Amazing experience and great staff. This was my very first spa experience as a man, and they provided me with a great service. I was able to be comfortable and the staff was very assuring and patient with me and first goer. The King facial massage and cleaning makes your face feel brand new and was overall a comfortable experience. They have a great loyalty program so I will be coming back.

I went yesterday 10/10 definitely recommend my face is smooth like butta , pretty like a mother lol best experience, establishment was very welcoming , clean play some good relaxing music and my facial was everything!!!!! Will be back in 4 weeks

First Brazilian wax ever! Omg! Definitely not for the weak but overall I had a great experience and Tytiana made me feel really comfortable during the process. I will definitely be back for my next wax 🙈

From the moment I walked in I was met with a warm and welcoming energy! There is an intake form and COVID waiver (love that) that you have to fill out, so I would recommend arriving about 15mins early. The space was gorgeous, and my new esthie-bestie Q. Reid was the best! Hands down the best facial I have ever gotten. I’ve never experienced the red LED mask, extraction vacuum, or cold ice mask lol. I suggest the custom facial because Q knows what your skin needs. I can’t wait to go back for my dermaplane!

I flew in from AZ and my experience was amazing. I will be flying back for my birthday for my spa experience. Q the owner is amazing and the young lady that did my brows was amazing as well. I felt valued and not just a number. I was educated on my skincare regimen. Q allowed me to add additional services on 2 days prior and I am so grateful.

Katelyn T. slayed my brows! She left them looking full and lush without using any makeup and calmed my sensitive skin that’s usually irritated after a brow wax. I only came in for a brow wax but it felt like a full spa service thanks to her. I rebooked seamlessly and instantly with Q. The location is easy to find and very luxurious. I will be back to iModel Beauty

Spent my birthday at iModel Beauty Bar and it was a great experience! My facial was absolutely amazing. Upon arrival I was greeted, seated and asked if I wanted anything to drink by the owner. Their space is clean and has a great ambiance to it. They walked me through everystep and made sure my comfort was level was good. They also how message chairs while getting the facial , so definitely a 2 for 1! Will be returning again! Highly recommend.

Excellent the ladies are very professional wine and water was offered to me. I believe I was the only one there on a rainy Sunday afternoon. It's a private setting so I felt free to open my bath robe in the sauna. Very clean environment. Plenty of free parking and you have to ring the doorbell because they keep the doors locked for safety purposes.

My partner had purchased a package that included massage and facial for both of us. Massage 1/5: The massage was not done by an actual massage therapist but by the esthetician. Although my esthetician didn’t state that, it was obvious in technique (i.e. performing massage with gloves on, using cellphone/smartwatch to time how long to massage each body part). I was very uncomfortable during this massage. I wish it was explicitly disclosed that this would not be done by a massage therapist or we wouldn’t have booked it. Tardiness 2.5/5: my esthetician was on time but my boyfriend’s esthetician was like 20-30 minutes late but somehow finish his massage and facial before my services was done. Facial 4/5: the only time I was comfortable Location 3/5: little difficult to find location. Parking is free and available. It’s located in building with several other offices. Located in downtown Atlanta so a little noisy. Although aesthetically pleasing inside, the spa needs to invest in better massage tables. I’m short and petite but I’m nearly too big for the table. I’m sure clients weighing >200 lbs and/or taller than 5’7” wouldn’t feel that comfortable on the the table. Also, each “room” is not completely separate or enclosed so if someone is receiving services next door, you can hear everything so not the most relaxing.

Very impressed with Kayla Nicole! She alone deserves 5 stars for her courtesy, skill and professionalism. I recommend you book a facial with her if you want glowing results with impeccable customer service. My reason for offering 4 stars instead of 5 is a result booking & confirming a dual session for myself and friend, only to be told, upon arrival, that we would not receive our facials simultaneously. The owner Q did attempt to rectify this misstep by offering sauna time in place of idling. All in all, I see a bright future for this establishment, team & customers. I plan to return & recommend to others.

Had a great first visit to iModel. The owner was welcoming and had a professional/calm demeanour. I was 6 mins late navigating the building, I suggest coming a bit early to settle in. I got a facial that was relaxing and rejuvenated—my skin that has been acting up postpartum. The prices are reasonable, location is clean and inviting, and I enjoyed the throwback R&B playlist that made it all the more enjoyable...and why I am happy to support Black owned businesses :)

I actually loved my experience. Parking was alittle difficult duct off in the back of the building down an alley BUT my services was phenomenal! I got the spa package with massage, facial and sauna. I skipped the sauna but the facial was amazing and had my skin glowing!! My service provider did her thing and the back massage was extremely relaxing I caught myself snoring and she made me feel very comfortable with great product recommendations! Next time I’m in the city I know where I’m coming back to!

I engaged in my first ISPA learning course the other day and man did I have a great time! Ms.Q was professional informative and fun! I was introduced to amazing products including a recommended sunscreen that I just couldn't leave without. Will definitely be coming back for my monthly facial and package deals!

I just came back from an exclusive skincare spa day at the beauty bar. We were like a focus group. My skin is glowy and moisturized! I made suggestions for the eczema/psoriasis people. The co-owner Quinisha instructs you through the skincare regimen. She is very attentive and knowledgeable about skin.

I received a Deluxe Facial and it was amazing! Q is a very talented esthetician. The room was ready for me when I arrived. I was given privacy & a wrap to change into. She explained what all is included in the Deluxe Facial and then began cleansing my skin. The entire process was relaxing. My skin was streamed, cleansed, heated, cooled, moisturized—literally everything great you can do for your skin. Extractions do hurt a bit but nothing that I couldn’t handle. They also left some redness that disappeared in a few hours, leaving my skin looking bright, even, and healthy. I will be a facial regular!!
