Had an appointment yesterday and was told when I arrived that it would be a 10 to 15 minute wait because they were short staffed. I understood and sat and waited. Eventually the young man working the desk came back and told me that unfortunately they couldn’t do my pedicure that day because the technician I booked with was working on a walk in client and it was taking longer than expected. He also said my appointment was booked before this person but Vivian said to take her right before I arrived. I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment. If they had called to explain the problem I would have understood but instead i wasted time and gas to go to the salon. I understand if they have a problem but feel like they don’t respect their clients.

This place is amazing! I loved everything about it. I had the Mother of Pearl pedicure and the technician was very thorough. I got a very nice massage with hot stones, much longer than other places! And I absolutely just had the best coffee ever! It’s so delicious! Excellent experience! Will be back again!!

This place was recommended to me so I gave it a shot but I don’t think I’ll be back. I never go to get my nails done. I always feel awkward having somebody do something for me. But I wanted to treat myself today. So I went in to get a basic manicure. It started out well. But halfway through, I got a new person. He had me go pay and then he started painting, my nails really fast. The lighter color on the left is what I ended up with so when I got home I redid them with the darker pink on the right. I know I could have probably said something and they could have fixed it but that’s just me not wanting to be a bother.

I’ve come to this salon for a couple of years and I always give them the opportunity to make corrections. Typically when I come Vivian will assign certain people to me which I really appreciate because what I’ve learned is that the worker here hate that you to tell them what you want. Which is weird because we spending hard earned money at a price it should atleast be quality work. It can be a hit or miss but I find it rude when there’s always a conversation about you making it seem like your the problem for telling them what doesn’t work or what you looking for. I’ve had the conversation before and at this point I feel like you just don’t care. It’s embarrassing before people are assigned atleast have the conversation on the side. Unfortunately that was my last time there because again I’m leaving the shop and I still have to make the connection on my own because I wasn’t in the mood to be the area gossip

I’m afraid to give this place a good review because I don’t want to have a hard time getting an appointment, but it’s truly a great place, that pride themselves on excellent work and top notch customer service. They also serve you drinks while you sit. It’s very nice and pleasant.

Don’t go here unless you want a toe infection in both toes and an unapologetic owner who only offers you bare minimum refund. No sympathy, bunch of excuses and top it off, didn’t believe me and wanted me to take my bandages off! RUNNNN!!!

I think it must depend on the nail tech you get. Hanna didnt say a word to me when she sat down. Then she didn't ask me if I wanted my nails shorter, which I didnt. She just started cutting. Well okay, I guess I'm going shorter but I had my nails done Thursday evening and here it is Sunday and I have small little chips all over the place. She didnt go all the way down on the sides so my real nail is showing on each nail. She made them way too thin with only doing two layers of dip powder and everywhere I have ever gone does 3 layers without me having to say something. When I asked for a 3rd dip she told me it was fine. When I did point out one of my nails not having dip on the side she just looked at me and appeared so annoyed. I went here instead of my normal place because my husband was a few doors down at Physical therapy and thought I could kill time...but I will never return. They also charged more than most places ever do for dip powder. She charged my 55. Valencia charges 45 for a new set of gel dip. You get a hand and arm massage after yours nails are done which I didnt get from Hanna@ Impressions. Valencia always does 3 layers of Dip. Worst nail job ever I wont ever be back there. I'll just read a book while my husband is in physical therapy and go back to Valencia. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

This salon has continued to decline and I will not be returning. The pedicure I got today was terrible. It was supposed to last 80 minutes and he was done in about 40 minutes. Hardly any massage time with hot stones or hands. No time taken to remove cuticles - didn’t even do it, nail tools remained in the sealed bag. No cuticle lotion. No soak time prior to cutting the nails - cut them first so brittle and hard. No clay mask for legs that was included in the pedicure. I was so angry, I won’t be returning. If Sky is assigned as your nail tech, ask for someone else or leave!

i asked for a fill in and the first picture is what i asked for and the second is what i got im very mad and do not recommend to anyone. also i have never been anywhere where a fill in is 75$ its always been around 50$. will not be going there again. and they are not very good with designs she started over at least 5 times.i also got cut while she was grinding.

Peter gave me the best pedicure of my life! Super cute, relaxing and the massage was awesome. He cut my cuticles really nice and I felt so relaxed. The polish is on point. Tim gave me my gel manicure, he cut my cuticles nice and worked in a timely manner. My only complaint is the nail polish is a bit sloppy and I waited in the pedicure chair for 25ish minutes before anyone acknowledged me on why I was waiting so long. Communication goes a long way and I’ve never waited that long before getting services. I didn’t wanna leave and drive far so thankfully it was kinda worth it. I’ll probably be back -Sierra

Although I only have SIX toenails & desire NOT any polish * it's maddening I'm still paying full price to the full time spent there. I'm on disability, & get charlie - horses attempting to cut my own toenails. Truly sucks!! Last time *clipped was $30 now it's $35 😳 my poor -Talons I chose this place bc of the reviews I read ** I drove TWICE the distance of about five others...I drove past. Beautiful place yes, friendly staff I agree Way overpriced ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ perhaps we pay athe sixty five thousand $$ for the Chandler that hangs 🤔 very disappointed ☹️ p.s. I swear the " margarita" tasted like rubbing alcohol (?? - if ever drank) 🤮

Do you even call this done? She threw the nail file at me. She's wearing a cross necklace with a pandora bracelet. Don't go to this salon. The nail tech said $65 for tip and gel and when my friend asked another person it was $60. I guess they make their own prices?

First time to go to this salon, and I am very impressed. They are friendly, and Vin did my Pedi, and the massage was great. Everyone is very friendly, and they even offer cocktails in addition to Wine. I will definitly be back.

Full set shellac French tip was $85, which is extremely high. Didn’t even go over a second coat for the tip part, so it is see through. Chipping ends already after 2days. I like the style, but this is $65 work nor $85!

Not worth the price. I booked ahead on a Sunday. They were busy so we sat for a good half hour before the pedicures were started. We were offered drinks that didn’t come until asking several times if they were coming. We purchased their basic pedicure and “offered” gel polish which was a $20 up charge each!I commented to my attendant that she was very fast. She said “but good” 🤷‍♀️ - She painted my nails in a way that left a space between the cuticle (which wasn’t trimmed and cleaned away) that once done appeared as though I had nail growth like you would between appointments! My heels had barely been buffed. Not impressed and definitely won’t go back. UPDATE: I went back. Tried it hoping my prior experience was a one off. NOPE…these are my nails one day later and look as they did yesterday when leaving. I said from the start that I wanted a manicure and dip. Sat down with a male manicurist and immediately started dremmeling the surface of my nails. I wondered if perhaps this was how he started his manicures when he started applying the dip coating. I immediately reminded him I had wanted a manicure. He said it’s okay we can do after. He finished the dip, I have short nails so there wasn’t much if any filing to do. He finished painting and got up. Their concierge person walked over and asked me if I wanted I manicure to which I explained I had from the beginning but he appears to be finished. SO annoyed !! This was a $50 service and you can see by the photos once again my nails look like they’ve grown out for weeks and are NEEDING a refresh but this was how they looked when I left yesterday- about 25 hours later!!! My DIL got new tips and dip and a least a bit of hand lotion applied at the end and a complimentary mimosa all for $60. Had I realized they work the “complimentary” drink into their prices I would have definitely taken one given the $50 price tag without even as much as a little lotion and no mani in spite of saying I wanted a mani from the get go. - perhaps if he had done the mani he could have actually applied the product close enough to the nail bed so as not to appear as though it grown out for weeks when they were just done! Nope, definitely will not be back again - ever.

GREAT job. Many people came over and complimented his work. Peter did my pedicure. WONDERFUL! ****** 2nd time here was better than the first! Natalie did a great job with my ombré nails. Definitely coming back. ****** My first time here and I’m impressed so far. Tim did my refill. Quick and easy. Waiting to get my pedicure. Ok so Mai did my pedicure and it looks great. The massage and hot stone experience was amazing! Overall, not a bad experience. I could put this spot in my rotation every quarter or so.

This place definitely left nothing but good IMPRESSION! Absolutely love the service given here! The staff were amazing! Everything and everyone exceeded my expectations and this place here is outstanding! I recommend you to bring your husbands too! It was such an amazing sight to see how women brought their husbands to get pampered too? and the vibe is just vibing!!! Men deserve to get pampered too! I know where I’m bringing my man to have a great time! Getting manicures and pedicures and then dinner after! Or even just taking my man out to get pampered! The place is clean and you’ll also see a very friendly little fur baby walking around!! thank you Hana and Family for your lovely hospitality and for showing me so much love 💕 I also met a beautiful couple here that offered nothing but love and friendship ! San Antonio isn’t so bad after all… I absolutely love my full set! Will definitely be coming back !!!! Thank you, IMPRESSION💕

Went in today for a shellac mani/pedi. Pedicure was done by a gentleman and was perfect. Manicure was done by a lady named "Le" and goodness. Worst experience. For starters, the lady whom I believe is the manager told me we could definitely do the french tips I wanted on my natural nails with shellac. Once I sat down, the lady disagreed and said it had to be dip. I have had this done before, so I knew that wasn't true, but I didn't care to argue. She charged me for a "full set" which is much more expensive than a shellac manicure. The worst part was that she cut 5 of my cuticles so badly that they were actually bleeding and she had to go get neosporin to put on my hands!! Insane. My hands still hurt 5 hours later. I expressed my concern when I was checking out and the manager called "Le" over and had a conversation and told her "yes you cut her badly". She ended up amending the bill to the shellac manicure cost, but nothing was done about my injured fingers.
