I won a gift card to Inclusive Aesthetics at a Kat Delac bingo and made my first appointment in December - I was excited to have my skin taken care of post chemo. Heather is amazing and is so kind and helpful! My face has felt so amazing. I made a follow up appointment and also purchased some of the products that they use for the facials. They have such a warm and friendly atmosphere. I’ve left both times feeling so relaxed and refreshed. I can’t recommend them enough, especially Heather!

I can't recommend Inclusive Aesthetics enough! The staff is super friendly, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. I appreciate that they take time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and review all my options in depth. I've never felt rushed or pressured. They've always been honest and realistic about the results I can expect. I've had several different types of procedures, from facials to microneedling - I've had nothing short of a great experience each time.

This place is absolutely fantastic. I had originally only scheduled for a laser hair removal consult with Shana and everything was well explained, and we ended up doing a first round of hair removal after talking over stuff and I was very pleasantly surprised about how mellow and quick it was. A little startling but immediately after the lasering is done my skin felt totally normal! 10/10 for this place, it’s such a comfortable place to go to!

Came to Inclusive to see what they could do about my chronic thin lips. After meeting with Adrienne she guided me, explained every step and made me feel right at home! I’m not very good with needles/ injections and she made me feel so comfortable— asking if I need fluids or an ice pack to help! And as for my lips… I haven’t been this happy with my face in a HOT minute! This process was such a fabulous one that also left me feeling like a better form of myself! Thank you to Adrienne and the staff at Inclusive for being so welcoming and taking care of me!

The staff at this clinic is truly exceptional—some of the friendliest people you could ever meet. They make routine skincare treatments feel fun and enjoyable. Every time I visit, it feels more like catching up with old friends than just a typical appointment. The level of customer service is beyond anything I could have expected, always going the extra mile to ensure a great experience. I’ve been coming here for months for facials, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. I’ve also undergone microneedling for hyperhidrosis, and after just one treatment, the results have been life-changing. I’m excited to complete the treatment and look forward to living sweat-free. This clinic has made such a positive impact on my quality of life. While I’d love to name the staff, honestly, they’re all so skilled, kind, and personable that I can’t pick just a few. Every visit has been relaxing, enjoyable, and effective. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking top-quality skincare, whether you’re part of the LGBT community or anyone in need of excellent skincare services. You won’t be disappointed!

I had a lash lift and tint, and a scalp massage with Heather. She was fantastic. I had never had the lashes done before and she was very careful to explain everything to me and keep me comfortable. The scalp massage was out of this world. We discussed my preferences for scents for oils and she explained everything she was going to do beforehand. It was such a nice treat for me to do something like this and it was wonderful to have someone so attentive. The place is so cute too - and everyone was so nice. Definitely going back!!!

I recently did a scalp facial with Heather and, let me tell you, it was amazing. I have struggled with flakes and dry scalp my entire life and after my session with Heather I was able to dry and style my hair with not one flake in sight, I could’ve cried tears of joy. The dry brush exfoliation part of the scalp facial was one of my favorites, you can really feel the product and skin build up being removed. Heather explained each step of the process and the benefits I should see from it as well. Additionally, she let me choose the scent of the essential oils that she added to the spray she used at the end of my treatment, really customizing the experience for me. I chose to leave the oil treatment on my scalp overnight, washing it out was a breeze, and my hair felt soft and looked so shiny afterwards. My scalp feels amazing, this is the first time in forever that my scalp hasn’t been itchy and dry! I will certainly be back again for this scalp facial and I can’t recommend Heather and the entire team at Inclusive Aesthetics enough!

I had my first experience at Inclusive Aesthetics the other day and it was lovely. The space is super cute, warm, and welcoming. All of the staff that I met were kind and professional. I had a facial with dermaplaning and my skin has felt incredible since. They offer so many services and products but nobody is pushy which I absolutely appreciate. I will definitely be a return client!

I'm so pleased with Inclusive Aesthetics. The owner Shena is so passionate and she's the reason why I finally decided to try laser epilation. I'm working with Mckalen who's great. She put me at ease since the first session, she took the time to explain the process and was very patient. Her presence in general is very calming. In only 2 sessions I've lost pretty much all the hair and those that come back I'd have to shave once. Everyone here is friendly and makes you feel welcome. They offer so many services besides epilation! If you are looking for anything aesthetic don't look any further, you've found the place!! The only thing I wish was better has nothing to do with Inclusive Aesthetics but it's parking. There is a small/medium parking lot to the side and back with pay parking. It's cheap but depends on the time of the day it can be full.

I’ve been struggling for awhile with unwanted hair growth but was nervous about laser hair removal. From start to finish Shana was comforting and informative every step of the way. I recently visited Inclusive Aesthetics for a waxing session and was super impressed! From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and welcomed. Shannon, the waxing specialist, was skilled, friendly, and professional. They took the time to explain the process and made sure l was comfortable. Shannon thoroughly reviewed aftercare as well and answered any questions I had. Waxing can be awkward as ever sometimes but Shannon made it a stress free experience. Inclusive Aesthetics literally lives up to its name and is the perfect combination of high quality services and an affirming and inclusive environment. They have an incredible list of services available - I went in for waxing and left thinking “what else can I schedule!?” lol. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in search of professional, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and overall fabulous spa, waxing, and beauty treatments. 🖤

Just recently got Botox done with Adrienne, she did an amazing consultation asking me what results I was looking for, then she mapped them out on my face for me to see and calculated total units. She also added her professional opinion and went over post care procedures. Very happy with my results and my experience will be back for touch ups.

Folks run, don’t walk to this business for all your skin and self care needs. I’m a nervous person at heart- and the staff here were in my corner from moment 1. Welcoming smiles, huge laughs, sampler products to test on my skin after an amazing consultation… I came back for a hydrofacial infusion. I seriously gained a few years of youth (and fell asleep Somewhere along with a facial message) Today, I woke up glowing. Thank you team!!!

I got a facial with Heather and it was a wonderful experience. I've never had a facial before and she was extremely kind and knowledgeable and talked me through every step and explained every process to me. I highly recommend Heather! My fiancé said when I got home I looked "blissed out." They're also super upfront with their pricing and don't try and push unnecessary procedures at all. Great experience, I will be going back again!

IA is such a welcoming, warm place! I was at my wits end with my skin after years of battling acne, redness, and uneven texture. Shana listened to every bad experience and concern I had previously with other places, and made me feel so valid and safe in her space. Everyone there is so sweet, and I always look forward to my appointments! Currently I am working through Laser Genesis sessions, and Shana explains the process the whole way through to make sure I'm comfortable. I can't recommend IA enough, even if it's for a feel-good treatment every now and then!

After trying a few places like this in the area, I can confidently say my search is over. Not only is it the cutest place in town, but everyone in the building is so nice, knowledgeable and welcoming. Cara, who does injections, is amazing! Having injections done by her is always as painless as possible & she makes sure you have a little fun while you're there as well! Would recommend this place to anyone looking :)

I had the best time at Inclusive Aesthetics — from the moment I walked in the door the staff was friendly, kind, and so willing to help with everything. The decor was also so fun and cute, you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in the door (and even outside, it really is a bright spot on the street). I went in for a facial, and my skin has never looked better, even 2 weeks after my session. The estheticians really cater to your needs and adjust around what works for you — I had my session with Shana, and she was fabulous. I truly was impressed by my experience. They offer a wide range of services also, so I’m excited to try out more things/see what else they have to offer. Will be returning soon!

They listen and curate your experience just for you! Cara is kind and careful. I always feel safe and she has a magic system that keeps me together during the process. I’ve never had a better experience at a med spa. Before getting laser hair removal at Inclusive with Shana, it literally did not work and I was beginning to think it was all a scam. After 7 sessions, it is almost completely gone and now I only need touch ups here and there. Also, I have never had lip filler before, but Cara gave me the most natural looking but full lips. I finally love my lips and side profile now. Thank you guys for being so amazing! They’re really doing a great thing here.

Professional staff and services in a really cozy and welcoming environment. I went in for a facial and it was incredibly relaxing and my skin felt and looked so healthy afterwards. They use and sell high quality skincare products, but they didn’t pressure me to buy and gave me very polite advice for how I could improve my skincare. The lights and music and decorations create such a cozy vibe and I will be going back as soon as possible.

The Inclusive Aesthetics team is stellar! I started seeing Shana to get help with breakouts on my back and I've already seen a big difference in my skin health. So far I've had two back treatments, which I highly recommend if you have stubborn acne in that area. Shana also recommended a daily regimen for me to help keep the area clean, balanced and moisturized. The services work, the environment is lovely and relaxing, and the team is wonderful! Highly recommend.

What a wonderful place! I’ve been frequenting inclusive for a monthly facial since August. Boy am I glad I have been going to see Shana at Inclusive Aesthetics. Facials were always something I wanted to do but never took the time to have the experience. I wear a lot of makeup for work which over time has done damage and leaves my face very dry. Thanks to Inclusive Aesthetics, my skin is now very hydrated & clean. They helped me gain the confidence I needed to live life without wearing makeup. Shana is really the best & her team is spectacular!! I look forward to my next visit.
