Excellent service everyone is very kind. The atmosphere is calming and welcoming. I had a 90 min massage from Jillian and she worked on everything I told her I was struggling with. I left way more relaxed and she released all the tension in my neck. Will see her again! Thanks Jill!

Had an amazing experience here. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, with soothing music and a clean, relaxing environment. My therapist Brandon was highly skilled, and asked about my areas of tension and tailoring the massage perfectly to my needs. Really impressed with his level of professionalism and attentiveness. Wow! Just had a 90-minute deep tissue massage with Brandon and all I can say is that was amazing. He felt very in tune with my body and helped me breathe through the pressure point areas. Brandon was very professional, efficient, and helpful! I felt very comfortable. He gave me stretches to start doing at home, as well. The massage felt so good I wanted to ask “what are we” after LOL I have purchased my boyfriend multiple massages at IMR on Rainbow but finally decided to treat myself this time and I’m so grateful I did! Will definitely be back. The service is very kind & the facility is clean.

Our first stop in town- after a very stressful two months of LIFE- best decision! One hour couples massage with Kiri and Gillian. Deep tissue, some scar tissue release- and total let go. Fantastic massage, great atmosphere, excellent practitioners. Perfect way to start our weekend.

I have recently started to see Kyrie. She is definitely one of the better massage therapists I have ever had. Her extensive knowledge of the body and how it works and how to fix your problems is second to none. She has 16 years of experience, and it shows! The ability to get in there and hammer out the problem and do it by virtually not putting you in pain. For years I thought you had to just tough it out and deal with a massage therapist putting you through agonizing pain. With in that you are not getting healed but making it all worse. Kyrie does completely the opposite. If you want it done right, I highly recommend her to anyone. And plus, the entire staff there at IMR are the coolest, nicest and most professional group of people I have ever met. They will jump through hoops to get you set up. Overall, this is a class "A" establishment.

My 5 star review is only regarding my facial with Alicia and the reception area staff. Making an appointment over the phone was easy and they answered all my questions. They were extremely sweet and personable both in person and over the phone. I was concerned about the products used (extremely sensitive and can’t use oils) and they called me the next day (because the esthetician had left for the night), addressing my questions and concerns. Excellent. I’ve had only a few facials- one not memorable, another used products that made me break out (all-natural, but, like I said, my skin doesn’t tolerate oils. Look up malassezia). Alicia didn’t shame me about my skin, just factually told me what was going on with it. She asked what my skin concerns were and went to work. A lot happened, with a lot of gadgets; one of them hurt; a lot of them felt like they didn’t do anything. Right after the facial, my skin was ‘meh’. BUT, 5 days later, my skin has been looking sooo good. I’m still using my usual products, but the blackheads are gone, my pores look better, and that area in between my nostril and cheek is firm and bouncy. I don’t care if the results are temporary. The massage that I sorely (haha) needed felt great. The facial cupping didn’t seem to work on my forehead though- maybe my skin is too taut there, and is overall very hard (bony) area. I can’t comment on the products they used, but they accommodated some of my needs with my own, clearly labeled, products. Thank you! Can’t wait for the new location to open because this one on Eastern is waaayy too far from me. Edit: it’s a solid 3 now. I don’t like their policies and services are just ok since my preferred esthetician left. I don’t go here anymore. Their other location is just ‘meh’ as well.

The staff were very friendly and the facility was very clean and relaxing. My massage therapist, McKenzie, did an excellent job of treating my problem areas as requested, and helping to relieve my pain. I will definitely be returning and trying other services in the future. Very pleased with my experience!

I’ve been coming to IMR Massage for a few years now and I’ve never had a bad experience. I’ve had multiple therapists and they have all been exceptional. Jenny and Kyrie are my favorite and I’ve been seeing them regularly because they are so good. Kyrie is very thorough and her technique is both gentle but firm where it’s needed. Jenny helps with my trouble spots and also gives great advice on how to best keep my body from being in pain. I highly recommend IMR.

Matt is the best massage therapist I go to at IMR. He truly has a skill set above and beyond as I call him healing hands. I have lower back problems this time it had went to my hips too. When I got out of my massage I fell back to normal every time. Thank you Matt

DISGUSTING! WOW! So I made this appointment weeks in advance and I got there about 20min early. Then I checked in and they told me my account was locked probably because I have multiple accounts (I think they are just talking about the extra account I had for my dad) and that I needed to sign something so I did. But they said they needed to talk to their manager. I waited in lobby for about 10min. Then they spoke to me and said that they won’t be doing my massage because the manager said so and that she would need to talk to me. And I told them well this is really inconvenient because I live really far and it took me about 36 min to get here. When I told them this, they could not care less. They said there’s nothing they can do because the manager but to not worry because I won’t get charged like that’s supposed to be some sort of compensation. I said well at least let the manager know I am very upset about this situation since the drive was long and now I have to drive home (which is another 36min). And they become very defensive so I said I just wish I could have been informed about this before I drove all the way over here and they pretty much said that it was my fault and not there’s since they didn’t know until I showed up which makes no sense at all since they initially told me my account was locked when I got there. I understand they are just the messenger but that’s no way to treat a client. It would have been nice if they could have at least apologized about the situation or inconvenience but they never did. That’s customer service 101. I run a business and I would never treat even my worst client that way. Very disgusting way to treat a client. They told me the manager will call me but they have my word I will NEVER be back there or recommend anyone to that establishment after this. Very infuriating situation.

40 years of being a desk jockey had me with very tight core muscles and walking bent over, looking 10yrs older than I really am. On a spur of the moment walked in to ask if, in their opinion, was this muscular like I thought and could they help, their answers were yes, and maybe yes. After 12 weeks, the latter answer is definitely YES. IMR changed my life both physically and mentally.
