or polish supplies is old. Or both,which is what I’m banking on. The same technician who originally messed up was assigned to redo my nails, which made no sense. She was extremely rough and caused me pain—I’ve never been hurt at any nail salon before. To top it off, her bosses were berating her, and she seemed to take out her frustration on me. It was so uncomfortable and unprofessional. On all parts. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Just go down the block where the staff are experts and actually value your time. Literally 4 nail salons within 1 block of this trash can. This experience was a nightmare from start to finish. Never again!

Me tomó tiempo decidir si debía dejar una calificación negativa sobre este lugar pero me hice una pedicura porq trabajo muy cerca de este lugar y saliendo de mi trabajo fui a hacerme los pies y para mi mala suerte me quedó un terrible hongo en el dedo gordo de el pie ha sido imposible combatirlo y terminarlo ayer justo pasé por este lugar y siento tremenda decepción porq esto solo pasa cuándo no esterilizan bien las herramientas para hacer su trabajo q no le pase a otra !!

Perfect Nails Every Time at Image Nails. I've been going to Image Nails for a long time and I can't recommend them enough! The staff is always welcoming, friendly, and professional and they take the time to make sure you get exactly what you want. My manicures/pedicures always look amazing and last for a very long time. The salon is always clean, relaxing, and inviting - it's the perfect place to unwind. Image Nails is my go-to spot for all things nails. Whether you're looking for a classic manicure or something more creative, they've got you covered. I always leave feeling happy and pampered. Highly Recommend!

probably my favorite nails ever!!! she did them exactly like the picture I showed (light blue no-chip with white chrome powder on top). I’m so glad I waited to get them done here! Would definitely recommend making an appointment - I walked in around 2pm and they were busy & asked me to come back around 3:30; I still didn’t end up being done till 5ish so it took a little while, but that was on me for not booking ahead of time! would definitely recommend this place as they did an amazing job, were very friendly, and the prices are good for the city!

The woman that did the pedicure skipped the foot massage. Then the owner who did my nails lied and said she did a little bit of a massage. I didn’t pay for a little bit of a pedicure and I shouldn’t have received zero massage. I asked for ombre dip, nails, and received acrylic nails. Needless to say I did not return. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. Poor Service is an understatement!

Last time my acrylic nails lasted a month and still looked presentable. This time went in for a fill, shapes are on point both times. The lady did a fantastic job on my ingrown toenails that others typically take 20 minutes trying to take out. I think this is my new go to

This is my favorite and the only nail shop I will visit at this point. The entire Team does an amazing job, but Julie is my tech and one of the sweetest people you could meet. She takes her time and ensures you are pleased with the service. I’m not sure what else I could say. They’re clean, considerate, abide by the appointments scheduled and even more importantly the do great work! Sleep on this shop if you want to. It’s truly your loss❤️

I got a no chip on Tuesday. By Thurdays morning my nails started to chip. I came in today to get my nails fixed and the gentleman at the front attempted to tell me that's normal I don't know what you are doing. I'm not fixing it, I proceed to tell him I get no chip all the time they should not be chiping so fast. He said we will only file your nails and put a clear coat over it. I should be more careful. Through this process they are completely rude to me. I asked for another top coat because the color was fading as they filled my nails they said no. When I left I asked for the mangers information and the gentleman in the front said no I don't want to give you that information and I'm not going to. I fixed your problem you can now leave I'm not telling you when the manager is here.

I love this place! Luckily, I found this amazing nail salon close to my home. All of the staff is great and I always get a perfect gel manicure, that doesn’t chip for at least two weeks! I get them redone because they grow out so much. Highly suggest going here.

I really wanted to like this place and I was hoping this would be my new nail spot since it’s right across the street from where I live. The workers there are welcoming and friendly! But the nail tech who worked on my feet did struggle to give me a French pedicure. Maybe I’ll give it one more try and will ask for something different next time.

Horrible service! They don’t do good nails they don’t have a lot of polish to pick from. The owner don’t like people he’s rude & racist. It’s a nail shop down the street go there they are much nicer & do a great job. Here is a picture of the owner . This nail shop don’t get many customers because of the way they treat customers.

I have been here many times and the work has been exceptional each time! The employees are friendly and I like to make appointments in case they are busy. I have done dip and gel manicures here and I prefer the dip, they last for 3 good weeks (sometimes I push it to 4). The price is good too for downtown Chicago! Highly recommend this salon.

They were so helpful, I came in with a picture of a color and they let me test real quick to confirm which one I wanted. I did a regular mani-pedi & Julie was very thorough in cleaning up my nails /cutting and shaping. They even used hot towels on my hands and feet, it felt so good! She was sweet to talk to as well! Really enjoyed my experience. I had a friend recommend this place and I would definitely come again! Also very affordable.

I got my nails done here at the end of October. My nails have STILL not healed from the aggressive resurfacing done via drill prior to the dip polish application. I can see the resurfacing line as my nails grow. My nails are now so weak and brittle. I came on a weekend and my nails were done by a woman sitting on the left side towards the front. I have waited to write this review as I would like to give the place a second shot but after my nails consistently breaking with no polish it is evident that my nails will not heal until they grow out.

Such a large selection of colors to pick from and every no chip manicure I get from there always lasts me 3 weeks. It’s a great place and I definitely recommend it!
