Bad experience, will not return. My appointment was at 8:30 a.m. Lele did not start working on my hair until 10:00 a.m. Another appointment came in around 11:00 a.m. Lele put in a perm and washed the young woman's hair, then started cutting it. She told me that we all had things to do that day. Lele asked the lady who came in four hours after me if she could curl my hair, but then she said that would put her behind schedule. My appointment was at 8:30 a.m.! I said I was leaving; it was 2:00 p.m. This was not professional service! The customer service was poor! This was a bad experience. I'm guessing that because my last appointment was on a day when the air conditioner was out and my wash and style for this appointment were a free service, this is how I was treated!
