The worst hairdresser in the world!!!!! I never recommend it. They kept me waiting even though I had an appointment and they were not helpful. I was late for my other appointments because of them. Customer service is terrible, they never cared even though I said I was in a hurry. They were going to do a simple blow dry, I left without the process being done.

My second time there and I have felt AMAZING when I leave! Thanks to Lauren!!! She does Gods work with her hands. I had a hair emergency if you can believe it and she resuscitated my hair in what seemed like a moments time. Can’t wait for my next hair cut. If I could give 11 stars I would! I felt like a million bucks!

I’ve been coming to Madelynn for over a year now and it’s been the best decision to come to Indigo Child!!! I swear I can’t go anywhere else now. She is the best hairstylist I’ve ever been too and the most genuine person ever, I love her so much!!! Couldn’t recommend this place enough

Amazing service. Athena specifically was amazing. I came in with orange hair from a messed up bleaching session. She was able to get me leaving a nice toned blonde and my hair felt healthier after I left. I highly recommend booking with her.

I LOVE indigo child! Such an upscale experience with the best customer service. The environment is so fun and comfortable. I love my girl Madelynn she is the BEST & always make me feel like a million bucks. I drive over an hour each way and worth every minute!

I go to Hannah at Indigo Child and love her/how she does my hair. My hair is quite thick so it is a lot to handle and Hannah always does great at making my hair healthier and look beautiful! I love this salon and would highly recommend it to anyone

I had my initial appointment with Athena today and I am blown away by how nicely I was treated at the salon. Athena took the time to listen to my concerns and recommend solutions to address my hair issues (and also did a fantastic job with my hair). The salon staff was very attentive, and I loved the complimentary mimosa. Definitely one of the nicest salons in Dallas!

I have been to Indigo Child several times over the past year and have LOVED my experience each time. EMMA is the absolute best!!! She has had me leaving the salon LOVING my hair every single time. She talks me through exactly what shes planning to do and makes sure she knows exactly what I want for my hair. Emma has recommended some products that have changed my hair for the better. Indigo Child is hands down the best hair salon in Dallas! The stylists are incredibly talented, attentive, and always make sure I leave feeling fabulous. Brittany Thomas (@beautybybrittanyt) always kills it. I leave with my hair looking exactly like the inspo pics or better. She really takes the time to ask and get familiar with what I am wanting, and then executes to perfection. Also, that scalp massage… AMAZING. And Indigo Child is such a vibe, the salon has a spa like feel to it and is so inclusive. If you’re looking for a good salon with a great hair dresser, ask for Brittany at Indigo.

Brittany is the best!! I had moved to Dallas from out of town and I was struggling to find someone to do my very blond hair and do it very well on top of that.. then I found my girl. She is professional, kind and amazing at her craft. If you have just moved to Dallas and you need someone great then look no further but I call first dibs!!

I went to indigo child a couple months ago looking to get my hair colored.I booked a consultation, and the first thing you notice about the place is the overall aesthetic and the positive energy. Athena did an amazing job on making my vision come to life. I left the salon feeling unstoppable. Bren is hands down the best stylist I have ever had. She’s humble, kind, and caring when it comes to your hair needs. Even if you don’t know exactly what you want or how you feel about your hair, she will make sure to accommodate you the best way she can. She will give you tips on how to take care of your hair and advise you on certain hair products to ensure healthy hair. I always get my hair done by Emily and she gets it PERFECT every time. My hair is super long and super thick and I get blonde—so her job isn’t easy!! It always comes out the perfect color, perfect tone, and stays so healthy. I don’t even really ask for anything, she just knows what to do and I trust her!! She takes time to educate me on products and technique and she’s just so much fun to chat with in the chair. If you’re in DFW, ESPECIALLY if you’re doing blonde, you need to ask for Emily at Indigo Chid!!

I am new to Dallas, Abrey cut my hair and was super responsive and accommodating with scheduling. She really listened to my needs and I’m planning on going back to get my hair custom colored with her. It’s also hard to find people who specialize in brunettes!

I could not enjoy a salon experience more!! The care and comfort provided to customers is above and beyond!!! It starts with having a drink of your choice ready for you and changing into a gown and ends with you walking out looking like you are a new person. I have been going to Maddie for three years and it’s so much fun to have made such a talented friend!!!!! She makes me feel so comfortable and listens to my requests and talks me back from a ledge when I say I want bangs (she knows I’d be sick of them in 2 seconds). I came to her after a year of not getting my hair done because of a chemical cut done at another salon and she talked me through the process, making me feel so safe when I first came to her. We have now found the PERFECT color for me and she slays it every time!!!!! There are so many other talented stylists, some catering to specific needs/clients such as coloring or extensions. I love that they constantly have training/education and are up on their techniques. I always feel like I’m getting the best care for my hair!!!! I cannot recommend this salon enough and Maddie!!!!!

I love this place!! I first booked an appointment with Indigo on a whim to fix a blonde coloring I had gotten done at a different salon, and they recommended me to their stylist Madelynn. After my first appointment with her, I immediately told my mom to go book her appointment with Madelynn because it was the best color I had ever had done. I’ve been going to her for over a year now and love my hair even more every time!! I never leave her chair feeling any less than perfect! Everyone in the salon is so sweet, and it is always just the best experience. Such a fun, clean, and relaxing environment. I recommend this salon to everyone that asks me!!

I want to RAVE about this awesome salon and awesome stylist Madelynn McAllister, the moment I walked in the salon they were right there to assist me offering me something to drink. I was sat in Madelynn"s station and felt right at home. She did an amazing job on my hair, I had over 4 inches cut and had my gray blended and glossed, she did a blow out and I am obsessed. I went for my cut By Bren ! And then for my hair colored by Bren - in love with both - she definitely makes sure she is also Satisfied by her work on her clients - she made sure me and her were on the same page about my hair color during the whole process details in all - she is also the sweetest and makes you feel comfortable to have a conversation with her while I was there - I plan on coming back very soon for my winter hair 👀🤍 - also Indigo Child is one of the first hair salons I been too where everyone is nice and makes you feel welcoming that is just a bonus 🤍

I’ve gone twice now to Athena who totally healed my damaged hair! In an effort to tweak my color it had been severely damaged. My stylist is Bren! She’s absolutely amazing!! I’ve gotten a soft shag cut only once before and I thought they didn't flatter me, but Bren cut my hair in a way that is sooooo flattering to my face. I really love the way she cut it. It’s growing out so well too. Probably my favorite hair cut I’ve gotten ever!! She’s the sweetest and makes you feel so comfortable! OMG!! Where do I even begin!? The most cutest, sweetest, stylish, down to earth salon I have ever seen/been too in Dallas itself (and I have lived in Dallas my whole life!). So many amazing stylists as well as receptionists who care about your well being. They don’t treat you just as a a client but rather as a friend that you’ve known for so long. I get my hair done by Bren McKay! She is absolutely the most sweetest, loving, caring, down to earth human being that I have ever encountered in life!! She treats you with such grace and sweetness that you have to come back!! She does my haircuts and hair coloring! I have included pictures of my journey with my hair! I have her to thank because my hair is so healthy and all round beautiful! I don’t trust any other salon or anyone else to do my hair other than her and the other stylists! Trying to find a salon, let alone another stylist, after moving to an entirely new state is a battle in itself. I luckily found Indigo through my own research and stumbled on Madee’s IG page and fell in love with her work and style! I have now been coming to Indigo for over a year now, loyal to my girl, and cannot find the words to express how amazing this salon is and how talented all of the girls are! They are always so warm and welcoming and never fail to make my experience feel like luxury. Madee has made all of my hair dreams come true without compromising the health of my hair. She truly embodies professionalism and always amazes me with her outstanding services. If you’re looking for a new salon or stylist I cannot recommend this place enough!

What can I say? I moved to Dallas two years ago and had avoided going to a salon this entire time. After doing my research, reading reviews, and thoroughly checking their website and Instagram, I decided to give them a chance, and wow… From the moment you arrive, the service and facilities are top! The stylist, Athena Marie, was incredibly attentive. She explained everything in detail and understood me even with my limited ability to explain what I wanted (since English is not my first language). She made me feel confident throughout the entire process and explained every step. The result was better than I expected, and I am extremely grateful to her. I can definitely say I have found a new stylist I can trust with something as important as my hair. Highly recommended!
