Bummed to leave this review since my social experience itself was great with Taylor, but the end hair result is not what I was hoping for. The curly cut was OK, the color is my main issue...I had to come in for face framing blond hair and we ended up having to schedule a followup(free of charge) since we didn't get the shade of blonde I was going for the first appointment. My hair is a naturally very dark brown so I could see why it mightve been difficult achieve in one session. After the follow up I was left with blond pieces that are a different color that the rest of the hair...it wasn't apparent after the quick blow dry in the salon but now 2 weeks later there's brassy colored patches & roots. The rest are ashy blond face framing pieces(which was the color i had asked for). My bleached hair is also feeling kinda fried😔 After spending 2 sessions here...sadly I have found I will not be a returning client.

Justin is truly an artist. He understands the way hair moves and grows, how color reflects and fades. He has turned me sulky teenager into a smiling, beaming, confident human. He works miracles.

Justin is an absolute God-send for curly girls! He's truly an artist and takes his time to understand what you want and more than delivers. I've sent multiple girlfriends to him who all love their results as well. Cutting curls is a unique process, so I wouldn't leave it to just anyone. I trust him and love my look every time I leave!

Had to share my review as I left Portland and realized how lucky I was to go to Infinite - I had my curly hair cut from Taylor and she literally changed my hair for the better. The cut was great but she really went through how I should style my hair (which has been so hard as someone with thin curly hair). No one has ever been able to take care of my hair the way Taylor did and my hair has flourished since. Best curly hair salon experience ever!!

I have been seeing Jessica for a couple of years. Let me be the first to tell you, these past couple of years are the best my hair has ever looked! As a curly girl, you don't want your best hair days to only be when you leave the salon. Jessica takes the time and attention to help perfect your curls outside of the salon. She guides you through the washing process, how to apply which product and when and it what order when using multiple products. Yet she is so realistic and understanding of the busy lifestyles we all live. It is always a lovely and enjoyable experience with Jessica always perfecting the cut and color EVERY time while relaxing in comfy chairs, huge windows that fill the room with nature light, plants, and a complimentary bevy of your choice. I highly recommend Jessica and her team. I have recommended Infinite Salon to multiple people in my life and they are always so happy with the outcome! A bestie of mine sees Taylor and is obsessed with her hair every time!

Best salon in PDX area. Jessica is an expert in curly cuts, but she's also amazing at straight hair. I've been going to her for years now and recently asked for something different -- I didn't really know what I wanted. But Jessica knew what I wanted. I LOVE this new cut. Best hairdresser around!

If you have curls, this is the place. I see Jessica, who is amazing, but I have been here enough that I can wholeheartedly recommend her partner, Nate, as well. My only wish: that I'd had them when I was the awkward kid who had no idea how to manage her hair.

Jessica gave me a 5-star experience! As a new client, I am always a little nervous going to someone new, especially since my curly mane can be a bit challenging. However, Jessica put me at ease, listened carefully, didn't rush and explained and educated as she went along. She was laid back, attentive, genuine and easy to talk to and I really loved my cut! I already booked my next appointment :)

Jessica is AMAZING! Coming from Florida and needing to find a curly hair specialist was imperative. After working with Jessica the transformation on my hair is incredible! My curly hair has NEVER looked better!!!! 😍 I never thought my hair would do the curly hair method and behold here I am. Side note I also love the products that salon carries 😉

Jessica is a Curl QUEEN that I am so blessed & grateful to have found! I have continued to travel over an hour for her services, because they are beyond worth it! She has helped get my curls to a healthier point in their journey & it's made all the difference. Along with continually crushing my color & giving the best cuts to compliment my curls & face shape. I had the best time at infinite salon! This was my very first curly cut and I learned so much. Jessica makes the process so fun and easy and she has so much knowledge. I really loved that the process was really customized for me and my hair type. I will totally be back time and time again as my hair gets healthier and healthier 🎉 :)

Taylor did amazing!! Never have I been confident in a short hairstyle till visiting Infinite Salon. My appointment was in the beginning of my busy summer. I’ve intended to write a review ever since, but here we are, and my curls are still loving the cut at shoulder length! Couldn’t recommend this place and Taylor’s wonderful work and expertise enough. :)

Got an AMAZING curly cut here! Jessica walked me through how to clean, condition, and style my hair, and it looks and feels amazing. Highly recommend for all your hair needs. In addition, we were masked the whole time, with screening measures in place, and as much care given as possible to safety in these times. Update 6/23/22 Still the best salon for your curly cuts!

I got an E-mail after my consultation, scheduling both my haircut and color appointments to tell me that, "My hair goals for myself do not align with their hair goals for me." They did offer me a referral outside of their salon, but I'm left feeling confused and a bit hurt. I will not recommend them at this point since as a potential customer my desire would have been to receive a telephone call to discuss what the issue(s) were to see if we could come to a mutual agreement on hair cut, color, and maintenance goals. This is now the third person I've spoken to in an attempt to find a new hairstylist and colorist since mine moved away. I hope the referral matches.

I have never had a curly haircut and I also do not trust people with my hair- it also takes a lot to impress or aww me. I cannot recommend or rave about this place enough! I got my services done by Nate and not only was he the nicest and most welcoming human, he also was incredibly helpful, informational, accommodating and so easy/natural to work with. He listened to me, did exactly what I wanted with a mixture of what he thought was best based on my hair type, and asked all the best questions. I am so happy with my hair and my curls look amazing!! I could go on and on, but I highly recommend this place and specifically Nate! Thank you again so much for showing me how to love my hair!

I love Jessica and Taylor! The salon as a whole are top notch. Jessica is super knowledgeable and up to date on products and styling. Even better is how she works so well with curly hair. Can't say enough good things about Infinite. So happy to have found them when I relocated here to Portland. Highly recommend them.

I just had my first Rezo Cut with Jessica. She did an amazing job of cutting my hair to make my curls pop…best haircut ever! She gave me a lesson on how to wash and style my particular hair type, wavy-curly. Jessica is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. It was a wonderful experience!

If you have struggled with your curls, look no further. At 41 years old, I didn't know how to care for my hair and never had a decent hair cut. I now divide my life into two eras. Before Jessica and after Jessica. She will make you love your curls and never look back to the days of flat irons and frizz.

My hair turned out crispy and hard I asked for not to short came out super short...so do not recommend.looked better coming in than out.
