If I could give more stars, I would. Everyone at this salon is extremely talented. My first green flag was that there was no one in the chairs frowning. Not only did I receive careful-- not heavy-- hands, but I got some laughs in, listened to new music, and my stylist educated me on scalp and hair care. I didn't leave feeling like it was just a boom, bang, pow, "I got your money, next client" type of situation. It felt like I could always come back no matter the occassion. And I definitely plan to!

Literally going nowhere else. I was afraid that because I had color in my hair that the service might have been a difficult one. Not at all for the "Loc Mechanic"! They actually also specialize in coloring your hair and making it healthy. I experienced good vibes, excellent customer service, not a long wait time before getting serviced, and my hair didn't take long to get done. I love it here!

My service was supposed to be a simple two-strand twist. What I got was waaaay more than that. My stylist, who turned out to be the owner, gave me a good wash, trim, educated me on how to keep my hair hydrated, and THEN gave me a two-strand twist that last more than two weeks. To say that I was happy with my service is an understatement!

Shorties in this here establishment NEVER miss! Hair colored, retwist, and we not even gon start with the shampooing! Definitely have a love love relationship with Infinity Locs! It’s safe to say that we Loc’d in 🔐.

Went twice and only did it the second time cause I was desperate my first time they just was yanking my hair out ask for repair of my undercut was told to keep it up comes to find out that most of them wasn't even did right went the second time and I swear that I smelled dish soap when they washed my hair and if I had not called I would have miss my appointment didn't tell me nothing and my hair smelled stale like cooking oil asked if they can use what I been using to retwist my hair and was rudely told they don't do that cause it leaves build up well it's my hair and I'm paying u for a service and I don't want to smell like a basement when I get a retwist I can not refer this bizness to anyone I asked for help and they just took my money 5 stars was the reason this place was picked but now I know this was bought and paid for cause it's no way

Was able to book last minute as a new client. Location was easy to find. Very friendly and clean environment. Good vibes. Got a shampoo, Retwist, & style from Whitley. Did an amazing job! Will be returning on a regular.

This salon is an entire vibe…… I finally got what I wanted when I asked. Service was fast, professional and the entire shop is well diverse in all hair textures. This is now my loc home! Thank you lovely for repairing my damaged and poorly cared for locs! Thank you for reestablishing my second round of locs! The best accessory I have in my Arsenal is my locs! Prices great!

Infinity Locs….THANK YOU! My 5 year old wanted started locs, and Ms. Lovely and Tee were very patient, supportive, and informative! I know children can be complicated, so they walked him through his process patiently, my 5 year was understanding and patient with the process. Off rip, everyone was so hospitible, welcoming and nice. Didn't even have an appointment. They still were able to squeeze me in same day despite having an appointment around the corner. I had a retwist done but they also washed my hair well. The ladies here will really take care of you. Overall good energy in the establishment. I'll definitely be coming back (with an appointment this time) and will likely get a style. Oh, and I remembered that I've been growing out my locs for about a year now 💪🏾

Called last minute to squeeze in a retwist and I was told to come through!! They were all down to earth and nice. Got in the chair once I arrived and was out within a hour and half looking great. The attention to detail alone sold me, but I was given knowledge on maintenance and how to retwist on my own if I ever choose to. Definitely will be back, and am so appreciative of this shop

Ashley and the rest of her team are AMAZING. Truly professional in everything they do, with regards to hair and everything that comes with setting an appointment, starting on time, and just overall vibe.
