Family owned and very caring! Been a few times now and have decided to make this my nail salon for good. Love the option for hybrid gel nails and a great pedi. Clean and well organized.

Super disappointing. All these pictures of beautiful nails but somehow I couldn’t even have my nails filed to look the same. They look worse than if I did them myself (which is saying something). There was no massage with the manicure which I’ve never experienced (literally the whole reason I was excited to get a manicure this day, hands were in so much pain from work). To not even get a hand massage the price is absolutely ridiculous. Definitely better to go elsewhere. UPDATE: I didn’t have an appointment, I was a walk-in first thing Thursday (10/24) morning.

I have been to this place now 3 times and I must say they really are the 3 best pedicures I've had. They really take their time and focus on the individual needs of the guest which I appreciate. The customer service is just above and beyond. Highly recommend!

*update : gel nails started to chip off after day 2. Likely due to rush UV Curing* Terrible experience during my second visit. I had an 11am appointment with my friend at the same time. Employees looked frazzled that we had an appointment together and quickly made a spot for us. I chose a dark purple polish only to be told they don’t carry that line anymore. I chose a dark blackberry sparkle polish. She only put two coats on and it needed three. Probably because they forgot we had an appointment and tried to rush me through. I asked for the same polish for my manicure and she did the same two coats for a very dark purple nail polish. Both my mani and pedi look blotchy. Instead of a dark purple I have a wine color. She forgot to put the top coat on my pedicure so my toes look matte compared to my hands. I paid 90 bucks for gel mani pedi that is blotchy and not the true color due to only two light coats of polish. Did I mention I felt rushed? As I was moving to my manicure another appointment came in and my nail tech set up a double UV cure station to quickly get me out the door. My friend and I started our manicures at the same time. I finished 10 minutes earlier. Maybe those 10 minutes could have been spent on a third coat. This company needs to be better about quality output and appointments. Period. I’m going to be looking elsewhere.

It's so pretty and spacious inside.This nail salon has SO many dip color options-more than I've seen at ANY other nail salon. I have already been recommending this place to my friends and will continue to do so!

I wanted to like this place but my experience was not worth the price and my pedicure does not even look good. I had an older woman who was so gentle I could not feel her doing anything at all to my feet. She didn't cut a single cuticle. I paid for the deluxe pedicure with gel. I wanted my feet to feel soft so I got the callus remover and she barely even scrubbed my feet at all. They still feel very scratchy. She didn't even file my nails. The whole experience was just honestly so uncomfortable and awful. Pedicures are a luxury to be able to get and they are expensive and I feel like I just paid a lot of money to have just gel put on my dirty feet. She had to have someone else paint the gel on because she couldn't and it just felt really disappointing. I don't know if I would go. back or not because it was just a really bad first impression and seemed really unprofessional. I also felt so much pressure for the tip and asked what percentage I wanted to add. I gave a tip still but it felt uncomfy especially after I already felt I was paying too much for a bad pedicure. She spent time on cuticles barely clipping a single thing if you actually watched the camera. And I don’t think it’s right to gaslight your customers when they personally experienced the service, it’s actually super rude. The pedicure was bad. She was a very nice lady, but the pedicure regardless was not worth the amount of money. I had to come home and cut my own cuticles, get polish off my toes, and scrub the bottom of my feet. I shouldn’t have to pay $70 to finish my own pedicure. I will be finding another salon and I think you could be kinder to people in your responses even when you don’t like the truth.

Honestly I wish I could lie and keep this place all to myself but I just can’t. I love love this place. It’s like going to a friend’s house for your nails. Well…. If your friend does sick work with nails. They have varying levels of skill at art work. Kymmie is my girl when it comes to crazy art ideas. They all seem to love what they do. As for colors they have it all. Acrylic powder colors to bail polish you won’t be disappointed. Call and get in asap.

I cannot say enough good things about this salon! All the ladies are wonderful and make you feel so welcome. MiMi is the best nail tech/artist I’ve ever had. She’s so good and she can do any design I’ve thrown her way. The salon is clean, nicely decorated and relaxing. Highly recommend Infinity!

Very good manipedis, but pedicure options are VERY high. Not that high in SF Bay Area! I will likely go back, but just get very basic pedicure. Also,pay cash as there's a $3 charge for debit/credit. One has to use a separate system to debit/charge a tip...so another $3 addon is charged. I understand the rents are expensive in that shopping center but the tip charge kinda ruined a good experience.

Very pretty and peaceful atmosphere, super clean, friendly service, and flexible if need to change an appointment. The pedicure massage chairs are so nice and they use the sanitary liner in the bowl. They know how to do proper hard gel and structure gel which is hard to find. Best nail place I’ve found in Reno!

I have come here for just fun girls day nails and for my graduation nails I love them both very much they were beautiful I have never been back to a nail saloon more then once I just went back for a third time and was not happy like the times before the lady doing my nails was not intrested in me or just didn’t care to be doing my nails she was on her phone a lot mid doing my nails ran outside and just not truly putting her time into my nails there is bubbles and dents they are not evenly shaped crooked and just not straight it really disappointed me maybe she was just having a bad day because she does normally do an amazing job and I have got such awesome complements on kimmis nails that i have got before but these just are not it last time I gave her a 20$ tip with how wowed of nice they were so like she’s awesome so I’m not sure what happened the other day.

Nikki had the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced. It felt like I was being bullied in high school. It was embarrassing. I continued to be nice throughout the appointment even though she was so rude. I went to check out and she asked ‘do you have cash for my tip?’ but I planned to add it on my card (I understand cash is preferred but I don’t carry cash and this has never been a problem before with the other girls I’ve seen there) and she sighed and rolled her eyes. I still tipped her on my card but seriously? I guess maybe I shouldn’t have. Very annoying visit that has completely turned me off from the salon now. I won’t be going back. I also normally spend $40-$60 and this visit was over $100.

Very friendly and clean place. I went for a full set, I ended up adding a pedicure. Great service and fantastic nails with sparkly gel top! I will definitely be coming back again.
