I have followed Kim for over 30 years. I really don't trust anyone else to cut or style my hair. She listens to what I want and asks the right question to make sure we are on the same page. Kim has become like family to me and also my family. She is an extraordinary person.

Kim Does my Hair. I love to walk in and say do your thing on my short hair and she knows exactly what color and what style looks good on me. I moved away for about 6 years and came back to Kim and so grateful to get an appointment with her to let her work her magic on my hair. Thanks Kim for my cut and color I LOVE IT.💕💕

If I was able to give 0 stars, I would. Sabrina was unapologetically unprofessional. My daughters appointment was at 11a. We arrived 10:45a, she wasn't there. No big deal we were there early. I then receive a message 7 minutes til 11a, not apologizing but simply stating hey I'm at Starbucks, the line is long I will be there in a few. When she finally arrived at 11:15a, my daughter and I went inside. She asked how I was doing, I told her I was disappointed in the fact that our appointment was supposed to be at 11 but she was at Starbucks. That was very unprofessional. "She stated what would you like me to do?" A simple apology for not being considerate of our time would have sufficed. She stated she will not be attacked for something she wanted. I never once raised my voice but I did ask for an apology. She then told my daughter she couldn't do her hair which was fine because at that point we were going to leave. We will not spend our money with someone who is inconsiderate of our time and lacks respect.

Kim is great. I ilove how she makes sure my and my sons hair is what we want i have never had an issue with her being unprofessional i have been coming ro her for 10+years . She is great on all types of hair

Kim is the best. I have been going to her for about 30 years now. She is the only person I would trust with my hair. Even when I lived out of state I would schedule my appointments for times when I knew I would be back in the area. Now I live 90 minutes away and I will still make the trip to see her. My husband had even started going to her. She will not let you have a bad style.

The experience was top notch. Josh is truly a meticulous professional. My appointment was at noon. I was in the leaned back in the chair getting my hair washed on time. He took his time to make sure my lines were straight and clean. His prices are very reasonable. Actually for the services he offers his prices are a steal. I will definitely be returning and recommending him.
