I had my hair cut a week ago when I got home I noticed she screwed up on my hair she shaved side with #2 small spot but visible I don’t think they are pro for men hair cut I know they just start cutting men hair !

I sincerely appreciate the inexpensive and consistently well-done haircut I get from Ivy. She’s been cutting my hair for a few years now and I have always left with a haircut I am happy with. I personally really appreciate Ivy’s pace of cutting hair. Some stylists I’ve had in the past cut meticulously but at the expense of being like the sloth in Zootopia. Others cut so fast and without pause I’m not even sure I got a haircut. Ivy is efficient but takes her time, frequently checking in to make sure I am happy with the way the haircut was going. To top it off, despite increasing costs across all service industries, Imagine has always kept the prices reasonable. This last haircut at the end of 2023 (men’s cut with wash) came out to $20 before tip. An absolute gem. I have since moved out of the state but when I come back to town, I always try to get an appointment here.

Ivy did a great job with my hair! Great prices too! She speaks English, mandarin and Cantonese. Very friendly. Will be coming back next time I'm in town!

Affordable and friendly. We take our kids there for haircuts, which we are happy with. Prices are around 12 dollars. Not sure about quality of any other styling services but haircuts. Prices increased by about 2 dollars (summer 2022) but still a good deal.

Lucy was so friendly and gave me a great hair experience! The way she washes hair and stimulates the scalp is heavenly. I’ll definitely be coming back to her as long as I live nearby!

Pros: Amiable staff. They do the styling as you ask. Cons: Wait time is too much even after booking an appointment. I have short hair; they said because my hair is taking too much time to dry, I have to wait 🤷‍♀️. At home, it takes me 10 mins to dry with a hair dryer. I wanted a relaxing hair wash, but it was a short wash that ended in 5 mins (I chose a hair wash and styling package which mentioned 25+$ but ended up paying 50$). I waited 1 hour to style my hair by sitting on a chair and watching others do their hair. It was very frustrating. I wasted so much time (2 hours!! styling took only 20 mins and hair wash was done in 5 mins) on this parlor. If you have a lot of time on your hand. It is an excellent place to visit.

Ivy cut my hair and bangs she did such an amazing job! I got lucky she was free and really took her time to cut 2-3 inches off my waist length hair I'm so impressed. She really listened to what I wanted and offered other services but was not pushy or anything. So pleased with how my hair looks and at such an affordable price.

Judy cut my hair and provided a keratine treatment. I could not be happier with the work she did. I haven't had short hair in so long but needed to do something to fix this covid cut I gave myself LOL. Judy was extremely sweet and helpful, she made suggestions and was very professional! I will definitely be returning here again. Thank you Judy!

My 86yr. old Mom just got a fabulous haircut done by Tracey! Mom's hair is very short and we've had a cpl very disappointing, (expectation/request vs. result), haircuts in this area in the past. Tracey gave Mom the exact cut we've been hoping for and she's the only hairdresser we'll ever need! She was also so warm and personable and the haircut was very reasonably priced. 🤗🙏🌷🍀💐Thank You!!💖

My wife and I like Judy a lot! Judy was so nice and cut our hair perfectly! No matter my wife shows her American or Japanese style pictures, she can always make it. Judy is professional, experienced and fast. We trust her and will always back. Everyone is friendly and very easy to talk to.
