Visited about a month ago, and for the most part I was very happy with my experience. Every single employee I met was very kind. I had a massage for the first time with Melissa and it was excellent. I would highly recommend her, I was a bit nervous at first, but she was very respectful. I will definitely be back for another massage in the future! I also had Lumecca IPL with Naomi, who was very helpful and sweet. My main concern was blue veins on my face, Naomi informed me that the Lumecca is more for red or brown veins/spots and might not work on my blue veins. I really appreciated her honesty about it, and she said it would help a lot with my rosacea even with just one session, so I ended up going with an entire face treatment instead of just the smaller area I'd originally intended. I will say that the treatment was not very painful for me, so that was a plus. Unfortunately it just didn't really do anything I had hoped at all, which was super disappointing. The only difference for me was that it did get rid of 2 moles on my face, but it did not remove the moles that bothered me the most. There was also no difference in veins, but I knew that was possible so it's fine. But the main disappointment is that it didn't really help with my rosacea, which was the main reason I went with the entire face. So I can't say I would recommend the Lumecca IPL, as it didn't really do much for me. For a $175 treatment I expected more. But overall I would recommend Indiglo. The staff are all very nice and professional, and made me feel welcome.

Melissa is amazing. It was my first massage and let me tell you I will be coming back. What a relaxing day. It's very clean everyone is very nice. I would absolutely recommend especially Melissa.

I was given a gift card for Christmas and I scheduled the pamper package with Melissa today for 2 hours and it was the most amazing experience from start to finish! Melissa is amazing at what she does and she created calm and peace for me during my experience, she checked in with me off and on to make sure I was comfortable and just overall took amazing care of me! As someone who makes a living taking care of others, it felt so amazing to just be the one taken care of today. I cannot thank you enough Melissa for the services and I will definitely be back. The ladies who greeted me at the desk when I came in were friendly and warm, the whole experience was just absolutely amazing and relaxing!

Highly unprofessional. I live in Charlotte NC and purchased $300 in gift cards for my mother for her birthday. The website clearly shows $15 extra in gift cards for every $100 spent up to $60 extra. My mother went in for her consult today and asked about the extra $45. She was informed they no longer have that promo. I then received a call from Shelly who I assume is the receptionist, explaining the same in a voice mail. I called back - having to leave them a message - stating that I have a screenshot that shows the promotion. Shelly called me back and said the fine print states gift cards expire 2023 so the cards they would give would already be expired and invalid. I responded “So what you are saying is that you acknowledge you have false advertising on your website but will not do the right thing and honor your error?” She repeated they would not give those additional gift cards “ok?”. My response was that this was terrible customer service and borderline unethical for a business to do to which Shelly responded “ok bye” and HUNG up the phone. Classless. Unethical. Poor business. I have half a mind to call Amex and file a dispute for the charge. The business should get hit for this. After all, that’s what Amex platinum is for: 5* customer service that protects the consumer from fraudulent business practices.

I had my first visit at Indiglo Med Spa for a facial and enzyme treatment and was extremely happy with the facility and more importantly the service that I received. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated and will absolutely be going back for more treatments with Melissa.

Melissa is a wonderful massage therapist! She listened to the spots I told her were holding tension and paid extra attention to those areas. Their facility is very nice, the whole experience was wonderful.

I’ve been seeing Naomi for laser hair removal for almost two years and it has changed my life. No more ingrowns or feeling self concious in a bikini. Not only are the results incredible but she is so kind and personable and doesn’t make you feel awkward when you’re getting treatment. I highly recommend Naomi.

The massage with Melissa was amazing! It didn’t feel rushed, it was calming and well done. The rooms were nice and clean. I also appreciated the option for a pillow for my chest because I’m nursing, I’ve never had that option anywhere else. So accommodating. Thank you!
