Invigorating and Relaxing. Who knew? This should become a habit. Judging from these other reviews I may have had the pleasure of meeting a new masseuse. She was very skilled but surprisingly cheerful and almost playful during the massage. Her massage was symphonic. When she applies pressure her hands can become as hard as mallets or as soft as butterflies. Aligning, pushing, straightening, kneading and pressing, the result is relaxed alignment and a fresh attitude. The accommodations are remarkably clean, comfortable and tasteful. Oh, and she has a secret weapon: Hot Stones! Parking is right there. (Handicapped Parking nearby ). This was my first visit to this spa (20JAN25). I will return as soon as my schedule permits.

Today I received a massage which was okay, upon completion of the massage and after I was dressed i was preparing to give her a tip ,I pulled out some money she took what I had in my hand then she looked in my wallet and took 40.00 more out of my wallet, she got 65.00 total,,,what kind of girls do you have that take money out of someone's wallet,,it may be my last time coming here

Always very good at deep tissue massage. And i will be back. I was going regularly until awhile ago . No way of calling for appointment?

Low quality massage, unlicensed masseuse, room was too warm, masseuse was in and out repeatedly answering the door or phone, and at the end she was very aggro and rude about my tip not being high enough (she was lucky I tipped at all, it felt very generous given the quality of the service). r&T joint, skip it if you actually want your muscles worked on properly.

Amazing....... Great customer service, great deep tissue massage (great hand strength) and good prices 160.00ish for couples massage service. Another great part of Lu Spa is they are open later hours. Great job ladies keep up the great work. Now a forever loyal customer.... I'm greatful and my lower back is also.....

New staff is absolutely wonderful the massage was perfect since it was my first time with them I didn't say anything about where I needed the work I just let her do her thing and it was perfect the pressure was on point and she would occasionally ask how I was and if the pressure was right been a long time since I had a massage this good

Very relaxing. Mimi checked in with me on a few occasions to make sure the pressure was right. She was very friendly, professional, and thorough. I left feeling a lot less stressed. She knew the spots that needed worked on without having to tell her.

From what I understand there’s another massage place thats connected to this one. The one on the second floor I received the best massage of my life! She was amazing-deep tissue. She was polite. The other place I went where it wasn’t on the second floor was a total waste of money-she kept answering her phone and leaving the room during the massage, she was very rude to me, then she asked me to tip her at the end and of course I didn’t I used the excuse I didn’t have the money with me but she was absolutely terrible all she did was rub my back! Horrible experience! The one on the second floor like I said though I received the best massage of my life!

First time here and I was comfortable and enjoy it but Pee ask for more $45 tip and didn’t really do anything much more. I like a refund for my tip cause wasn’t worth it. I been to other spa’s and got much more in return!

This was by far the worst massage I've ever had. I have to have massages for my medical issues and this massage was so bad it actually flared it up very bad. I would give zero stars if I could. I cannot explain in words how awful this place is and it's not just one person my mom went with me with a whole different person and was just as bad.
