Completely ruined my hair. I asked for simple brown highlights and Cherry gave me a very uneven job and cut off way more than the 2 inches I asked for. I went back to have it fixed and she did an extremely sloppy and fast job, it looked SO bad and stripey and uneven. She bleached way too much of the top layer of my hair when I specifically asked her not to, and the ends of my hair were not lightened. I regret tipping well both times. I then had to spend a ton of money to get it fixed at another salon.

Cherry is amazing! I have come here multiple times and it is always a pleasant experience :) Cherry knows her stuff and genuinely cares about her clients and what's best for them! Definitely would recommend :) I got my hair first colored here last year (first pic), and recently just got a hair cut (2nd pic).

I had an appointment to get my hair colored but I went one hour early to get my nails done they stop doing my nails because I took them that long and I waited for my hair. Unfortunately they were running behind even though I had a 1230 appointment. After finishing getting my nails done and a color change on my toes I sat for another 25 minutes waiting to get my hair started. Cherry is her name continue to take other people ahead of me. Clearly they don’t know anything about time management. Once they finally got me back hair washed and the color starting. 3 1/2 hours later the color is horrible, horrible! As I was sitting and still waiting for her to finish drying my hair. Cherry brushed my hair stopped had to fix color on another persons head brush their hair with the same hair brush then thought she was gonna brush my hair with the very same hair brush. I put a stop to that. This place is filthy they do not know anything about hygiene of their hair products brushes combs. They don’t clean any of them. I paid for the very, very poor color and left with a wet head of hair. Do not, I highly do not recommend this establishment. I will be contacting the department of health in Philadelphia. #PhiladelphiaDepartmentOfHealth #City of the Philadelphia license inspection 40 years getting my hair colored and I have never had such a horrible, horrible experience in any type of establishment.!

I like the guy who does my nails, Kevin. He's fast and does a great job. The women employees seem very catty and highly judgemental though.

Update 08/20/2022: Today I took my daughter to In Touch and Cherry helped to do her hair. Came out very satisfactory although it was quite a challenging style my daughter wanted. Also, Cherry sanitized the chair whenever after a customer used it. She also kept some air sanitizing lights on all the time. So I felt very safe in In Touch even during pandemic. My past review: Met Cherry in other occasions but then I learned that she had a hair and spa salon in Philly. So I asked whether she could do my eyebrows, and whether there’s free parking, which came a yes. Therefore, I went to her salon to give it a try. I drove across the states from NJ to south Philly for the trip before a storm. And I was quite surprised to see that In Touch Hair & Spa was quite “multifunctional “: hair, nails, face, feet…full beauty services here. And I parked right in front of the store! Free! Cherry was very patient and down to details when she tattooed my brows. I was very satisfied with the result, especially after some days. Now I don’t need to draw my eyebrows any more when I am going out. 😆 Thumbs up for Cherry! 👍👍 Update: In Touch is very spacious with many sections. The location is very convenient since it’s located right close to the exit and entrance of US-76, As for parking, there are parking spots in front of the building as well as an ample parking lot on a side, all free!

Ping is great! My hair is very thick and it is difficult to layer. She uses a technique to layer that not many hairstylists know how to do. She has the expertise as a hair professional.

Used a Groupon voucher, got harassed to cancel my voucher and pay through them. Denied that. Went back and forth with 3 different staff trying to get me to cancel. Didn't want to cancel. Massage was just okay. Didn't seem like she knew exactly what she was doing, kinda just making it up as she went along. Was fine but wouldn't go back.

No, no, no no. Do not go to this place. I had a Groupon for highlights. I had allowed my roots to grow out (virgin hair). The stylist decided to do one color (Groupon paid for this). It came out orange. I was in tears. She then slapped a book in my lap to choose a "toner." I showed her the color I wanted (meanwhile, she is curling some one else's hair). I have had my short hair highlighted for years. My hair looked like Sun In from the eighties (after the toner). I then had to pay $38 for the toner. I left in tears. My hair is fried (I waited a week to wash and deep condition). I would never recommend this place to anyone. I ended up going to a professional stylist. My hair looks great now. Oh. As I am sitting there for an hour, they kept bothering me about a manicure and pedicure.
