Ethan is so incredibly talented at this craft! I cannot thank him enough for helping me work out stress from my neck, shoulders and back. He applies amazing, firm pressure and is very conscious of guests comfort. He will see me again next month.

MJ was terrific! Communication was easy, & she was very considerate of my limitations and responsive to requests. This was my first experience with Indigo due to winning a gift certificate at a benefit. Was impressed with their large, immaculate facility, their professionalism & friendliness. I live pretty far away, but was definitely worth the trip. I'll def book again on the several occasions each year that I'm in the area. May I suggest you treat yourself to one of their great massages for the holidays!

I’ve been to so many massage places from all different price points, and this place has been my favorite so far and I think I finally found the place that I’m sticking to. The waiting area is quiet and serene. Jennifer Lange was wonderful and she listened to my concerns carefully. She had an aura of calm. Nothing felt rushed, and she even added extra time on the appointment (whereas other places subtract the time spent undressing etc).

Clicked BOOK A MASSAGE on the website and it confirmed the booking. Got here and they said "you're not on the schedule, we did it wrong. That was for additional services, it just did not tell you that. We have no availability now". Awful user interface & experience. They offered to book something for when I'm no longer in town which is not possible. :(

Indigo used to be my go-to place for massages. After a bad experience in April it took over a week for a manager to call me back. I was offered a comped massage with add on and rescheduled. At my next appointment, I was told the therapist couldn't do my add on. I booked again with another therapist that Indigo said could do my add on. The day before my massage I got a call saying actually no, that therapist can't do it. It's so frustrating to be given the run around when I used to love this place and recommended it highly to people. I loved their healthcare worker discount and was going to get a membership before all this. Three stars because the majority of therapists here do great work, but communication is lacking.

I’ve been getting 60 minute massages regularly at Indigo since 2017 after my neurologist recommended neck, shoulder and upper back massages door cervical dystonia. The massages have provided a significant amount of relief, and Mandy Puett has been amazing. Thank you!
