I am so happy I found Tere!! I have been using Face Reality products for years and needed to find a new specialists when I moved to Austin. She has helped me lower the strength of the products I use and now require less visits because my skin is doing so well. She takes the time to explain what is happening with my skin and how different strategies and treatments can help which has taught me so much on how to improve my skin. I receive so many compliments from people saying that my skin is glowing, and it’s all thanks to Tere! I also thoroughly enjoy my visits with her and look forward to my appointments to get to talk with her and catch up. She is lovely and I’m so thankful to be one of her patients.

I started getting facials from Tere in August, leading up to my wedding in October. I had 3 facials and my skin has never looked better. Me and my husband have been getting massages from Joseph for a few years now and I can honestly say he is a miracle worker. I've had 100+ massages in my life and Joseph is in my top 3 therapist I have worked with. I came in once with extreme lower back pain from working out. Got a full back massage on Sunday. I woke up Monday morning with ZERO pain. It was like nothing happened. He also showed me some stretches after my appointment for when it hurts at home. Try him out!

Tere is one of the kindest, most caring people I have ever met in my life! I have been getting facials and eyebrows done with her for the last 1.5 years, and she truly makes an effort to get to know her clients and give them individualized treatment. She is fantastic with communication and always makes sure to follow up. She and Joseph work really hard to follow COVID protocols and make their practice a safe environment (masks, hand sanitizer, temperature checks, locking their front door during a session, etc.). I feel very safe and trusting during my sessions, and Tere encourages me to keep an open mind. She is also so detail-oriented, thoughtful, precise, and knowledgeable. Her products are mostly organic, natural, and she even has her own brand she makes herself! The pricing is fair and affordable for the high quality of care they provide. When I was looking for treatment for my sebaceous hyperplasia, I initially reached out to Sanova Dermatology, but no one there would ever return my calls. I'm really glad they didn't, because I kept looking and found Tere at Imagine Balance. I now see her a couple times per year for SH treatments, dermablading, facials and hair removal. She's absolutely fantastic -- very kind and non-judgemental -- and she took the time to get to know my skin and make individualized treatments and product recommendations. I asked her to tell me all the products she was using on my skin and why, and her knowledgeable answers are fascinating and helpful. Everytime I leave her office, my skin is plumped and glowing and noticeably better thanks to her dedicated fussing over me in our sessions. My skin looks better than ever thanks to her caring manner and skin care expertise. I highly recommend her if you need help with your skin or simply want to maintain good skincare.

I can't say enough good things about my facials with Tere! I've been getting facials for my acne-prone skin for a long time, but she is by far the best aesthetician I've ever met. Tere is thorough, always teaches me something new about my skin, and is just so wonderfully relaxing to be around - I always leave our sessions rejuvenated.

I went in to have my brows waxed and tinted and not only did she do my brows PERFECTLY, she took the time to talk to me about my skin and ways to improve it. I organized a personal day for myself after a few months of buildup stress and I booked a massage with Joseph, followed up by a facial with Tere. Joseph did an exceptional job at locating areas that were under a lot more stress than others due to my job. Tere did a fantastic job with my facial and educated me on ways to take care of my skin while at home. Both experiences extremely relaxing. When I walked in, they do sanitize your hands and check your temperature. Felt safe in their environment.

I have been having issues with a stiff neck for a week, and today became pretty unbearable. I am visiting the Austin area for work this week and googled some massage places and Imagine Balance Massage and Skin came up. I easily scheduled a face, head, neck massage online, hoping it would help. When I got there and told Tere what I was dealing with, she referred me to Joseph since he specializes in pain. He was amazing! He spent more time than I could even imagine. He took his time and explained how things were connected. I would definitely recommend going to Imagine Balance Massage and Skin. They are friendly and care about their clients.

Just got back from another amazing massage from Joseph. Sadly I only seem to go when I am injured - but he's the first place I call when I am. He knows exactly what to do and how to fix it- he's worked on my shoulder, back and now my face. I always leave feeling like a new person. He is incredibly knowledgeable at his trade and knows exactly what he's doing and is confident and masterful. Highly recommended.

One of the best, and most underrated, massage and skin care businesses in town. I've experienced both a facial and a massage and both were superb. Joseph (massage) and Tere (skin) are clearly skilled practitioners with a passion for their craft. Prices are also very reasonable. I will certainly be back for more!
