Terrible hairstylist I inquired to receive 1 inch of hair removed from the scapula. From there she proceeded to remove around 3 inch’s of hair. Resulting in an undesirable appearance I will not be returning to this location.

Experienced expert operators and their customers deserve better surroundings. The stations are old and cramped. Furnishings are quite worn and nondescript. The Avalon Park location is elegant and tasteful. An enjoyable experience. I would go there but my operator moved to Waterford Lakes, so I followed her there. A totally disappointing salon venue.

I love so many different services that this location provides. I love getting fresh highlights with Amanda, a perfect new acrylic set with Krsna, and have nice and clean waxed brows with Angelica! All the stylists are so lovely, would recommend! More recently I just got a blowout and trim with Beth, and she is so wonderful and did an amazing job! Can't wait to come back.

this was the WORST experience i have ever had in a hair salon, which upsets me because this used to be my favorite salon. I came in and saw Delia, and i have never looked worse after. i told her i just wanted the dead ends off and my bangs trimmed. i then showed her a picture of what my bangs looked like. she proceeded to grab the bottom of my hair and just cut it straight through. i thought that was a little weird but didn’t think anything of it. however, then she just grabbed my bangs and LOBBED THEM OFF! she did not ask if the length was okay or anything! when i got upset that they were too short she got mad at ME! when styling my hair she put no heat protection or product on my hair, and FRIED IT OFF! when i talked to the front desk girl after about getting my hair fixed she was so super rude. this was one of the worst experiences of my life and i have never felt more insecure than i do now.

I came with my mom to get our eyebrows threading, this is the worse service I ever had, the lady took more hair from my mom eyebrows and even when I was telling her it was wrong she did not wanted to admit it. Save your eyebrows never come here!!!!!!

I went into this establishment for a pixie cut. The salon is very clean. The staff is very nice. Alecia, the stylist that attended to me was very up-front and honest about working on African American hair. I understood where she was coming from, as understand how certain knowledge, and care must be taken with our very curly hair. I said "girl, it's just hair, and you are an expert. I trust you." ...and she said... " Well, let's do it!!" My cut came out fantastic. She took her time and perfected it!! Alecia is a great conversationalist too, by the way. Totally satisfied!

I go to Krsna for Acrylic Nail Sets and she does a great job. She is always very thorough and precise! They always look great and last a long time!

This spa is so lovely! I’ve had a facial done with Angelica numerous times and each time she ensures a quality experience. Not only does my skin feel super soft, but she shows such care for her clients. I highly recommend her!

I had a wonderful experience at In Style Hair with Maya. She did an excellent job on my eyebrows and was incredibly welcoming. The salon's location was convenient and easy to find. I am extremely satisfied with the results and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend Maya and In Style Hair for their exceptional service!

I made an appt for eyebrow waxing at 1:15 pm. I arrived at 12:30 knowing I was early. It is now 2pm and I had to get up and ask if they were going to attend m. Unfortunately, they did not even know how to repond. Its not the 1st time. It will be my last. Need girls that should know how to answer to your clients. Dissappointed client.

I scheduled my appointment with Elizabeth C. When I booked online it said I would pay 40-50 dollars for the service which was a women’s haircut. When I got there I was told 60 because I have a lot of hair. At first I was s bit disappointed but after seeing the final result I was pretty happy. My hair looks fabulous. Elizabeth was attentive and took her time to make sure to do a great service. I would totally reccomend her!

I went about a month ago was very specific as to what I wanted, the stylist insisted I needed a shorter cut, I repeated what I wanted , she repeated back what I said then did it her way. I was so angry and now waiting for it to grow out and then I will go somewhere else where they will listen to me. I am 70 years old and have had my hair my whole life. I know what I want.

I’ve been going here for a couple years to see Runa (who has always been amazing)! When scheduling an appointment I always arrive early because normally it takes time to get seated. This time I arrived at 1:15pm for my 1:30pm appointment. I was seated at 2:10 only because I reminded the front desk that I was still there waiting. Runa is always amazing and apologized. The front desk was chatting the whole time. It’s VERY frustrating I had to remind them of my existence… waiting forty minutes for an eyebrow threading when I made an appointment is appalling. 5 stars for Runa, 2 for the front desk hospitality.

I made this appointment for my daughter to get her hair done for her senior pictures. We arrived about 5 minutes early and although the waiting area was packed, the hostess still greeted us with a smile! She answered all of my questions and I was able to continue my shopping as my daughter got her hair done. Afterwards, we both couldn't be happier! My daughter absolutely loves her hair, and she expressed how wonderful and pleasant her time was at In Style Hair Salon.

So upset with this location. The customer service is awful. Spoke to Julie today on the phone about my daughter’s hair which was colored incorrectly BLACK. She was there in October and it was done beautifully. She wanted a reprisal of her previous hair color. She looks awful with this color and when we called they tried to gaslight me and tell me, her MOTHER, that black was her natural hair color! I had to continue to tell Julie that this is not her hair color! She then said the hair stylist decided that this color was her natural hair color. Since when does the hair stylist decide what the CLIENT wants? They said she would have to come back in and pay another 150 dollars for color correction. When I first called, she said as long as you come in within the week, it is free. She said she would call the stylist, Ashley, and then called me back with that malarkey. Terrible customer experience from a STYLIST MISTAKE. So disappointed in this location!
