After learning how reasonably priced Impression's stylists charge for partial highlights and lowlights plus good reviews the receptionist scheduled me with Michelle. Michelle was fantastic! She was personable, friendly, and did an excellent job on my highlights. I feel bad since I should have stressed to her that I expected to pay only for partial highlights and lowlights. When we did a quick consul I wanted her thoughts on whether we should do a partial root touch up or just partial higlights/lowlights. I assumed if we did the root touch up that it would be only a partial root touch up and around the same cost. She took her time looking at my roots and crown. From what I heard, she said "let's do partial higlights and lowlights" after all. When she was doing my hair she did root touch up in the brown area, and I thought it was just part of her service. I even said no one had done that before that did partial highlights! When I went to pay, I was charged for the root touch up and partial highlights/lowlights and it was much more than I anticipated since I am in a tight financial place in life at the moment. The receptionist was so kind and understanding and found way to lower the cost. I felt horrible and hope Michelle understood. There was a misunderstanding on both sides. I hope she reads this and knows I am sorry for the misunderstanding! I love how my hair turned out. Grazie!!

When you drive 2 1/2 half hours to see an amazing stylist but yet because of work schedule with new construction and the holiday schedule HAd to cancel.so you get refused services ,then they tell you need a deposit so you offer the deposit , then they still refuse you... it really brings out the personalities.

My daughter has gone twice to get her hair cut by Silvia and we love her! My daughter was asking for unusual haircuts and she really listened and asked her along the way how she’d like certain parts etc. We have curly hair and I’ve often found that stylists will try to treat curls like straight hair or to convince us to get straight hair cuts and that’s always a mistake. Silvia gave her exactly what she wanted. Highly recommend her.

I have been going to Impressions Salon for several years and Yui is absolutely the best. She cuts, colors and does my Brazilian blowouts and everything is perfectly done. I honestly can't imagine going anywhere else!

If we lived here this would be my permanent hair salon but as it was, my husband and I were just passing through and I needed a cut. My hair was SO heavy and I could tell there was a bit of damage on the end. Siri did a wonderful job and was super friendly the entire time. Smade great suggestions and genuinely seemed to enjoy our conversation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Yui is amazing! I left feeling like a model with my hair color and fresh trim. The salon is hidden in the middle of Wake Forest but is in a nice quiet part of town. Everything was exceptionally clean and still following Covid practices.

I do not get many manicures or pedicures, but when I get them in the future this is where I'll go! Brand new massage chairs that RECLINE!!! Beautiful spa like music and wonderful colors to choose from! Thank you for a great experience!
