I have been coming to Infiniti for six years and always enjoy the atmosphere … and I leave uplifted and happy with my hair! I always get a haircut and highlighting and the results are excellent. Sherry does my hair and always listens to my new ideas. She is very professional and I never leave discouraged with weird stuff happening to my hair, LOL.

I've been here a few times with the Groupon offered for highlights/cut. Everytime I go, they find a reason to charge me for something else and I end up paying for services I wasn't aware of. It was easy to turn the other check because I liked the end result but Saturday was by far the worst hair experience I've ever had. I went in for a wash and style. The stylist that worked on me started the session by complaining about another client and their lack of knowledge on what they wanted. It was inappropriate and made me uncomfortable. That's the kind of conversation you have behind the scenes or after work at home, not with your next client. She started over 5 times because she was not confident in delivering what I asked for. She tried to pivot and change plans 3 times during the session. I left feeling like a toddler and my hair falling apart before I reached the door. I took it all down and ran my fingers through it to undo what was done as soon as I got to my car. I will not recommend to this place to anyone! Please don't waste your time or money.

Went here with a groupon to try it out for my Birthday! Tess did an absolutely Amazing 👏 job on my hair. I'm always a little nervous because I have very curly hair so finding someone who can cut curly hair right can be challenging. I left the style up to Tess and I couldn't have asked for anything better it is super cute! Love it! Tess was so pleasant and friendly to talk to! 10 out of 10 recommend! Will definitely go back again! Thank you!

I wish we'd had a better experience and hate to leave a negative review. We will never go back to this salon. Our daughter got what was supposed to be partial highlights and a haircut and it was completely botched. Even the haircut was 2 inches shorter on one side. Her highlights were horrendous and turned copper with other areas being platinum and having no toner at all. She was halfway blow dried and in tears by the time everything was done. She had virgin hair so previous coloring was not a factor. The stylist was super sweet throughout her appointment and everything seemed great up until the end. They did offer to fix it at a later time but we opted to spend the extra money and take her to a different salon to have it fixed by a more experienced stylist who we knew would do it right. I was also told that our daughter wouldn't have been scheduled if they'd known how much hair she had. You didn't discuss her hair type or length at all on the phone and you saw her walk through the door, you easily could have been transparent and turned her away before ruining her hair and her 15th birthday. Lesson learned.

This Salon has been around for a long time. They have wonderful people working there who are very knowledgeable in their craft. Infinity Salon has many services for hair styling, Nails and Makeup. I highly recommend this Salon!

Took my stepdaughter here for a haircut and style with Michelle. The place was cozy, clean and professional. Michelle was great! Welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job on my stepdaughter's hair. She loves it! Thank you for the wonderful service :)

Rob is amazing! He is highly skilled, talented, and listens well to what you are asking for. He’s kind and personable, and genuinely cares that you are happy with your results. I received partial highlights and a cut and I love how it turned out.

Robert is a fantastic hair dresser from color to cut and styling. He listened to what I wanted to get from my new hairstyle and gave me everything I asked for and more! I will be returning to see him. Highly recommend!!

Rob is absolutely amazing. I will be back.. Best hair dresser hands down. I went from looking like a shaggy dog to loving my color and cut!! Rob is very personable and easy to talk to. He also listens to his clients wants and needs. 10/10 Stars!! Rob I will be back soon!!
