I used to go here years ago and it was always good value and a decent massage. Just went back for the first time in a few years and had a terrible massage. Not just bad, but terrible. I am quite familiar with tuina, and it is insulting to call what just happened to me tuina (Chinese massage). It was a female practitioner, my gf had a male who seemed better. There are lots of technical ways I could explain why it was terrible, but summary is I wouldn’t recommend and won’t be back. If you go I would request a male practitioner.

Don’t expect high end amenities, but for the price and the great massage, I think it’s worth it. They were able to accomodate our big group of 8 people same day with no problem (just call in advance to let them know). We all left feeling relaxed. If we’re in Seattle, we’ll go again :)

Really good place to get a real good foot massage. Still as of August 2024 Their prices are reasonable. They have really good friendly hard working employees Eager to please customers. Great customer service. Great massage at a great reasonable price. Very comfortable, relaxing environment. Clean spacious comfortable place. They have been there for a very long time. As of my first visit November 2017 Nice convenient location. Lots of parking inside the building. First 2 hours are free I read a lot of reviews complaining about them tipping 20% Or extra $5.00. But those tippers are being really cheap, selfish, and inconsiderate. I believe the tip in the massage industry should not be as percentage of the massage fee. The Business charge $40.00 for massage ,and if the tip is 20% then it is only $8.00 Those massage workers make money from tips only. Not like the restaurants workers. There is a base pay plus tips. Those massage workers don't get paid any other money. So even if they do get 10 customers a day each .That's only $80.00 the whole day for 12hours. That's way too low. After working really hard on a customer feet for a whole hour the worker if he gets 10% that's only $4.00 for working an entire hour, and if the worker gets 20% that's only $8.00for working an entire hour. Even if the worker gets 30% Still that is only $12.00 for working hard for an entire hour. So I don't understand how those customers are complaining about paying 20% tip when they are paying below minimum wage,even less than poverty wages to those workers who worked really hard on their feet to make them feel better. Some customers dont even tip. And that is even worse, and humililating.. So the worker worked hard to please & comfort a customer for an entire hour for free. While all those customers expect best service., and because of these bad actions of some of the customers, those workers react the way those customers describe in their bad reviews. Foot massage is a luxury. And is not a necessity. If a customer can afford to pay around $40.00 for a foot massage, then definitely the customer can afford to pay at least $20.00 per massage, per hour as a tip . You want to feel good after the massage, then make the worker who made you feel good , feel good too about working on your feet . Please don't humiliate them by giving them less than $20.00 tip per hour per massage Be fair to other humans . Please treat other humans like how you expect to be treated.

Honestly the worst massage I’ve ever had. The lady practically twisted both my ankles and dug her elbow into my spine and every pressure point possible as hard as she could. Out of every massage place in the area, this is the last place I recommend. Left in 10x more pain then when I came in

My husband and I have been here many times because it’s convenient, but we’ve been disappointed one too many times. It’s dirty and humid feeling. They talk while massaging, sometimes throughout the massage. There was an argument between workers last time we were there. Tonight, one of the workers kept coughing while massaging someone. The guy who massaged me kept using his phone and putting it down by my head so he could look at it while massaging me. I could go on…

Feeling so good after my massage! ~$55 for an hour full-body massage. Absolutely wonderful. Didn't have to say much, the man knew exactly what areas to work on after a few minutes of assessment. He applied good pressure, sometimes using his elbows too. 100% coming back again. I tipped ~$25 myself. Didn't feel pressure to do so. I just really enjoyed the experience.

Great Asian message place. If your looking for a standard massage this is not it. This is more reflexology. I've been to many places like this in many different states. This is one of the good ones.

Horrible customer service. Smells like mold in the there. I would never come back to this establishment. They also get an attitude if you don’t tip them $10…..I would give them a zero star if it was an option. Parking lot also had homeless people camped out. Be aware of your surroundings if you do decide to waste your money here.

I saw the comments here and I was baffled. Have you given your loved one or yourself a massage? For me, After 5-10 minutes, my hands are tired already. These people here are hard at work, they charge 37$ for a whole hour of massage and you tip them 10%-15%? They make so little money compared to the normal establishments (at least mininum is 60$ per hr without tips). Have the decency to treat them like humans: tipping them 10 bucks per hour sounds like a normal move to me unless they are really rude and bad at their job. What to expect here from my one time experience: - Park on 3rd floor, there is a security guy to keep an eye on your car - It's inside a mall w other Asian businesses/restaurants. - The vibe is an open space with a lot of chairs turned into bed and they played calming music, everyone whispered when they talk so it doesn't affect the customers too much. - 37$ for 1 hrs. I tipped 15$ bc my guy was really good and actually customized the massage to what i needed (hikers w sore legs)

Solid massage place. Love their hours. This place always helps whisk away my lactic acid when I go too hard in the gym. Definitely call first for a reservation though, they are pretty in demand! Also love that they have their own parking garage with first hour free-a rare gem in Seattle! Edited to add: well, my car got broken into the last time I went there (unless you take public transit, there's nowhere else viable to park.) I did not have anything valuable in there. Maybe make your visit earlier in the day when there are more people/cars in the parking garage than 8-9pm when I was there.

This place is a diamond in the rough. Hidden gem for sure. They give you an amazing massage and the price doesn't even match the quality of the massage. You stay fully clothed and they do better than some of the spas in the area. I highly recommend this spot and I visit often. Very relaxing and they know what to do.

Total price was $37. I put $8 into the tip line for a total of $45 which is slightly more than a 20% tip. Before signing the merchant copy the service provider mumbled something and was clearly annoyed. He then showed me a receipt with a $12 tip and I am guessing said something like you need to tip more. It was completely inappropriate and ruined the customer experience.

We went in for a massage so $74 for two. My Wife gave a $10 cash tip which is 13% and was refused. She just had $10 bills no $1 bills. The man who massaged her wanted $20 and kept harassing my Wife for that amount. I was in the dirty bathroom changing my clothes. Nobody can force tip when I’m around. I was mad after I found out. $20 tip is about 27% tip. Our massage was terrible and $10 tip would be generous. They gave me a tiny woman and gave my wife a man for the massage. Why not give her a female and give me the man? When they put my feet in the water it was cold. They use elbows most of the time and some oily lotion. It was not relaxing and they talked in Chinese the majority of the time. I felt as if they aren’t qualified massage therapist or have any license. Massage is 1/10. Environment is 1/10. Bathroom dirty 1/10. Customer service 1/10. READ THE REVIEWS. Positive ones most likely fakes. I forgot to mention about the parking lot. So many homeless people hanging around like they are going to break into your vehicle because there is no security cameras. It’s unsafe!

I've been a regular customer for years and have tipped in the area of $20-40 for a 1 hr massage. I've enjoyed my regular masseuse James but unfortunately will not be going back ever again due to last night's experience. I tipped 20% but was upset and shocked when he huffed and sighed and refused my 20% tip and wrote down that he demanded $5 extra. That's gross behavior and has turned me away - I'll be going elsewhere to give my money from now on. I hope that extra $5 was worth losing a customer who brings in other people as well. Edit...I now go to My Foot Massage in the UW district for a 1 hr deep massage with Bella. She is even better than James and has worked out the painful kinks of 1 year. Private clean rooms with warm beds, no loud chatters, and service is far better. Ask for Bella. I went in with $100 cash and walked out happy 3 times now. My Foot Massage gets my money now - Thanks to James' greed. My Foot Massage is the best kept secret...
