I was pleased with Alice’s knowledge in hair color. I’m going from brunette to platinum blonde, will have to go back another time to get color I am trying to achieve. What I wasn’t impressed with was I was talked into a botanical extra service for 25.00, was supposed to feel buttery smooth, which it did not. She applied it with my toner, as I believe she was pressed for time as she had a client coming in 15 minutes. The treatment was left on my hair for maybe 2 minutes but when she talked me into it, was supposed to be ten minutes. I’d give a 5 star but wasn’t pleased with added service.

Excellent salon - scheduling and communication is easy online and by phone. They text appointment reminders as well. Alice does my hair highlights and trim. She is does a phenomenal job and I always enjoy talking with her during our appointments. I highly recommend her!

I had a great experience on Wednesday with Alice. I hadn’t gotten a haircut in over a year, as I’d put it off since moving to the area in 2023. I’d been seeing my previous stylist for over a decade since I was a teen, but it was time I stopped putting it off find one for me in my new home in the Midwest. Alice gave me an awesome layered cut and bang that has allowed my soft natural waves to come alive for the first time in months. I wanted to wait a few days before posting my review to be sure I was truly happy with the cut and I definitely am. I’ve scheduled my return for a trim in the summer, and can’t wait to come back. I am glad I decided to book here. Would definitely recommend giving this salon a try if you’re looking for a new spot to get your mane taken care of. The ambiance of the salon is very pleasant and relaxed, and this might be niche— but I appreciate that the lighting in the space is warm and soft, rather than stark and harsh and overly bright from cold lighting which I’ve found is common in beauty spaces. Thank you as well for having evening hours and weekend hours, this makes such a difference to all my fellow 9-5ers!

Alice was amazing!! She paid attention to my requests and did a fantastic job. I love my hair and I’m grateful for her expertise!

Although my stylist Sharon sounded very knowledgeable, the service fell flat from beginning to end. Was booked for a haircut and partial highlight. Was given a full highlight without being told of price increase etc. Took 3.5 hours to lighten already light curly hair and a cut that doesn't look good. The washing was super rough, lots of water in my ears. The stylist diffused my curls for all of 5 minutes because she had another client waiting. I left with half wet half crunchy hair and wasn't able to see the final result which ended up being not light enough and no layers for my curly hair which looks ridiculous. Final bill... $320. Tried to get a partial refund and was not successful as well as my concerns were not validated. Was told I could come in and have them fix it but I do not want to step back into that salon. I do not recommend going to this salon if you can help it.

Although the girl doing my manicure was really nice, the quality of product and application wasn't there. My gel manicure was bubbled and was chipping within 2 days.

I didn’t do anything with my hair for years, so I was hesitant what salon to visit in the Green Bay Area. I finally took the plunge and donated 16 inches back in 2021 and have had Taylor cut my hair ever since. I recently have had the pleasure of also meeting Sharon and have been happy with my cut every time! I am so glad I found Indira Aveda Salon!
