I have been coming to Robin since I was in middle school im almost 30 now. She does a wonderful job and her salon is absolutely amazing, clean and the experience is worth it. Even after all these years I wouldn't pick anywhere else to go for my hair salon.

GROUPON PURCHASERS BE AWARE. I bought a Groupon cut and treatment with Sarah. I have hair that’s about 2 inches past my shoulder, pretty average thickness and she said thatd be extra $15. I have never ever in my life had a hairdresser say they have to charge extra for cutting my hair. I decided to get my haircut elsewhere

I debated on doing this review, but people should be informed. I purchased a Groupon for Sarah in Nov '19 - in the amount of $89.  I immediately called and left a voice mail that I wanted to schedule an appt. for the Groupon.  Sarah called me back and informed me that it should not have still been on Groupon but she called them to work things out and would go ahead and honor the deal.  It was obvious she wasn't happy and her tone was very rude.  I looked beyond that as I was excited about having my hair done and not paying a crazy amount of money to do so.  She gave me 2 options... one was during the day on Friday (11-15-19) and the other was for Saturday (11-16-19).  The time I was told was at 12:30.  I even repeated it to her to be sure I had the correct time.  My husband overheard my conversation and confirmed when I returned home the day of the appointment that I was right.  Anyway, I arrived on-time at 12:30 only to be told that she had left saying that her noon appointment was a no show.  They contacted her and again, with a terrible attitude, she was rude and claimed it was at noon.  I had 2 choices; to either re-schedule or to have the Groupon refunded.  I might add... why didn't she call me to find out why I hadn't shown? There could have been many reasons including her realizing that she had the time down wrong vs what she told me! Clearly, I wasn't going to allow someone with a bad attitude to work on my hair!  I'd been through a lot throughout 2019 and just needed to save a bit of money to do something for myself.  I requested the entire amount refunded via  Groupon and should have charged her another $89 for wasting my time!  DO NOT USE her!  No wonder she, in her words; "moved around a lot over the years".

I have been going to TJ for a couple years now and I HIGHLY recommend her! She is the sweetest, most professional hair dresser I have ever had! I sometimes go in completely clueless on what I want and she always takes to time to help me figure it out without feeling rushed and I ALWAYS walk out feeling like a million bucks! The compliments I get on her work continue for weeks. I am positive that the negative reviews about her are false accounts and probably just a hater because I haven’t met anyone that has ever had anything bad to say about her! So if you are looking to get your hair done right by someone that truly cares about how you feel—- I suggest you go see TJ at Images Salon!! I couldn’t be happier with them! ❤️❤️💯✂️

Ive been a hair dresser for 25 years, ive lived all over the united states, I only get my hair done at images unlimited, robin preston is the only person i trust to do my hair, ive watched the salon grow, robin has built a salon based on faith, integrity, dignity, an amazeing group of stylist who all shine individualy, and work together to provide a warm, friendly beautiful place to get all your hair care needs, there are many salons you can go to, but if you want the best, you need to go to images unlimited, hands down, best salon and staff. sandra florence

Kimberly Spillman has been my stylist for 16 years. Prior to Kim, I use to drive around and stop different places to get my haircut. By the time I met Kim, my hair was damaged and lifeless. It wasn’t shiny and it wasn’t growing. I can honestly say that I have learned many times over how much damage I was doing to my hair. Robin has been doing my hair for over 20 years. I’ll never go anywhere else because she is the only person that’s ever been able to cut my hair the way I like it and any color I ever ask for is perfect. She cuts my boys hair as well. The salon is always clean and the decor is beautiful. I’ve had the pleasure of watching the salon grow from just a few people into what it is today. Robin and her girls are truly talented! The owner, Robin, cut my hair this morning and she was phenomenal! She was easy to chat with and made me feel like I had been one of her clients for years. When it is time for another hair cut, I will be making an appointment here. I recommend this salon to anyone looking to get their hair cut around Lexington!
