I've been to I-Nails before and have received better service. Mike was the one who worked on my nails when I went there yesterday. I know they were busy. However, I feel like my nails were rushed through. So many mistakes were made in the process. They were corrected but cost him extra time. My skin was cut a few times. He spent a bit of time on his personal phone as well as managing to answer the business phone. I let him know that it was OK to slow down. I understand the demand for the service, especially on a Saturday. I just feel that as you are working on a person, they should get your undivided attention to the best of your ability. I also got my toes done by Kevan. He was amazing, patient, and attentive. Thank you! I want to be able to come back. I enjoy this place, usually. I hope that this can be resolved so that the next person can feel special receiving service. I also hope that other customers can come in with patience and understanding, knowing that when it's their turn, they will receive the best service.

They came out beautiful. Needed to spoil my self and the sweet girl understood exactly what I wanted. I always prefer here then anywhere else.

I came to visit out of town and thought this would be a good place because of the reviews . My husband and I received two basic pedicures . The total bill with tip was a little over $80 . I checked my bank account when I got him and they charged $140 . They will scam you so watch out !! I am an angry customer !!

I am dedicated to my rockstart nail tech, Kevan. He always does fantastic work on my mani-ped. The rest of the staff are so pleasant and accommodating. They all do a terrific job.

Glad I found I Nails. I'm got a regular pedicure and was very satisfied on how well it came out. I Believe the lady's name is Laim not too sure of the spelling. I well definitely continue to go here . The staff was friendly as well.

Fast service however, tech cut my cuticles too much caused me to bleed on multiple fingers. Went to relax and only to come out stressed about if my cuts will be infected.

First time going there since I lived in that area but must be new owner. Place is very nice and I highly recommend Kim for any manicure, pedicure or brow service. She does an AWESOME JOB! 🌟

I came in last minute to get my acrylic nails, removed and shellac put on. I thought it was going to take a long time but it took about 10 minutes of removal and prep and then another 10 minutes to fully finish the shellac. all in all, I really like the job they did and how efficient it was since I was on a time crunch. I love the attention she gave toward the prep side of it.

I like going to this shop because the staff is nice and makes you feel welcome. It was my second visit and I definitely intend on making it my nail place. I had a shellac manicure and pedicure great experience and the overall price was really fair. My salon person was Kevin.

My daughter and I went to get a pedicure. The man who did mine hurt both of my toes. My toe bleed. I wanted to share pictures butI don't see where I can do that.

Staff did great with my mom. It was Her 1st time ever getting her nails done. She was so nervous and staff made her feel so uncomfortable and welcome.

The girl I was stuck with did not want to be there, and she let me know it. My nails were not shaped right (ok fine) but the left nail polish all over my fingers. She rushed me to pedi chair and turned on barely warm water and proceeded to rush and cut me all up. I even changed my polish color to make it easier on her. 10 mins later I was in tears paid and left so upset...I really wanted this to be my place.

This is an amazing and realxing place. I got a pedicure and manicure here and the worker did an amazing job. They even offer drink like soda or wines. I will come back to this place.

Wonderful experience. Emily did an incredible job of fixing my nails 🥰🥰🥰 I have really short nails which can be annoying to get done in a way that feels natural. Loved it and will definitely be back!
