Literally the only place I trust to do my hair! I have thick curly natural hair and Ines gets me right every single time. Same day appointments, she is genuinely so amazing and sweet. Very affordable pricing for amazing results. I went somewhere else one time for my silk press and spent twice as much just to wash my hair out in a week. If it’s not Ines I don’t want it- period.

I moved to Raleigh after the pandemic and I was struggling to find a salon to handle my hair. I went to 1 salon that I was not happy with and searched on and found Ines after 2 years of looking. She took her time, she was kind and patient especially because I had just had a baby and didn’t do my hair for months. Now- I won’t even touch my hair because I trust her hands. She’s down a great job at maintaining my waist length. I will never go anywhere else!

Blowouts are not something that I do on the regular because my natural hair is beautiful✨️ but sometimes ur girl feels a need to straighten these coils. My first visit to Ines many years ago was an absolutely amazing experience, and I left feeling wonderful about that hair experience. However, I returned to her salon for the second time a few weeks ago and was grossed out by the lack of care, especially in the tools that she used in my hair that was burned down and covered in other people's hair. What does it take to clean after each client? Really?! She raved about a dominican conditioner that she used in my hair, and when I asked her what was in it, she informed me that some dominican shops not hers put chemicals in their products 😑. Thank you, that is why I'm asking you the question. Although she never answered, weeks later, my hair isn't giving the chemical vibe. When I asked her to wrap my hair, her English became not so good. While she did cut my ends and the hair was cute that day, I don't think it was worth $75. Plus, because she doesn't accept card payments, I had to cashapp her, which I had not planned to do. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

I went to Ines for the first time on a Saturday she did my blow out very good and trimmed my edges. Great experience loved the music! I will definitely Be going back to her. Thanks Ines!!😘

She did extensions in my hair for 260$ and took me to buy the actual extensions which cost another 160$ and she was supposed to dye the hair to match but instead she rubber banded the hair and dyed over top of it, and two days later it's started to come out and hurt like hell, and when i asked for a refund she left, and hasnt answered my messages since.

I am relatively new to Raleigh from up north and had been desperately trying to find a hair salon that knew how to style my hair. I found Ines here on Google and the reviews looked great and having visited her - are spot on. She’s an amazing hair stylist, her hands are blessed! I had really tangled, matted hair and not only was she able to detangle them, she did it with grace. She didn’t complain or make me feel bad. She went right to work and was very thorough. I kept apologizing for the condition my hair was in and she kept telling me “it’s okay, it’s okay”. I really appreciated that. She made me feel like I was a regular at her salon. In the end she had my hair bone straight. It lasted over a month without frizzing up (in this NC humidity/heat)! I will never go to another salon as long as she’s open!

Ines did a great job on my hair. My hair needed to be detangled really bad. She did a deep conditioning and blow out. I was in and out in 45 mints with bone straight hair. My appt started exactly at the planned time! As for the salon itself don’t plan on this being exactly a relaxing spa like experience in any kind of way. The salon has the potential. A deep cleaning would do it some good.

Nice place. The TV feature is great. Awesome wash and trim. My daughter was very satisfied with her styling. I believe we will comeback. Go check her out.

Went there at 9:30 am on a Thursday, sign on the door said Open, and I could see someone inside through the curtain, but the door was locked. Called the number listed on the door and their website and someone said I had the wrong number. Called the second number on the door and it was disconnected. ???

People say Dominicans can do our hair because it’s somewhat similar but that is not true for this place. They don’t know how to do black hair(i have 4b/c hair). I went for a trim and it was so UNEVEN. She literally burned my hair. It was so smoky in the place. My curls are ruined. I absolutely regret going there. I don’t review places but this place needed a review. Go at your own risk. My years of progress after my big chop is ruined. I am so angry.
