I would give zero if I could. I had an appointment booked and confirmed and the salon was closed at the time of the appointment. I am not speaking about an appointment at 8 am, they were closed at 10.30 am!

Best blow out I’ve ever had and I’m not just saying that. Daniela was amazing!!! I’m very tender headed and usually come the outcome, but hate the experience of going to a salon. She was so gentle and I truly almost fell asleep when she was washing my hair. Also was very gentle drying my hair. Not like some salons where you get whip lash from the yanking with the round brush. She and the guy there (who I believe is the owner) were sooo sweet from start to finish. I travel to NY every couple weeks for work and I will definitely be back!!! Thank you so much!

Honestly, I felt right at home. From the greeting to the details like having your name at the table where you'll be seated for the procedure, everyone who attended to me was amazing. I was so happy with my hair color and I would recommend them a thousand times.

My experience was awesome. Ricardo met all my needs and kindly understood how how want my hair. He used not only the best products on my hair but also new technologies available on the hair industry. I highly recommend this place for hair services.

My girlfriend had to be treated for chemical burns after visiting this salon!! The owner of the salon did her hair and they clearly messed up with their chemicals and burned her whole scalp. There were red/brown scabs all over her head and her scalp was peeling for days! She was in so much pain and could barely sleep because the pillow would irritate her scalp. The salon is unprofessional and DANGEROUS. The owner was super rude and turned on a dime. First he said he didn’t know what the scabs were and told her she needed to take an ambulance and go to the hospital. Then he said that it was normal and happens to him all the time. What?? He even threatened us by saying he was going to get his lawyer to review all of this. They also don’t even have hot water. It ran out halfway through her service so they had to wash her hair with freezing cold water! You should never ever go here! Save your money and go to a place where they treat customers with kindness and respect.

Oh ya the hairstylist Cynara was super great we naturally just talked the entire time and comminicated well throughout. Unfortunately she is only here for summers but next summer I will be back :)

Ricky is an expert colorist and best in class stylist! He was so thoughtful about my hair, so knowledgeable, and truly meticulous about the color. It was UNREAL!! He cares a great deal, and it shows!! Cannot recommend enough!!

The salon staff and service is great and friendly but I don't think they are great with curly hair. I got a cut from here last week, and despite giving guidance to the stylist, it was not evenly cut. They were nice enough to give me another free appointment to fix it, but even after that I am not happy with the way it's been done. However I don't want to experiment with it further so I'm going to let it grow out. Great service but I would try another salon the next time that's better trained with handing curly hair.

Amazing haircut and hair massage. The whole staff is friendly and make sure they take care of you by providing coffee, cookies and water. I’ll be back for a blow dry just to get a scalp massage again which felt amazing!

Hands down one of the best salon experiences I’ve ever had! Not only do they take their time with the process, they also add very personal touches. I won’t say what they are and ruin the surprise but it was very nice. If you’re ever looking for a new salon, I highly recommend this one!

I was visiting NYC and booked an appointment for a haircut because the place was recommended to me. It’s clear the business has it’s cancellation policy. However, it is unfortunate that for special circumstances such as getting sick (something you can’t control), they don’t even consider that. I called and explained my situation. The lady at the reception said she would call back and let me know if they were going to charge me or not based on her discussion with the owner. I was never called back and I was simply charged half of the service. They didn’t even have the decency of calling me back. Horrible experience for a first time client. Definitely not recommending this place.

They are so welcoming and kind! There was water and a ferrero rocher waiting for me when I arrived! Tatyana is absolutely wonderful and kind! I couldn’t have asked for a better haircut! She made sure everything was perfect and she listened to exactly what I wanted!! She made it perfect!

This is the second time I’ve had my haircut by Vinicius and the experience both times has been wonderful and relaxing. The service with wash, head massage, and aromatherapy to begin is something I’ve never experienced before at a salon and it makes me feel so relaxed to before the haircut. Vinicius is fun to be with as he cuts my hair. He’s easy to talk to and I laughed a lot. Go experience Vinicius he will make you look and feel beautiful :) @vinny_hair_nyc

WOW. Seriously impressed with Vinicius' work! His expertly mixed color came out incredible, not only complimenting my skin tone but my eye color as well. The cut and blow out? Perfection. The experience was exactly what I wanted and then some. Thank you to the super friendly, accommodating and attentive staff. Highly recommend.
