DO NOT GO TO THIS MEDSPA. I BROKE OUT IN HIVES FROM A FACIAL AFTER SIGNING UP FOR SKINCARE SOCIETY THE FIRST MONTH. I WAS ON AND OFF ITCHY FOR 2 WEEKS. THEY WERE AWARE, YET WOULDNT ALLOW ME TO CANCEL THE NEXT MONTH AND TOOK MY MONEY WITHOUT ALLOWING ME TO CANCEL CONTRACT. Nothing against the actual employees, but the management will be insensitive and only worried about money. I will surely be telling everyone I know about their customer service. This image is from days later after the service, when it had calmed down.

Dr, Lara and Bailey are the best at what they do. The whole spa is professional, personal, and wonderfully run. I would recommend it to my family and friends and that’s about the highest recommendation I could give anyone or anything.

Had a consult appointment yesterday, staff was very kind and accommodating. Very honest and open about the procedure I was interested in, they answered all of my many questions and I never felt rushed. Can’t wait to go back!

I had a wonderful experience with Melissa for a laser consultation and IPL treatment! She listened to my concerns and made honest recommendations without trying to sell me on anything I didn’t need or want. Melissa was super friendly and had a very calming presence during my IPL treatment. She made sure I was well educated on what to expect during and after the procedure and gave me her personal number in case I had any questions after I left. I am so happy with my overall experience and results and highly recommended Melissa and Infinity MedSpa!

I liked this place a lot! I saw Brooks and got dysport. She was super nice and quick and explained everything really well. The waiting area was super quiet and relaxing. I will def go back!

** Please read my review before booking a CoolSculpting session/package at this establishment.** After my experience with CoolSculpting, I wish I would of done submental liposuction instead. My ultimate goal was to have a "snatch" jaw line and to get rid of my excess fat in my submental area. When I met with the aesthetician (who doesn't work there anymore), suggested that I buy 3 sessions of CoolSculpting to achieve my goal. The sessions cost $533.00 each for a grand total of $1,600.00 for the entire package. The sessions lasted 2 hours long and you have to sit is a very uncomfortable position the entire time. During my 2nd session, I had a "thermal event" and I had to come back a week later to repeat the 2nd session. I am not able to complete the 3rd session because I don't have enough fat under my chin and therefore would be dangerous. I requested a refund for the 3rd session that I am not able to use and my request has been ignored. Please don't waste your time and money with CoolSculpting. I recommend that you have submental liposuction done if you are looking for a "snatch jaw line".

I had the best experience with infinity med spa! Erin at the front desk was more than accommodating with my very difficult scheduling needs ! Melissa was the esthetician who performed my coolsculpting . This was also my first ever med spa experience so i was a little unsure what to expect ! Melissa was so kind and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way! I could tell that she genuinely wanted to help me obtain results! I could not have asked for a better experience !

Really unhappy with the hydrofacial I had yesterday. I arrived 10 minutes early but the appointment started 15 minutes late. For high end salons/spas and med spas typically you’re offered coffee/tea in the morning for services. This would have been a good time to offer it when waiting but the receptionist said they don’t offer it. The woman who did my facial told me I would have all my blackheads removed with the powerful machine but upon getting home, every single blackhead in my nose and chin was still there!! The only reason I booked the hydrofacial was for clearing out my blackheads. For a $225 service, I would expect exfoliation to work. Other than the dermaplaning, there was no change to my skin. I drove a hour each way and was really excited for this but very disappointed.
