I visited the Imperfect Perfection Beauty Bar for a simple brow wax. Unbeknownst to me, my skin was literally ripped off in the process. I realized shortly after I left (5-10 minutes) I felt sensitivity. I looked in the mirror to find what appeared to be a burn above my right brow. I quickly returned to the shop, was kindly escorted back to the treatment room where I thought I would be attended to, but was met with blame. I was questioned about rather my skincare products had retinal and told they likely do which caused my skin to thin and just came off when waxed. I was instructed to allow the damaged skin to heal while using gentle cleanser and aquaphor. I have used the same skincare products for years and exclusively had my brows waxed, no other removal method. My skin has never been described as thin nor has it ever been ripped off during a brow wax. I was disappointed by the lack of concern for the damage caused, the absence of accommodation, and no resolution.

The office space is nice and clean. Each employee is knowledgeable of all services offered. The team even hosts monthly sessions on skincare; depending on the time of year it could be about protecting your skin against the harsh cold weather in the winter to changing your routine to protect against UV rays, etc.

KIMBERLYYYY. This was my first experience here getting my eyebrows tinted and waxed. I was so relaxed I actually fell asleep while she was tinting them. The environment was clean, relaxing, plush. The music was soothing. Kimberly was super professional and I LOVE my eyebrows. 100% recommend.

On my visit to Imperfect Perfection Beauty Bar I received a facial from Kimberly. The facial was an overall great experience, and very relaxing. Kimberly provided excellent service and ensured that I was comfortable the entire time. The other staff members were very polite as well. 5/5 I’ll definitely be returning!

I'm overdue for my review but when I tell you I LOVE Felesha and her staff I mean it. I miss going there for my weekly chats and updates. All of these ladies are super fun and encouraging. I started my weightloss journey last July and was able to make some great habit changes and lose weight. I haven't been back since December and I'm STILL losing weight. No lipo or phentermine. If you're determined and driven and you listen you'll get to where you want to be. All of the services are amazing as well. I sing praises to whomever will listen

Imperfect Perfection Beauty Bar Definitely a 5/5. The front receptionist is attentive and has a very pleasant attitude. Ive been twice and Deija has gotten me right both times. She's fast, friendly and very professional.

My experience at Imperfect Perfection Beauty Bar was by far the best spa experience I have had in a long time. The atmosphere and the professionalism of the staff was exceptional. Dinastie, my aesthetician, took great care of me and my needs. She caters to her clients with compassion and care as she studies what we need for our particular skin type. I’ll definitely be back for all my skin care needs!

Update: Another reason I love IP med spa is because they are good for offering clients deals on services but THIS time I went because they have some deals on Dermalogica products. I’m Talking savings of $65 or more. Cheaper than your favorite big box retailer. Another perk is being able to talk to trained Dermalogica estheticians while you shop. — I recently got my brows waxed and tinted at IP and I’m definitely going back for this service again. My brows look awesome! Should last up to 6 weeks but I’ll be back before then I’m sure because they have deals all the time! The service was great, the place is spotless and the staff was really sweet!

Very nice environment. Pristine, beautiful, relaxing and has a soul-pleasing environment. I enjoyed the facial received and I left glow and shine to my skin. The staff is impeccable and very knowledgeable. Dr Palmer is very knowledgeable and knows her craft very well. I'm looking forward to my next visit. Loved it!

I really enjoyed my men’s facial. The environment was very relaxing and tranquil. Dallyssia paid extra attention to my beard by conditioning and moisturizing it. She wrapped my facial up with a hot stone massage to my neck and shoulders. This place is the best in the city!!!!

I received an awesomely, relaxing facial from Dallyssia. The facility was so relaxing with beautiful decor and soft soothing colors. The staff was inviting and informative about the services that I could choose from. Dallyssia's hands were some soothing and calm that I was asleep for most of the service. She gave me suggestions on products to help calm my agitated skin and provided me knowledge so that I could provide better care at home. The experience was worth my money and time and I will be returning.

Dr. Palmer is an asset to her profession. She is a caring person, who is also an educator which is reflexed at her practice. Went to Imperfect Perfection today for a mini facial. All staff were extremely and their set up is beautiful! My esthetician was Chelsi and she did a phenomenal job. Very knowledgeable about her craft. The facial globes will change your life!! I left with my skin glowing. I can't wait to try their other services! 10 out of 10.
